背景技术
为了控制糖尿病病情或减少其并发症,控制血糖是非常重要的一环,而定期量测血糖并了解血糖浓度的变化趋势,才能确保血糖浓度长期处于安全、稳定的水平。对于血糖浓度的测量,以往常见的做法是患者以穿刺装置刺穿皮肤并采集血液,再利用感测试片配合检测机器以电化学分析原理量测与计算所采集血液中的葡萄糖浓度。然而,一天需反复多次的采血与检测往往造成患者生活上的不便,所以近二十年来以可植入体内进行连续性血糖监测(Continuous glucose monitoring,CGM)***的发展最为迅速,用于实时且持续性地监控注射胰岛素或服用药物、饮食、运动对一整天血糖浓度的影响,进而提供治疗及控制上更有效的帮助。而连续性血糖监测***必须为用户长时间配戴,但为了避免装置在用户穿脱衣物过程中被勾脱,并减少与外物碰撞的机会,薄型化是必然的趋势。再者,连续性血糖监测***中又以负责接收与传送生理讯号的发射器最为昂贵,是以如何在装置微型化的前提下维持发射器本身的结构稳定性与密封性为业界不断追求的目标。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种薄型化生理讯号监测装置及其发射器的组装方法。
本实用新型的生理讯号监测装置适用于量测生物体的生理参数,包含传感器,及发射器。所述传感器用来植入所述生物体皮下,以量测并输出对应所述生理参数的生理讯号。所述发射器沿第一轴向连接所述传感器,所述发射器包括底壳、顶壳、电路板、处理单元、电池,及电连接部。
所述顶壳密封所述底壳并与所述底壳共同界定出内部空间。所述电路板位于所述内部空间。所述处理单元设置于所述电路板上且用来处理所述生理讯号。所述电池位于所述内部空间,且电连接所述电路板。所述电连接部设置于所述底壳,并供所述传感器耦接至所述电路板,以将所述生理讯号传输至所述处理单元。所述固化剂填充于所述内部空间,以黏合所述顶壳及所述底壳并固定所述电池、所述电路板及所述处理单元的相对位置。
本实用新型的生理讯号监测装置,所述发射器的底壳具有至少一个第一阶级部、第二阶级部,及连接所述第一阶级部及所述第二阶级部的段差部,且所述第一阶级部沿所述第一轴向远离所述顶壳,所述第二阶级部沿所述第一轴向靠近所述顶壳而与所述第一阶级部于所述第一轴向上相间隔。

本实用新型的有益效果在于:利用固化剂填充于所述内部空间,以黏合所述顶壳与所述底壳并完成整体固定,不仅利于稳定结构,更能减少所述电池、所述电路板及所述处理单元之间相对位置的固定结构,以有效缩小所述发射器的整体体积,同时兼具良好的零组件固定作用及密封所述内部空间作用,而能达到前述缩减发射器厚度,进而缩小整体生理讯号监测装置体积的目的,并利于维持所述发射器的密封性。

在本实用新型被详细描述之前,应当注意在以下的说明内容中,类似的组件是以相同的编号来表示。
再注意的是,本实用新型描述中,所用的术语「上」、「下」、「顶」、「底」仅用来便于表示组件之间的相对方位,并非限制各个组件实际使用的方向。
参阅图1与图2,本实用新型生理讯号监测装置的一个实施例,适用于安装至一个生物体(图未示)的皮表,并用于量测所述生物体的一个生理参数,具体而言,是量测所述生物体中的一种分析物质,在本实施例中,所述分析物质为葡萄糖,所述生理讯号监测装置用来量测人体组织间液(Interstitial Fluid,ISF)中的葡萄糖浓度,但在其他实施态样中,不以此为限。
定义一个第一轴向D1,及一个垂直所述第一轴向D1的第二轴向D2,但在其他实施态样中所述第一轴向D1及所述第二轴向D2之间的夹角不限于90°。
所述生理讯号监测装置包含一个用于设置于所述生物体皮表的底座1、一个设置于所述底座1的传感器2(Sensor),及一个沿所述第一轴向D1能分离地盖设于所述底座1及连接所述传感器2的发射器3(Transmitter)。所述传感器2用来部分植入于所述生物体皮下,以量测所述生物体中的所述分析物质,并传送一个对应所述分析物质的数据的生理讯号至所述发射器3,所述发射器3用来将接收到的所述生理讯号进行处理后,传输出至外部的一个接收装置(图未示),以利使用者进行所述分析物质的监测。
