In the initial state, that is, when the exhaust is not started, the upper end of the electromagnetic push rod 41, for example, the upper end of the driving rod 411 may contact the first end of the automatic exhaust rod 431, or may have a certain gap with the first end of the automatic exhaust rod 431; the second end of the automatic exhaust rod 431 may contact the exhaust lever 432, or may have a certain gap with the exhaust lever 432; the exhaust lever 432 may be in contact with the exhaust pushrod 42 or may have a certain gap with the exhaust pushrod 42.
Specifically, the second end of the automatic exhaust rod 431 is provided with a pressure block 4313 located above the exhaust lever 432. When the automatic exhaust rod 431 rotates, the pressing block 4313 may contact the exhaust lever 432 to rotate the exhaust lever 432 clockwise. Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 5, the pressing piece 4313 may be formed in a hook shape, and the exhaust lever 432 may be located below a hook head of the hook. Therefore, the automatic exhaust rod 431 is convenient to contact with the exhaust lever 432, and when the automatic exhaust rod 431 rotates, the automatic exhaust rod 431 can drive the exhaust lever 432 to rotate, so that the reliability of the automatic exhaust driving device is improved.
Further, the automatic exhaust driving device further comprises a return spring 44, and the return spring 44 is respectively stopped on the pot cover 2 and the exhaust push rod 42 to normally push the exhaust push rod 42 to move away from the exhaust port. Referring to fig. 3, the return spring 44 may be sleeved outside the exhaust push rod 42. For example, in the initial state, the return spring 44 may be in a natural state, when the exhaust push rod 42 pushes the exhaust valve 3 to move in the horizontal direction, the return spring 44 is compressed to be in a compressed energy storage state, after the exhaust is finished, the electromagnetic push rod 41 is controlled to be powered off, the electromagnetic push rod 41 moves downwards to be disengaged from the automatic exhaust rod 431 to enable the automatic exhaust rod 431 to rotate anticlockwise to be reset, then the second end of the automatic exhaust rod 431 is disengaged from the exhaust lever 432 to enable the exhaust lever 432 to rotate anticlockwise to be reset, finally, the exhaust lever 432 is disengaged from the exhaust push rod 42, and the exhaust push rod 42 moves towards the direction away from the exhaust port under the action of the return spring 44 to be reset.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, an end of the exhaust lever 432 contacting the exhaust push rod 42 is formed in a hook shape with an opening facing upward. Therefore, the contact end of the exhaust lever 432 and the exhaust push rod 42 is formed into an arc shape, so that the friction force between the exhaust lever 432 and the exhaust push rod 42 can be reduced, the exhaust lever 432 can push the exhaust push rod 42 to move horizontally, the end face of the exhaust push rod 42 can be prevented from being scratched in the rotation process of the exhaust lever 432, and the reliability of the automatic exhaust driving device is improved.
According to some further embodiments of the present invention, a limiting means 4314 for limiting the rotation angle of the automatic exhaust rod 431 is provided on the inner lid 22. Specifically, the limiting means 4314 comprises a limiting spring having two ends respectively abutting against the inner cover 22 and the automatic exhaust rod 431. Therefore, the rotation angle of the automatic exhaust rod 431 can be limited by the limiting device 4314, the damage to the inner cover 22 caused by the fact that the second end of the automatic exhaust rod 431 collides with the inner cover 22 due to the fact that the rotation angle of the automatic exhaust rod 431 is too large is avoided, and after exhaust is finished, the automatic exhaust rod 431 can reset under the action of the limiting spring, so that the automatic exhaust rod 431 can reset smoothly.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a limiting column 4315 is disposed on a lower surface of the second section 4312 of the automatic exhaust rod 431, and the limiting spring may be sleeved on the limiting column 4315. Therefore, the position of the limiting spring can be stable, and the performance of the limiting spring is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a rotation shaft is disposed on the lid 2, and a shaft hole 4316 is disposed on the automatic exhaust rod 431 and is matched with the rotation shaft to rotate the automatic exhaust rod 431 around the central axis of the rotation shaft. Therefore, the rotation of the automatic exhaust rod 431 can be realized through the matching of the rotating shaft and the shaft hole 4316, and the automatic exhaust rod is simple in structure and convenient to mount.
According to some further embodiments of the present invention, the cooking appliance 100 further comprises an elastic sealing structure 45, the elastic sealing structure 45 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the portion of the exhaust push rod 42 protruding into the exhaust passage 23, and the elastic sealing structure 45 is fixed on the inner wall of the exhaust passage 23. Therefore, the direct contact between the water vapor in the exhaust passage 23 and the exhaust push rod 42 can be avoided, the sealing performance of the exhaust push rod 42 is improved, the damage of hot gas to the exhaust push rod 42 is effectively reduced, and the service life of the exhaust push rod 42 is prolonged.
Specifically, the top of the driving rod 411 is provided with a limiting portion 4111, and the area of the limiting portion 4111 is larger than that of the extending hole 14. In an initial state (i.e., when not exhausting), the limiting portion 4111 can be plugged at the position of the protruding hole 14, so that condensed water is prevented from entering the electromagnetic push rod 41 from the protruding hole 14, the waterproof performance of the automatic exhaust driving device is improved, and the reliability of the automatic exhaust driving device is further improved. In addition, when the driving lever 411 moves in the vertical direction, the stopper 4111 may prevent the driving lever 411 from slipping out of the protrusion hole 14, so that the position of the driving lever 411 is stable.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the pot cover 2 or the pot body 1 is provided with a manual button cooperating with the electromagnetic push rod 41 or the automatic exhaust rod 431 to control the operation of the electromagnetic push rod 41 or the automatic exhaust rod 431 by triggering the manual button. For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the manual button may be disposed on the pot body 1 and engaged with the electromagnetic push rod 41, after the manual button is triggered, the electromagnetic push rod 41 operates, the driving rod 411 of the electromagnetic push rod 41 moves upward and pushes the automatic exhaust rod 431 to rotate, the automatic exhaust rod 431 contacts the exhaust lever 432 during rotation to rotate the exhaust lever 432, the exhaust lever 432 contacts the exhaust push rod 42 during rotation to push the exhaust push rod 42 to move horizontally, and the exhaust push rod 42 pushes the exhaust valve 3 to move to open the exhaust port, so as to achieve exhaust.
For another example, in another embodiment of the present invention, a manual button may be provided on the lid 2 and engaged with the automatic venting lever 431. The manual key can be arranged above the automatic exhaust rod 431, after the manual key is triggered, for example, after the manual key is pressed downwards, the manual key moves downwards and is in contact with the automatic exhaust rod 431 to apply a downward acting force to the automatic exhaust rod 431, under the action of the manual key, the automatic exhaust rod 431 rotates, the automatic exhaust rod 431 is in contact with the exhaust lever 432 in the rotating process to enable the exhaust lever 432 to rotate, the exhaust lever 432 is in contact with the exhaust push rod 42 in the rotating process to push the exhaust push rod 42 to move horizontally, and then the exhaust push rod 42 pushes the exhaust valve 3 to move to open the exhaust port, so that exhaust is realized.
Therefore, manual air exhaust can be realized through the manual key, so that a user can select an air exhaust mode according to actual conditions. For example, during normal cooking (e.g., cooking rice, etc.), manual venting may be achieved through the manual button, and during cooking of special food (e.g., sticky food such as porridge), automatic venting may be achieved through the automatic venting driving device, which improves the practicality and safety of the cooking appliance 100.
Other constructions and operations of the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
According to the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the waiting time of the user after the cooking is finished is shortened, the safety of the user is ensured, and the safety and the practicability of the cooking appliance 100 are improved.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking appliance (100), comprising:

