an appliance body (10) having a cooking cavity (1);

a pressure limiting valve (30) which is plugged at the air outlet of the air exhaust channel (2) when the cover body (20) is located at the locking position;
a drive arrangement (40) for driving the pressure limiting valve (30) away from the exhaust outlet with the cover (20) in the unlocked position.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the actuating structure (40) comprises a lever (50) and a pushing structure (60) which are engaged with each other, the lever (50) is pivotally disposed on the lid body (20), a first end (51) of the lever (50) is located below the pressure limiting valve (30), the pushing structure (60) is disposed on the appliance body (10), the pushing structure (60) is engaged with a second end (52) of the lever (50) when the lid body (20) is in the locked position, the second end (52) of the lever (50) is raised, the first end (51) of the lever (50) is lowered and away from the pressure limiting valve (30), the pressure limiting valve (30) is sealed at the air outlet, and when the lid body (20) is in the unlocked position, the pushing structure (60) is staggered with the second end (52) of the lever (50), and the lever (50) pushes the pressure limiting valve (30) to be far away from the exhaust port.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the thrusting structure (60) is an upwardly projecting protuberance; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