所述底座1包括一个用来借由一个贴布200贴设于所述生物体的体表的基壁11、一个设置于所述基壁11顶面的槽周壁12,及一个设置于所述基壁11顶面的第二卡合结构14。所述基壁11具有一个穿孔111。所述槽周壁12围绕出一个供所述传感器2设置的设置槽13。
参阅图2及图5,所述传感器2包括一个固定于所述底座1的设置槽13的固定座21,及一个设置于所述固定座21的感测试片22。所述感测试片22包括一个感测段221,及一个讯号输出段222,所述感测段221穿过所述底座1的穿孔111,并用来植入所述生物体的皮下,以量测与所述分析物质相关的生理参数,所述讯号输出段222则连接所述发射器3,并将量测结果传送至所述发射器3。具体而言,所述感测试片22的表面设有多个电极(图未示),且覆盖有一个分析感测层(图未示式),所述分析感测层用来与所述生物体中的所述分析物质进行反应,所述电极用来以电讯号方式传递所述分析感测层的反应结果。
参阅图2、图3、图5,所述发射器3包括一个顶壳31、一个与所述顶壳31共同界定出一个内部空间30的底壳32、一个位于所述内部空间30且承靠于所述底壳32的电路板33、一个设置于所述电路板33上的处理单元34、一个位于所述内部空间30且电连接所述电路板33的电池35、一个设置于所述底壳32并供所述传感器2耦接至所述电路板33的电连接部36,及一个设置于所述底壳32的第一卡合结构37,及一个呈板状且靠抵所述电路板33顶面及所述顶壳31之间的支撑件38。
在本实施例中,所述顶壳31不具有贯穿自身顶面与底面的孔洞。由图1可知,所述发射器3借由所述底座1设置于生物体皮表,且其以所述底壳32面对所述底座1而容置于所述底座1中并露出所述顶壳31,借此所述顶壳31不仅用于密封所述底壳32,更能避免外部液体轻易地经由其外露的顶面进入所述发射器3中,进而损毁相关的电子组件。
所述底壳32具有至少一个第一阶级部321、一个第二阶级部322,及一个连接所述第一阶级部321及所述第二阶级部322的段差部323,且所述第二阶级部322具体为借由所述段差部323而于所述第一轴向上与所述第一阶级部321相间隔。于本实施例中,所述第一阶级部321沿所述第一轴向D1远离所述顶壳31,所述第二阶级部322沿所述第一轴向D1靠近所述顶壳31,使所述底壳32面向下方的一侧对应所述第二阶级部322的位置形成一个朝向所述顶壳凹陷的第一凹槽324,用于容置所述传感器2的固定座21,且所述第一凹槽324于所述第一轴向D1上的深度不大于所述第二阶级部322的顶面与所述第一阶级部321的底面于所述第一轴向D1上的距离。具体地,所述底壳32具有两个第一阶级部321,所述第一阶级部321沿所述第二轴向D2位于所述第二阶级部322的两相反侧,且其中一个第一阶级部321及所述第二阶级部322的顶面设有多个定位柱325。
参阅图3及图5,所述电路板33至少承靠于所述第二阶级部322并朝向其中一个第一阶级部321的方向延伸。于本实施例中,所述电路板33具有一个承靠所述第二阶级部322的第一板体331,及一个连接所述第一板体331且承靠其中一个第一阶级部321的第二板体332。所述第一板体331及所述第二板体332具有多个套设于所述定位柱325的定位孔333。所述第一板体331及所述第二板体332沿着所述第二阶级部322、所述段差部323及所述第一阶级部321呈阶级状,所述处理单元34则设置于所述第二板体332的顶面,即所述处理单元34位于所述第二板体332及所述顶壳31之间。参阅图6,为本实施例的一个变化态样,于所述变化态样中,所述电路板33’的所述第一板体331及所述第二板体332位于同平面,而不呈阶级状,所述处理单元34则设置于所述第二板体332的底面,而位于所述第二板体332的底面与所述底壳32的第一阶级部321之间。
所述处理单元34与所述电池35的位置皆对应所述第一阶级部321,且于所述第一轴向D1上不重叠,以缩减所述发射器3于所述第一轴向D1上的厚度。本实施例中,所述处理单元34的位置对应所述底壳32的其中一个第一阶级部321,并设置于所述电路板33的所述第二板体332,所述电池35的位置则对应所述底壳32的另一个第一阶级部321,并电连接所述电路板33的第一板体331。此外,所述电池35不限于图3所示的钮扣电池,也能为一个充电电池(图未示),进而达到重复使用所述发射器3的目的。
