4. The split pressure cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the raised portion comprises a plurality of spaced convex hulls having a spherical or arcuate surface that mates with the upper coupler.
5. A split pressure cooking appliance as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the raised portion is connected at both sides to the plate and the inclined plate by circular arc transitions.

The split pressure cooking appliance according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein when the locking cover is in the unlocked position, a side of the upper coupler facing the pressure plate is provided with a guide slope matching with the guide portion, the guide slope is in transition connection with a top surface of the upper coupler through a rounded corner, and a circular arc surface matching with the rounded corner is provided between the protrusion and the guide portion.
7. The split type pressure cooking appliance according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the height of the protrusion is 0.5mm to 3 mm.

The split type pressure cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pressing portion is a pressing groove having a downward opening and matching with the upper coupler, the guiding portion includes an inclined surface inclined upward, and a portion of the inclined surface connecting with the pressing groove forms the protrusion.
9. The split pressure cooking appliance of claim 8, wherein one side of the protrusion is in rounded transition with the slope and the other side is in rounded transition with the sidewall of the pressing groove.
10. The split type pressure cooking appliance according to any one of claims 8 to 9, wherein a distance between a lowest point of the protrusion and a highest point of the pressing groove is 0.5mm to 3 mm.
