经检索,中国专利申请号为CN201922019120.7的专利,公开了一种透气防水的鞋面,包括表层、间隔层和底层,所述表层上设置有若干个透气孔,所述间隔层内部设置有吸收块,所述吸收块内部设置有空腔,所述吸收块的两侧均设置有加强条,所述加强条内部设置有导气通道,所述吸收块与导气通道的连接处设置有通孔环,所述底层与导气通道的连接处设置有导气孔。上述专利中的透气防水的鞋面存在以下不足:鞋面需要人工针车缝合,较为耗费人工及材料成本。

为了避免灰尘留置鞋面本体1内,如图2和3所示,所述鞋面本体1的两侧外壁均开设有排灰口7,防水透气层10包括透气防水膜16和隔离层15构成,透气防水膜16有效阻隔外部水分进入内衬层11浸湿,由于鞋面本体1整体多采用编织技艺,且表面层9的表面形成有纱线网孔2增加透气性,故而在透气的同时极易进入灰尘,而隔离层15对灰尘进行阻隔,由于鞋面本体1在穿戴时呈弧面状,故而使得隔离的灰尘在隔离层15上顺延下滑至排灰口7,并从排灰口7处排出,避免灰尘留置鞋面本体1内的同时防止表面层9被堵塞。
为了延长鞋面本体1的使用寿命,如图1和图2所示,所述鞋面本体1的顶部外壁粘接有四个以上的橡胶柱4,鞋面本体1的顶部外壁粘接有缓冲垫8,缓冲垫8的顶部外壁粘接有耐磨块3,穿戴时,缓冲垫8及橡胶柱4起到缓冲外部物体砸到鞋时的冲击度,降低脚受伤的可能性,耐磨块3起到增加鞋头耐磨性能,延长鞋面本体1的使用寿命。
工作原理:鞋面本体1由编织工艺制成,制作时,先用防霉抗菌的聚酯纤维层17织平罗纹组织,当下层的内衬层11编织结束后,采用1*1罗纹组织的弹性橡筋5来做弹力鞋口6,并起到连接过渡表面层9的作用,罗纹口结束后,采用满针罗纹过渡,用纱线编织鞋面本体1最上层的表面层9,编织表面层9完毕,将根据鞋面本体1尺寸剪裁合适的防水透气层10置于内衬层11与表面层9之间,通过转速40m/s,温度100℃-110℃的蒸汽蒸烫加热,使内衬层11、防水透气层10及表面层9的三层材料粘合在一起,构成一个完整的鞋面本体1组织,通过弹性橡筋5便于根据不同尺寸的脚踝,自动对鞋口6进行收紧,提高鞋面本体1穿戴的舒适度,聚酯纤维层17及防霉抗菌层18制成的内衬层11,起到内吸湿、去味、抗菌的效果,外防水的作用,鞋面本体1材料采用有防水功能的聚酯纤维层17等材料,配合各种不同的针织密度编织,相比皮革鞋面更加透气,整个横编鞋面本体1一体编织而成,不需要人工针车缝合,相比传统的皮革类鞋子,可以大大地节约鞋厂的人工成本和材料成本,穿戴时,弹性支撑架14支撑两个弹性层12,从而增加表面层9的弹性缓冲能力,同时降低鞋面本体1由于穿戴时间延长而产生的变形可能性,通过从鞋面本体1的两端揉搓收紧支条13,从而调节表面层9的张进度,进而可以根据不同的脚型,使得鞋面本体1进行扩撑或缩小,进一步提高穿戴的舒适度,穿戴时产生的热量或气味从透气孔19散发至纱线网孔2处,相对于其他构造的鞋面本体1来说,大大提高了鞋面本体1全方位的透气性,透气防水膜16有效阻隔外部水分进入内衬层11浸湿,由于鞋面本体1整体多采用编织技艺,且表面层9的表面形成有纱线网孔2增加透气性,故而在透气的同时极易进入灰尘,而隔离层15对灰尘进行阻隔,由于鞋面本体1在穿戴时呈弧面状,故而使得隔离的灰尘在隔离层15上顺延下滑至排灰口7,并从排灰口7处排出,避免灰尘留置鞋面本体1内的同时防止表面层9被堵塞,缓冲垫8及橡胶柱4起到缓冲外部物体砸到鞋时的冲击度,降低脚受伤的可能性,耐磨块3起到增加鞋头耐磨性能,延长鞋面本体1的使用寿命。

1.一种一体式新型三明治结构可带鞋口橡筋的针织防水鞋面,包括鞋面本体(1),其特征在于,所述鞋面本体(1)包括表面层(9)、防水透气层(10)和内衬层(11),表面层(9)为纱线设置构成,表面层(9)的内壁形成有均匀分布的纱线网孔(2),内衬层(11)由聚酯纤维层(17)设置构成,聚酯纤维层(17)的内壁设置有防霉抗菌层(18);所述鞋面本体(1)的一端设置有鞋口(6),鞋口(6)的内壁设置有弹性橡筋(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式新型三明治结构可带鞋口橡筋的针织防水鞋面,其特征在于,所述表面层(9)的内壁设置有透气孔(19)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种一体式新型三明治结构可带鞋口橡筋的针织防水鞋面,其特征在于,所述表面层(9)的顶部内壁和底部内壁均设置有弹性层(12),两个弹性层(12)的内壁均设置有弹性支撑架(14),两个弹性层(12)的底部外壁和顶部外壁设置有同一个收紧支条(13)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种一体式新型三明治结构可带鞋口橡筋的针织防水鞋面,其特征在于,所述鞋面本体(1)的两侧外壁均设置有排灰口(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种一体式新型三明治结构可带鞋口橡筋的针织防水鞋面,其特征在于,所述防水透气层(10)包括透气防水膜(16)和隔离层(15)构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式新型三明治结构可带鞋口橡筋的针织防水鞋面,其特征在于,所述鞋面本体(1)的顶部外壁设置有四个以上的橡胶柱(4)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种一体式新型三明治结构可带鞋口橡筋的针织防水鞋面,其特征在于,所述鞋面本体(1)的顶部外壁设置有缓冲垫(8),缓冲垫(8)的顶部外壁设置有耐磨块(3)。
