A through-flow fan blade forming and welding system is characterized by comprising a unstacking and feeding mechanism, at least one delivery mechanism (4), at least one first grabbing mechanism (6) and at least two welding and forming machines (5); the head end of the delivery mechanism (4) is located at an unstacking and feeding mechanism, the two welding and forming machines (5) are respectively located at two sides of the tail end of the delivery mechanism (4), the unstacking and feeding mechanism is used for transporting batched reel disks, and the delivery mechanism (4) sequentially and orderly sends the reel disks to corresponding reel disk to-be-taken stations; the first grabbing mechanism (6) is arranged at the tail end close to the delivery mechanism (4), a grabbing part of the first grabbing mechanism (6) moves between a shaft disc to-be-taken station and the welding forming machine (5) in the reciprocating mode, and the shaft disc placed on the shaft disc to-be-taken station is grabbed and placed into the welding forming machine (5) to be subjected to welding treatment.

The cross-flow fan blade forming and welding system of claim 1, wherein the unstacking and feeding mechanism comprises a first unstacking and feeding mechanism (1) for conveying a steel shaft disc, a second unstacking and feeding mechanism (3) for conveying a rubber shaft disc and a third unstacking and feeding mechanism (2) for conveying a middle-section wheel shaft disc (21); the first unstacking and feeding mechanism (1), the second unstacking and feeding mechanism (3) and the third unstacking and feeding mechanism (2) are arranged in parallel, and the discharge ends of the first unstacking and feeding mechanism, the second unstacking and feeding mechanism and the third unstacking and feeding mechanism are located at the head end of the delivery mechanism (4).

The cross-flow fan blade forming and welding system of claim 4, wherein one of the first unstacking and feeding mechanism (1), the second unstacking and feeding mechanism (3) and the third unstacking and feeding mechanism (2) at least comprises two longitudinal conveying assemblies (18) and one transverse conveying assembly (19), the two longitudinal conveying assemblies (18) are arranged in parallel and in opposite conveying directions, and the longitudinal conveying assemblies (18) are used for conveying material baskets (16) of a loading shaft disc; the transverse conveying assemblies (19) are arranged at the ends of the two longitudinal conveying assemblies (18) and are used for changing the conveying direction of the material basket (16) and displacing the material basket (16) from one longitudinal conveying assembly (18) to the other longitudinal conveying assembly (18).

The cross-flow fan blade forming and welding system according to claim 3, further comprising two third grabbing mechanisms (14), wherein one third grabbing mechanism (14) is arranged at a position adjacent to each welding forming machine (5), and the third grabbing mechanisms (14) are used for grabbing the cross-flow fan blade after being welded and formed and placing the cross-flow fan blade into a storage basket (17) for storage and packaging.