所述处理单元34用来接收来自所述感测试片22的一个电讯号,并输出一个对应的葡萄糖值讯号。可以理解的是,本实施例所指的生理讯号,为前述电讯号与葡萄糖值讯号等讯号的统称。此外,所述处理单元34能包括讯号放大器、讯号转换器、处理器、通讯模块等等,但不以此为限。
参阅图2、图3及图7,所述电连接部36设置于所述第二阶级部322,并供所述感测试片22的讯号输出段222耦接至所述电路板33,以将所述生理讯号传输至所述处理单元34。所述电连接部36沿所述第一轴向D1凸出所述第二阶级部322的底面,但不凸出所述第一阶级部321的底面,且具体地所述电连接部36位于所述第一凹槽324内。所述电连接部36具有一个沿所述第一轴向D1向下开放以供所述传感器2插设的插孔361,及多个开设于所述第二阶级部322顶面且侧向连通所述插孔361的容槽362,且所述电路板33位于所述电连接部36的插孔361的上方,即具体地位于所述传感器2与所述顶壳31之间。每一个容槽362内部各设有一个导电件363,所述导电件363向上电性接触所述电路板33,且侧向电性接触所述感测试片22的讯号输出段222,而利于缩减沿所述第一轴向D1所需的空间。
于本实施例中,所述电连接部36与所述底壳32一体成形,但在另一个变化态样中,所述电连接部36也可以是现有电连接器的形式,而设置方式能由所述电路板33的第一板体331的底面向下穿设于所述底壳32。
所述第一卡合结构37设置于所述底壳32的第二阶级部322的底面与所述第一阶级部321的底面之间。参阅图2及图7,所述底壳32面向下方的一侧对应所述第二阶级部322的位置还形成有另一个朝向所述顶壳凹陷的第二凹槽326,本实施例的所述第一卡合结构37位于所述第二凹槽326内,且具体地为由第二凹槽326的槽周面凸出的卡勾。然而,第一卡合结构37的态样仅需能够配合后续安装的底座上的第二卡合结构14,所以虽未图示,在其他实施例中也能将第一卡合结构37改为设置于第二凹槽326的槽周面上的孔槽。当所述发射器3盖设于所述底座1时,所述第二卡合结构14至少部分嵌入所述第一卡合结构37中。
参阅图3,所述支撑件38除能用于固定所述电路板33的第一板体331及所述底壳32之间的相对位置外,更能保护所述电路板33与强化其结构强度。于本实施例中,所述支撑件38的位置沿所述第一轴向D1对应所述第二阶级部322,并以背胶39(如图3)或黏着剂39’(如图4)等方式黏合于所述电路板33的顶面,此外,所述支撑件38的两相反端能沿着所述第一轴向D1朝向所述底壳延伸而形成两个勾合部381(图3能看见其中一端所形成的勾合部381),所述勾合部381勾合于所述底壳32。参阅图4,在另一个变化态样中,所述支撑件38’也可以省略所述勾合部381,而仅黏合所述电路板33。此外,所述支撑件38也可以仅勾合所述底壳32,而不黏合所述电路板33。以上态样皆能达到固定所述电路板33的作用。
具体地,当如图3使用背胶39结合所述支撑件38至所述电路板33的顶面时,背胶39需预留连通至所述电连接部36的开孔,但能进一步密封在射出成形所述底壳32时为设置所述第一卡合结构37所留下的两个孔洞328(参阅图3,虽图未示出,但所述孔洞328能用背胶等方式覆盖密封,惟所述孔洞328仅为制造时所留下,在其他实施态样中也可以不具有所述孔洞328)。当如图4使用黏合剂39’结合所述支撑件38’至所述电路板33的顶面时,则是在所述第二阶级部322的顶面点上适量的黏合剂39’,且具体为在不影响所述传感器2与所述电路板33间的耦接或是其他定位功能的部分,再将所述电路板33的所述第一板体331贴合至所述第二阶级部322。
