本申请提供一种适用于86盒的显示面板结构,包括:限位板、电源板、PCB板、中框、显示屏及显示屏驱动板,所述中框设有能封闭式围合其里层结构的边框,其特征在于,所述显示面板结构还包括一FPC板,所述FPC板与所述中框的其中一条边框相匹配,安装在所述边框上;所述FPC板上设有麦克风及温湿度传感器;所述显示面板结构还包括扬声器,位于所述中框内远离所述麦克风及温湿度传感器所在的一侧。通过上述方式,提升产品结构模块化程度,使其结构更紧凑的同时减少扬声器与麦克风之间的干涉。

技术领域
本申请涉及面板安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于86盒的显示面板结构。
背景技术
随着智能家居、智能家电的越来越普及,带彩色液晶屏盒电容式触控的86盒产品逐渐出现,用户对86盒多功能化的期待逐渐提高,传统的开关功能已经不能满足用户需求,且目前在用的一些带有麦克风功能的86盒产品与其自身的扬声器相互干扰,影响使用效果。
鉴于此,86盒产品的面板结构有进一步优化的必要。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述问题,本申请提供了一种适用于86盒的显示面板结构,旨在提升模块化程度,使其结构更紧凑的同时减少扬声器与麦克风之间的干涉。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供的一种一种适用于86盒的显示面板结构,该显示面板结构包括:限位板、电源板、PCB板、中框、显示屏及显示屏驱动板,所述中框设有能封闭式围合其里层结构的边框,其中:
所述显示面板结构还包括一FPC板,所述FPC板与所述中框的其中一条边框相匹配,安装在所述边框上;
所述FPC板上设有麦克风及温湿度传感器;
所述显示面板结构还包括扬声器,位于所述中框预留的远离所述麦克风及温湿度传感器所在的一侧的扬声器孔位中。
进一步的,所述显示面板结构还包括封底膜,所述封底膜位于所述限位板和电源板之间。
其中,所述麦克风不少于两个。
其中,所述封底膜为PVC塑料膜。
优选的,所述显示屏为彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏相贴合的整体式模组。
进一步的,所述PCB板上设有语音交互模块,分别与所述麦克风及扬声器电连接。
进一步的,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏相贴合的整体式模组采用一体的FPC接口的方式,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏的信号引脚线电连接在一起。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术,本申请提供的一种适用于86盒的显示面板结构,包括:限位板、电源板、PCB板、中框、显示屏及显示屏驱动板,所述中框设有能封闭式围合其里层结构的边框,其特征在于,所述显示面板结构还包括一FPC板,所述FPC板与所述中框的其中一条边框相匹配,安装在所述边框上;所述FPC板上设有麦克风及温湿度传感器;所述显示面板结构还包括扬声器,位于所述中框内远离所述麦克风及温湿度传感器所在的一侧。通过FPC板的使用,将麦克风与扬声器分隔开来,提升产品结构模块化程度,使其结构更紧凑的同时减少扬声器与麦克风之间的干涉。

限位板10、电源板30、PCB板40、中框50、显示屏60及显示屏驱动板601,所述中框50设有能封闭式围合其里层结构的边框。
在一些具体实施例中,为了实现产品多功能化,通常给显示面板结构增加附加的功能部件,比如所述显示面板结构还包括一FPC板70,所述FPC板70与所述中框50的其中一条边框相匹配,安装在所述边框上,通过FPC板70的使用,可以便于将附加的功能部件安装在所述FPC板70上,可用于适配不同的子部件,比如,可以在所述FPC板70上设置麦克风80及温湿度传感器90。
可以理解的,麦克风80可用于语音收集,可以录音亦可适用于语音交互场景。温湿度传感器90通常设置在FPC板的中央,用于感应环境的温度及湿度,并将信息通过显示屏60进行展现。
在一些具体实施例中,所述显示面板结构的中框50上预设有扬声器孔位501,随着智能化产品的发展,越来越多的产品会有语音播报功能,使得产品的内容更为丰富。在中框50上按需留位,更能充分的利用空间,使得整个结构紧凑。
进一步的,为了降低麦克风80与扬声器100之间的声音相互干扰,所述扬声器孔位501设于所述中框50远离所述麦克风80及温湿度传感器90所在的一侧,可以将扬声器100安装于此。
优选的,所述显示面板结构还包括封底膜20,所述封底膜20位于所述限位板10和电源板30之间,对于一些采用螺丝安装的产品,封底膜20可用于覆盖安装定位孔和扬声器100,表面展示更美观,可以提供不同客户定制不同的丝印LOGO。其中,所述封底膜为PVC塑料膜。
其中,所述麦克风80通常不少于两个,便于多方位收集声音。
优选的,所述显示屏60为彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏相贴合的整体式模组。
进一步的,所述PCB板40上设有语音交互模块,分别与所述麦克风80及扬声器100电连接。
进一步的,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏相贴合的整体式模组采用一体的FPC接口的方式,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏的信号引脚线电连接在一起。
请参照图2,图2是本申请提供的一种适用于86盒的显示面板结构的安装示意图。
可选的,所述中框50设有封闭式围合所述显示屏60的边框。可以理解的,当前流行的全面屏产品可以不用此边框,但非全面屏的显示屏利用此边框可起到保护屏幕的作用。
在一些实施例中,中框50既可以采用铝合金材料(6061或者7075或者6063),通过CNC制程生产,也可以通过开注塑磨具,采用ABS+PC混合材料来生产。
进一步的,所述显示屏60为彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏相贴合的整体式模组。是指由彩色液晶屏(TFT-LCD)和电容式触摸屏(CTP)通过采用双面胶泡棉做框贴贴合,或者通过光学胶(OCA)做全贴合而做出来的整体的显示触控模组。
其中,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏相贴合的整体式模组可以兼容不同液晶屏的分辨率,比如3.95英寸720x720分辨率以及3.95英寸480x480分辨率的彩色液晶屏。便于满足产品的规格升级需求。
其中,所述电容式触摸屏的结构为玻璃盖板与玻璃相堆叠。
在一些实施例中,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏的贴合方式为框贴。
在一些实施例中,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏的贴合方式为全贴。
进一步的,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏相贴合的整体式模组采用一体的FPC接口的方式,所述彩色液晶屏与电容式触摸屏的信号引脚线电连接在一起。

所述显示面板结构还包括一FPC板,所述FPC板与所述中框的其中一条边框相匹配,安装在所述边框上;
所述FPC板上设有麦克风及温湿度传感器;
所述显示面板结构还包括扬声器,位于所述中框预留的远离所述麦克风及温湿度传感器所在的一侧的扬声器孔位中。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示面板结构,其特征在于,
所述显示面板结构还包括封底膜,所述封底膜位于所述限位板和电源板之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示面板结构,其特征在于,
所述麦克风不少于两个。

所述封底膜为PVC塑料膜。
