The sleeve surrounds a connection site between the cable and the connector in a state where the connector and the cable are connected.
The sleeve may be formed by injection molding. The injection molding mode can be beneficial to ensuring the sealing force of the sleeve. However, the molding material enters the inside of the connector during the process of forming the sleeve, with the problem of causing defects or degrading performance of the connector.
In order to solve such a problem, a method of additionally disposing a cable sealing member in the connector housing has been proposed. However, there is a fact that there is always a problem that the appearance of the product is deteriorated or the quality is degraded while the cable sealing part is pushed by the injection pressure when the sleeve is injection-molded.

In addition, the longitudinal ends of the first to fourth bodies 211, 212, 221, 222 may have the same shape. Further, the first to fourth bodies 211, 212, 221, 222 may have the same shape.
As described above, the cable holder 20 is assembled in a state where the longitudinal end portions of the first to fourth bodies 211, 212, 221, 222 have the same shape or the first to fourth bodies 211, 212, 221, 222 themselves have the same shape, and when the cable holder 20 is mounted in the first mounting hole 12a and the second mounting hole 12b, it is not necessary to consider the assembling direction of the first holding member 21 and the second holding member 22, that is, it is not necessary to consider the up-down and left-right directions. Accordingly, the assembly efficiency of the cable holder 20 can be improved.
On the other hand, the first to fourth bodies 211, 212, 221, 222 may have one or more sealing portions 216, 217, 226, 227, and the sealing portions 216, 217, 226, 227 may protrude inward in the radial direction on the inner circumferential surface where the first through hole and the second through hole are formed, respectively. The sealing portions 216, 217, 226, 227 may form annular inward flanges in the first and second through holes. The sealing portions 216, 217, 226, and 227 seal the space between the inner circumferential surfaces of the first through hole and the second through hole and the outer circumferential surfaces of the first cable 100a and the second cable 100 b.
In an embodiment of the present invention, each of the first to fourth bodies 211, 212, 221, 222 has two sealing portions 216, 217, 226, 227, and the two sealing portions 216, 217, 226, 227 are spaced apart along the penetrating direction at inner peripheral surfaces forming the first through hole and the second through hole, respectively. Accordingly, double sealing can be achieved along the penetrating direction of the first through hole and the second through hole.
The sleeve 30 surrounds the cable holder 20 to prevent moisture, foreign matter, etc. from entering the interior of the connector 10. The sleeve 30 may be injection molded while surrounding the holder 20. In an embodiment of the present invention, the sleeve 30 may be formed by injection molding in a state where the connector 10 and the holder 20 are coupled to the cables 100a and 100 b.
The ferrule 30 may surround the ferrule engaging portion 112, the cable holder 20, and the cables 100a, 100b of the connector 10. In an embodiment of the present invention, the sleeve 30 may have: a third portion 33 surrounding the first portion 112a of the sleeve joint 112 at an end portion disposed so as to surround the sleeve joint 112; and a fourth portion 31 having an inclined surface corresponding to the second portion 112b of the sleeve joint 112 to surround the second portion 112 b.
Fig. 6 to 8 are diagrams showing an assembly process of the cable holder according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first holding member 21 and the second holding member 22 may be coupled by a fitting manner. More specifically, first holding member 21 and second holding member 22 disposed with first cable 100a and second cable 100b interposed therebetween are coupled, and cable holder 20 is coupled to first cable 100a and second cable 100 b. The cable holder 20 coupled to the first cable 100a and the second cable 100b is pushed toward the mounting holes 12a and 12b, and is press-fitted into the mounting holes 12a and 12 b.
If cable holder 20 is formed of a single member, in order to pass first cable 100a and second cable 100b through the holder, the end portions of first cable 100a and second cable 100b need to pass through the first through hole and second through hole of cable holder 20. Accordingly, the process of coupling the cable holder 20 to the first and second cables 100a and 100b is necessarily troublesome.
However, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first holding member 21 and the second holding member 22 disposed across the middle section portions of the first cable 100a and the second cable 100b are coupled, and the cable holder 20 can be coupled to the cables 100a and 100 b. Accordingly, the assembling efficiency of the retainer 20 is improved.
Fig. 9 is a view showing an assembling direction of the cable holder according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 9 (a) shows a pattern in which one longitudinal side of the cable holder 20 is inserted into the mounting holes 12a and 12b, and fig. 9 (b) shows a pattern in which the other longitudinal side of the cable holder 20 is inserted into the mounting holes 12a and 12 b.
Referring to fig. 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cable holder 20 has a shape in which any one of the lengthwise one side and the other side can be inserted into the mounting holes 12a, 12 b. That is, as described above, in the case of the embodiment of the present invention, it is not necessary to consider the vertical and horizontal directions of the first holding member 21 and the second holding member 22 when assembling the cable holder 20. Accordingly, the manufacturing efficiency can be greatly improved under the condition of the embodiment of the utility model.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described, but the idea of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented in the present specification, and those skilled in the art who understand the idea of the present invention can easily present other embodiments by adding, changing, deleting, adding, etc. the constituent elements within the same idea scope, and this is also included in the idea scope of the present invention.
