The liquid medicine can enter into the atomizing region and then pass through electric power whirlpool device 4 under the wind that fan 3 produced, and the liquid medicine converts into hollow liquid drop and passes through the cooling mist room cooling again after high pressure and high-speed centrifugal treatment in electric power whirlpool device 4, has improved the atomizing effect greatly, and this kind of design can guarantee that the liquid medicine has independent atomizing region in the atomizing medicine applying machine and can not lead to the fact the corruption to each spare part of inside.
