Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,包括PET套管、电芯、支撑架、钢套、PCB板、环形镍片、PET垫片和LED指示灯,PET套管的内部固定安装有电芯,电芯的顶部固定安装有支撑架,支撑架上端固定设有PCB板,PCB板上端的中部固定安装有LED指示灯,PCB上端的外侧固定安装有环形镍片,支撑架和PCB板的外部固定套安装有钢套,钢套的顶端固定设有绝缘垫片;本实用新型PET套管内部设置电芯,且电芯顶部通过支撑架和钢套对PCB板和正极接触片进行固定安装,设有的钢套使得电池各部件成一整体,同时环形镍片、PCB板和钢套一体化焊接,使得该电芯连接结构简单,组装方便,有效提升加工效率,且PCB板顶部设有LED指示灯,可对充电状态进行指示,充放电时更加方便。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锂离子电池,特别涉及一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,属于电池技术领域。
背景技术
“锂电池”,是一类由锂金属或锂合金为正/负极材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池,1912年锂金属电池最早由GilbertN.Lewis提出并研究。20世纪70年代时,M.S.Whittingham提出并开始研究锂离子电池,由于锂金属的化学特性非常活泼,使得锂金属的加工、保存、使用,对环境要求非常高。随着科学技术的发展,锂离子电池已经成为了主流。
可充电锂离子电池由于具有可循环使用、比能量高、寿命长的优点,正在得到越来越广泛的应用。例如,目前可充电锂离子电池已经成为手机、笔记本电脑、照相机、便携式移动电源的主要供电电池,而其中的一个应用方向就是替代一次电池,例如玩具、手电筒、智能家居、遥控器等应用领域,可充电离锂子电池的单次使用成本比一次电池更低,呈现出强大的竞争力,已经逐步在将一次电池替代。
目前已经出现的替代可充电锂离子电池,电池上不带有充电提示功能,且结构组件较多,安装时较为复杂繁琐,加工效率较低,同时在充电时缺乏指示标记,不能对充放电的状态进行指示。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有锂电池组成结构组件较多,安装较为复杂繁琐,加工效率较低,同时在充电时缺乏指示标记,不能对充放电的状态进行指示的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,包括PET套管、电芯、支撑架、钢套、PCB板、环形镍片和LED指示灯,所述PET套管的内部固定安装有电芯,所述电芯的顶部固定安装有支撑架,所述支撑架的上端固定设有PCB板,所述PCB板上端的中部固定安装有LED指示灯,所述PCB上端的外侧固定安装有环形镍片,支撑架和PCB板的外部固定安装有钢套,且所述LED指示灯穿过环形镍片和钢套置于钢套顶端的中间,所述钢套的顶端固定设有绝缘垫片。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述钢套内的顶部固定安装有正极接触片,且所述正极接触片的输出脚与PCB板的电性输出端固定连接。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述PET套管内的顶部固定安装有绝缘垫片,且所述绝缘垫片置于PET套管和钢套之间。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述PCB板底端的一侧固定设有电感组件,所述PCB板底端的另一侧固定设有IC组件,所述PCB板底端的边侧固定安装有MOS组件。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述PET套管内的底部固定安装有底片,且所述底片置于PET套管和电芯之间。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,PET套管内部设置电芯,且电芯顶部通过支撑架和钢套对PCB板和正极接触片进行固定安装,设有的钢套使得电池各部件成一整体,同时环形镍片、PCB板和钢套一体化焊接,使得该电芯连接结构简单,组装方便,有效提升加工效率,且PCB板顶部设有LED指示灯,可对充电状态进行指示,充放电时更加方便。

请参阅图1-4,本实用新型提供了一种盖帽充电指示功能的离子锂电池的技术方案:一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,包括PET套管9、电芯2、支撑架3、钢套4、PCB板5、环形镍片6和LED指示灯10,PET套管9的内部固定安装有电芯2,电芯2的顶部固定安装有支撑架3,支撑架3的上端固定设有PCB板5,PCB板5上端的中部固定安装有LED指示灯10,PCB板5上端的外侧固定安装有环形镍片6,支撑架3和PCB板5的外部固定安装有钢套4,且LED指示灯10穿过环形镍片6和钢套4置于钢套4顶端的中间,钢套4的顶端固定设有绝缘垫片7。
钢套4内的顶部固定安装有正极接触片8,且所述正极接触片8的输出脚与PCB板5的电性输出端固定连接。
PET套管9内的顶部固定安装有绝缘垫片7,且所述绝缘垫片7置于PET套管9和钢套4之间。
PCB板5底端的一侧固定设有电感组件11,所述PCB板5底端的另一侧固定设有IC组件12,所述PCB板5底端的边侧固定安装有MOS组件13。
PET套管9内的底部固定安装有底片1,且所述底片1置于PET套管9和电芯2之间。
具体使用时,本实用新型一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,PET套管9内部设置电芯2,电芯2顶部设有支撑架3和钢套4对PCB板5和正极接触片8进行固定安装,设有的钢套4使得电池各部件成一整体,由电芯2、支撑架3、钢套4、PCB板5和正极接触片8组成的锂离子电池内部结构,其组成结构简单,可直接在电芯2顶部安装,组装方便,有效提升加工效率的同时, PCB板5在电芯2充电和放电时对电芯2提供保护,正极接触片8对电芯2的电池正极进行引出,同时正极接触片8、环形镍片6、PCB板5和钢套4一体化焊接,且PCB板5顶部设有LED指示灯10,可对充电状态进行指示,充放电时更加方便。

1.一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,包括PET套管(9)、电芯(2)、支撑架(3)、钢套(4)、PCB板(5)、环形镍片(6)、PET垫片(7)和LED指示灯(10),其特征在于,所述PET套管(9)的内部固定安装有电芯(2),所述电芯(2)的顶部固定安装有支撑架(3),所述支撑架(3)的上端固定设有PCB板(5),所述PCB板(5)上端的中部固定安装有LED指示灯(10),所述PCB板(5)上端的外侧固定安装有环形镍片(6),支撑架(6)和PCB板(5)的外部固定安装有钢套(4),且所述LED指示灯(10)穿过环形镍片(6)和钢套(4)置于钢套(4)顶端的中间,所述钢套(4)的顶端固定设有绝缘垫片(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述钢套(4)内的顶部固定安装有正极接触片(8),且所述正极接触片(8)的输出脚与PCB板(5)的电性输出端固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述PET套管(9)内的顶部固定安装有绝缘垫片(7),且所述绝缘垫片(7)置于PET套管(9)和钢套(4)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述PCB板(5)底端的一侧固定设有电感组件(11),所述PCB板(5)底端的另一侧固定设有IC组件(12),所述PCB板(5)底端的边侧固定安装有MOS组件(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种盖帽充电指示功能的锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述PET套管(9)内的底部固定安装有底片(1),且所述底片(1)置于PET套管(9)和电芯(2)之间。
