Claims (10)

1. A cigarette rod wrapping apparatus comprising: the system comprises a first input conveying line, a second input conveying line and an output conveying line;
the output conveying line is provided with a plurality of conveying stations for conveying a plurality of cigarette carton stacks;
the first input conveying line is provided with an upward turning stacking mechanism and a first output platform, the upward turning stacking mechanism stacks the cigarettes according to a preset number of the cigarettes to form a first stack and transfers the first stack to the first output platform, and the first output platform is connected with the upward turning stacking mechanism and the conveying station to transfer the first stack to the conveying station;
the second input conveying line part is arranged above the first input conveying line and is provided with a downward turning stacking mechanism, a second output platform and a lifting platform, the downward turning stacking mechanism stacks the cigarettes according to the preset number of the cigarettes to form a second stack and transfers the second stack into the second output platform, the second output platform is connected with the downward turning stacking mechanism, the conveying station and the lifting platform to transfer the second stack to the conveying station or the lifting platform, and the lifting platform is connected with the conveying station to lift and transfer the second stack to the stack on the conveying station when the order needs to be packed.
2. A carton cigarette packaging apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the fold-down palletizing mechanism comprises a first conveyor belt disposed above the second conveyor belt and the first input conveyor line, a second conveyor belt disposed between the output end of the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt to receive individual cartons conveyed by the first conveyor belt and form the second stack on the second conveyor belt, and a stacker assembly adapted to convey the second stack to the second output platform.
3. A cigarette pack apparatus as in claim 2 wherein the stack assembly includes two flap members and a first rotary drive; the two turning plate parts are oppositely arranged at intervals, and each turning plate part is provided with a plurality of supporting plates, wherein the two supporting plates on the same horizontal plane form a cigarette holding layer for holding cigarettes; the first rotary driving piece is connected with the turning plate component to drive the turning plate component to turn downwards in a circulating mode so as to drive the cigarettes on the upper cigarette containing layer to turn to the lower cigarette containing layer and form the second stack on the second conveying belt.
4. A cigarette pack apparatus as in claim 2 wherein the first conveyor belt is provided with a sensor adapted to count cigarettes on the first conveyor belt.
5. A cigarette pack apparatus as in claim 2 wherein the second output platform includes a first pusher drive disposed above the second conveyor, the first pusher drive being adapted to push a second stack on the second conveyor into the transfer station.
6. The cigarette carton packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lift platform comprises a lift and a second push drive disposed on the lift to push a second stack on the lift to the upper surface of the first stack in the transport station.

The cigarette packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the turning-up stacker mechanism includes a third conveyor belt, two rotary shafts, a blocking member, a lifting drive member, and a second rotary drive member, the two rotary shafts being disposed on opposite sides of the third conveyor belt at a spacing, and a plurality of turning plates being disposed on a shaft surface of each of the rotary shafts at a spacing in a circumferential direction thereof, wherein the two turning plates on the same horizontal plane form a cigarette containing layer for containing the cigarettes, the second rotary driving piece is connected with the two rotating shafts to drive the rotating shafts to rotate upwards in the axial direction so as to drive the cigarettes on the lower cigarette containing layer and the cigarettes on the upper cigarette containing layer to be stacked to form the first stack, the lifting driving piece is arranged at the inlet of the two rotating shafts to enable the cigarettes on the third conveying belt to be separated from the third conveying belt, the blocking component is arranged between the two rotating shafts to control the number of cigarettes on the cigarette placing layer.
8. A cigarette pack apparatus as in claim 7 wherein the up-turning stacker mechanism further comprises a second push-driving member adapted to push the first stack into the first output platform.
9. A cigarette pack apparatus as in claim 1 wherein a third push actuator is provided on the first output platform to push the first stack into the transport station.
10. A cigarette pack apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the over-turning palletising mechanism is adapted to palletise a cigarette carton; the down-turning palletizing mechanism is suitable for palletizing standard cigarettes and/or ramuscule cigarettes.