参阅图2与图5,所述底壳32还具有一个位于其中一个第一阶级部321且连通外部及所述内部空间30的贯孔327。所述发射器3能经由所述贯孔327朝所述内部空间30灌入固化剂5,以填充所述内部空间30并黏合所述顶壳31及所述底壳32,以及固定所述电池35、所述电路板33及所述处理单元34,同时密封所述内部空间30。如此,除了达到薄型化发射器的目的,更能提升所述发射器的机械强度,使其更加牢固不易变形并具有防摔防震等功能。同时,能减少所述发射器3内部所需的定位结构及固定结构,而有利空间的精简运用。于本实施例中,所述固化剂5为环氧树脂(Epoxy),但所述固化剂也能为硅胶(Silicone),本实用新型不以此为限。另外,固化剂5的灌入方式或位置能经调整,而由所述内部空间30中对应所述处理单元34的位置开始沉积。此时,若欲重复利用所述电池35,则能控制固化剂5沉积的高度并使其低于所述电池35。
经由上述说明可知,所述发射器3借由所述底壳32的具有高低段差,配合所述处理单元34及所述电池35于所述第一轴向D1不相重叠,以及配合所述第一卡合结构37不凸出所述第一阶级部321的底面,能有效缩小所述发射器3沿所述第一轴向D1的厚度,且具体地所述发射器3于所述第一轴向D1上的厚度小于4mm。
此外,参阅图2、图5及图7,所述发射器3沿所述第一轴向D1设置于所述底座1的基壁11顶面,所述底壳32的第一阶级部321趋近所述基壁11,所述第二阶级部322则与所述基壁11沿所述第一轴向D1相间隔,而形成一个配置区间4。所述底座1的所述槽周壁12位于所述配置区间4,所述发射器3的所述第一卡合结构37及所述底座1的所述第二卡合结构14相互卡合,且位于所述配置区间4。借此能缩小所述发射器3与所述底座1组合时沿所述第一轴向D1的整体厚度。
另外,所述传感器2的固定座21则容置于所述第一阶级部321的底面及所述第二阶级部322的底面之间,且所述传感器2的所述感测段221凸出所述第一阶级部321底面,所述感测段221用于植入所述生物体的皮下,借此能缩小所述发射器3与所述传感器2组合时沿所述第一轴向D1的整体厚度。
此外,由于所述发射器3的顶壳31不具有贯穿的孔洞,并以所述底壳32的第二阶级部322来连接所述传感器2,以及卡合所述底座1,因此,仅需选择性地于所述第二阶级部322、所述传感器2与所述底座1处进行密封件的配置,即能防止外部液体进入所述发射器3,而利于维持所述发射器3的密封性。
综上所述,本实用新型生理讯号监测装置,借由于所述内部空间30填充固化剂5,能减少所述发射器3内部所需的定位结构及固定结构,以有效缩小所述发射器3的整体体积,并能有效维持所述内部空间30的密封性。此外,利用所述底壳32具有高低段差,利于所述发射器3内部组件的平均配置,以及与外部组件的配合,而能有效的缩小所述发射器3沿所述第一轴向D1的厚度,所以确实能达成本实用新型的目的。
以上所述者,仅为本实用新型的实施例而已,当不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围,即凡依本实用新型权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本实用新型的范围。

Claims (16)

1.一种生理讯号监测装置,适用于量测生物体的生理参数,其特征在于:包含:
传感器,用来植入所述生物体皮下,以量测并输出对应所述生理参数的生理讯号;
发射器,沿第一轴向连接所述传感器,所述发射器包括
底壳;
顶壳,密封所述底壳并与所述底壳共同界定出内部空间;
电路板,位于所述内部空间;
处理单元,设置于所述电路板上且用来处理所述生理讯号;
电池,位于所述内部空间,且电连接所述电路板;
电连接部,设置于所述底壳,并供所述传感器耦接至所述电路板,以将所述生理讯号传输至所述处理单元;及