an automatic exhaust driving device, which comprises an electromagnetic push rod (41), an exhaust push rod (42) and a connecting component, the electromagnetic push rod (41) is arranged in the accommodating groove, the electromagnetic push rod (41) comprises a driving rod (411) capable of reciprocating, one end of the driving rod (411) extends out of the extending hole, the exhaust push rod (42) is horizontally movably arranged in the pot cover (2) and one end of the exhaust push rod (42) is suitable for being abutted against the peripheral wall of the exhaust valve (3) to push the exhaust valve (3) to move, the connecting component is respectively matched with the electromagnetic push rod (41) and the exhaust push rod (42), when the electromagnetic push rod (41) is triggered, the electromagnetic push rod is contacted with the connecting component to drive the connecting component to move, the connecting assembly is configured to convert a vertical movement of a driving rod (411) of the electromagnetic push rod (41) into a horizontal movement of the exhaust push rod (42).
2. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 1, wherein the electromagnetic push rod (41) is fixed to one of the housing (111) and the base (113).

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 2, wherein the connecting assembly comprises an automatic venting rod (431) and a venting lever (432), the automatic venting rod (431) and the venting lever (432) are respectively rotatably provided in the pot cover (2), a first end of the automatic venting rod (431) is adapted to contact with the driving rod (411), a second end of the automatic venting rod (431) is adapted to contact with the venting lever (432), and the venting lever (432) is adapted to contact with the venting push rod (42) to push the venting push rod (42) to move horizontally.

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 3, wherein the second end of the automatic venting rod (431) is provided with a pressing block (4313) located above the venting lever (432), and the automatic venting driving device further comprises a return spring (44), and the return spring (44) respectively abuts against the pot cover (2) and the venting push rod (42) to normally push the venting push rod (42) to move away from the venting port.
5. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 4, wherein an end of the exhaust lever (432) contacting the exhaust push rod (42) is formed in a hook shape with an opening facing upward.
6. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 3, wherein the inner lid (22) is provided with a limiting means (4314) for limiting the rotation angle of the automatic venting rod (431).
7. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 6, wherein the limiting means (4314) comprises a limiting spring having two ends respectively abutting against the inner lid (22) and the automatic venting lever (431).

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 1, further comprising an elastic sealing structure (45), wherein the elastic sealing structure (45) is provided on an outer peripheral wall of a portion of the exhaust push rod (42) protruding into the exhaust passage (23), and the elastic sealing structure (45) is fixed on an inner wall of the exhaust passage (23).
9. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 1, wherein the top of the driving rod (411) is provided with a limiting portion (4111), and the area of the limiting portion (4111) is larger than that of the extending hole.
10. The cooking appliance (100) according to any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein a manual button cooperating with the electromagnetic push rod (41) or the automatic exhaust rod (431) is provided on the pot cover (2) or the pot (1) to control the operation of the electromagnetic push rod (41) or the automatic exhaust rod (431) by triggering the manual button.
