Then the second driver 52 drives the blanking supporting plate 51 to move downwards, so that the products supported by the tops of the material supporting rods 53 and 53 are avoided from a platform of the rack 1, after the blanking supporting plate 51 moves downwards and falls back to a certain level, the third driver 55 drives the carrying plate 54 to move along the second slide rail 61, so that the blanking supporting plate 51 bearing the products is driven to be conveyed to the next process for detecting the quality of the workpieces, the product feeding process is realized, the subsequent quality inspection on the products supported by each material supporting rod 53 is facilitated, the processes of directly receiving the materials after stamping and trimming and manually taking out the received products one by one are saved, the process continuity between stamping and trimming, blanking, quality inspection and feeding and receiving is improved, and the production and delivery efficiency of the products is further improved.
Meanwhile, the fourth driver 45 drives the upper die plate 43 to move upwards again, the original position is recovered, and a space for longitudinal movement is provided for the middle pressing plate 44; the fifth driver 46 drives the middle pressing plate 44 to move upwards and return to the original position; the first driver 42 drives the blank holder plate 41 to slide to the original position, and the operator takes out the leftover remaining on the upper surface of the blank holder plate 41 after the punching and trimming process.