固化剂,填充于所述内部空间,以黏合所述顶壳及所述底壳并固定所述电池、所述电路板及所述处理单元的相对位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述发射器的底壳具有至少一个第一阶级部、第二阶级部,及连接所述第一阶级部及所述第二阶级部的段差部,且所述第一阶级部沿所述第一轴向远离所述顶壳,所述第二阶级部沿所述第一轴向靠近所述顶壳而与所述第一阶级部于所述第一轴向上相间隔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述处理单元的位置对应所述第一阶级部,所述电池的位置对应所述第一阶级部并与所述处理单元于所述第一轴向上不重叠,而所述电连接部设置于所述第二阶级部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述电路板对应所述第二阶级部、所述段差部及所述第一阶级部呈阶级状,并承靠于所述第二阶级部及所述第一阶级部。
5.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述发射器的电连接部沿所述第一轴向凸出所述第二阶级部的底面,且不凸出所述第一阶级部的底面。
6.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述发射器的电连接部具有沿所述第一轴向向下开放以供所述传感器插设的插孔,及多个开设于所述第二阶级部顶面且侧向连通所述插孔的容槽,每一个容槽内部各设有导电件,每一个导电件向上电性接触所述电路板,且侧向电性接触所述传感器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述发射器的电路板在所述电连接部的插孔上方,且位于所述传感器与所述顶壳之间。
8.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述发射器的底壳面向下方的一侧对应所述第二阶级部的位置形成有用于容置所述传感器的凹槽,且所述凹槽于所述第一轴向上的深度不大于所述第二阶级部的顶面与所述第一阶级部的底面于所述第一轴向上的距离。
9.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述生理讯号监测装置还包含供所述传感器设置并用来贴设于所述生物体皮表的底座,所述发射器沿所述第一轴向设置于所述底座,且所述发射器还具有卡固于所述底座的第一卡合结构,所述第一卡合结构设置于所述底壳的第二阶级部的底面与所述第一阶级部的底面之间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述发射器于所述第一轴向上的厚度小于4mm。
11.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述生理讯号监测装置还包含供所述传感器设置并用来贴设于所述生物体皮表的底座,所述底座包括基壁,所述发射器沿所述第一轴向设置于所述基壁顶面,且所述第一阶级部趋近所述基壁,所述第二阶级部与所述基壁沿所述第一轴向相间隔,而形成配置区间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述底座还具有设置于所述基壁顶面的槽周壁,所述槽周壁围绕出供所述传感器设置的设置槽,所述槽周壁位于所述配置区间。
13.根据权利要求11所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述底座包括至少一个设置于所述基壁顶面的第二卡合结构,所述发射器还包括至少一个设置于所述第二阶级部底面与所述第一阶级部底面之间的第一卡合结构,所述第一卡合结构及所述第二卡合结构相互卡合且位于所述配置区间。
14.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述发射器的所述底壳具有两个第一阶级部,所述第一阶级部沿第二轴向位于所述第二阶级部的两相反侧,所述处理单元的位置对应于所述第一阶级部的其中一个,所述电池的位置则对应于所述第一阶级部的另一个。
15.根据权利要求2所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述发射器还包括支撑件,所述支撑件的位置沿所述第一轴向对应所述第二阶级部,并靠抵所述电路板的顶面及所述顶壳之间。
16.根据权利要求1所述的生理讯号监测装置,其特征在于:所述顶壳不具有贯穿其自身顶面与底面的孔洞。
