Starting cleaning work: firstly, cleaning a material containing barrel assembly 2, starting a centralized dust removing device and a weighing conveyor 1, enabling the material containing barrel assembly 2 to move rightwards to a position right below a first hairbrush 716 of a material containing barrel cleaning mechanism 71, namely a cleaning position, starting the first hairbrush 716 to rotate and descend to clean the inner wall of a material containing barrel 25, simultaneously blowing the inner wall of the material containing barrel 25 by an annular air nozzle 718 on the material containing barrel 25, intermittently vibrating an air hammer 24 on the material containing barrel 25 to clean the inner wall of the material containing barrel 25, and conveying the cleaned material to a material discarding mechanism 5 along with a belt; after the cleaning of the barrel is finished, the first brush 716 of the material containing barrel cleaning mechanism 71 ascends and then moves horizontally to a brush cleaning position, the first brush 716 is cleaned in the brush cleaning barrel 717, and dust is sucked away from the dust removing opening 7171 by the centralized dust removing equipment. Secondly, cleaning the division mechanism 4, translating the division chain support 44 of the division mechanism 4 to the dust removal position, starting the division cleaning air knife 73, and sucking away the dust through the dust outlet 47 by the centralized dust removal equipment. Thirdly, cleaning the belt, the belt cleaning mechanism 72 firstly ascends to the second brush 725 to contact with the belt 15 under the action of the lifting cylinder 723, starts to rotate the second brush to clean the belt, and simultaneously starts the belt cleaning air knife 726 to clean the second brush 725 and the belt 15, and dust is sucked away from the outlet 7211 by the centralized dust removing equipment; and stopping the machine after the cleaning is finished.

1. A definite mass division equipment with a cleaning function comprises: the automatic sample distributing and feeding device comprises a weighing conveyor (1) horizontally arranged on a rack (3), a material containing barrel assembly (2) arranged at a feeding position above the starting end of the weighing conveyor (1) and used for providing uniformly laid sample materials for the weighing conveyor (1), a dividing mechanism (4) arranged above the weighing conveyor (1), a material receiving mechanism (6) arranged on the side surfaces of the dividing mechanism (4) and the weighing conveyor (1), a waste material mechanism (5) arranged below the tail end of the weighing conveyor (1) and used for receiving waste materials, and the rack (3) used for installing the weighing conveyor (1), the material containing barrel assembly (2), the dividing mechanism (4), the waste material mechanism (5) and the material receiving mechanism (6); the method is characterized in that: the automatic cleaning device further comprises a cleaning component (7) used for cleaning the device, wherein the cleaning component (7) comprises a charging basket cleaning mechanism (71) which is arranged in front of the contraction mechanism (4) and positioned above the weighing conveyor (1) and used for cleaning the charging basket assembly (2), and a belt cleaning mechanism (72) which is arranged below the weighing conveyor (1); the basket assembly (2) is movable between a cleaning position and a feeding position of the basket washing mechanism (71).

the charging bucket cleaning mechanism (71) comprises a door-shaped cleaning support (711) arranged above the weighing conveyor (1) in a spanning mode, a push rod support (714) is arranged on a cross beam (7111) of the cleaning support (711), a lifting push rod (713) is arranged on the push rod support (714), a first vertically arranged brush (716) and a first brush motor (715) for driving the first brush (716) to rotate are arranged on the lifting push rod (713) and lift along with the lifting push rod (713);
the belt cleaning mechanism (72) comprises a dust removal bracket (721) with the upper part in a square barrel or barrel shape, the lower part in a conical shape and an outlet (7211) at the bottom; a second horizontal brush (725) is arranged in the upper cavity (7212) of the dust removing bracket (721) through a brush bracket (722), and two lifting cylinders (723) for driving the brush bracket (722) to lift are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the dust removing bracket (721); a second brush motor (724) is provided on the brush holder (722) and connected to the second brush (725).
