The detergent dispensing device according to claim 1, comprising a drawer base (29) and a drawer cover (28), wherein a dispensing cavity (13) is formed between the drawer base (29) and the drawer cover (28), a detergent cover (27) and a top cover (23) are sequentially disposed above the drawer cover (28), and the fixed cavity (4) is formed between the top cover (23) and the detergent cover (27).
