After the first hole is drilled, the drill bit is withdrawn, the thread passing needle 4-1-1 passes the thread through the hole, the thread hooking wheel reaches the thread hooking position and rotates to hook the thread, and then the thread passing needle 4-1-1 and the thread hooking wheel are withdrawn to the initial position, and the process is repeated in sequence. When the secondary hole starts, the thread hooking wheel hooks the incoming thread and rotates, the last hooked thread is unhooked and knotted until the binding is finished.
The thread hooking wheel of the thread hooking device 7 is provided with two thread hooking heads in the same direction, when one thread hooking head hooks a thread, the other thread hooking head drops the thread, one-time knotting of a thread rope in the thread binding type binding process can be realized, the operation is simple and convenient, and the time and the labor are saved.
When the threading and knotting system 4 acts, the thread hooking device 7 acts synchronously, and the action of the threading and knotting system 4 is finished by the instruction sent by the threading motor and the controller, so that the synchronism is good and the control is easy.
The thread hooking wheel shaft 7-10 of the thread hooking device 7 drives the thread hooking wheel to stretch and retract so as to be matched with the drilling action of the drilling system 1 of the binding machine, when the binding machine performs the drilling action, the thread hooking wheel shaft of the thread hooking device 7 retracts to avoid interference with the drilling system 1, and therefore the space of the binding machine is effectively utilized to the maximum extent.
The threading and knotting method comprises the following steps:
1, after a cutting electric drill punches holes, a threading and knotting motor rotates forwards, and a threading needle ascends to feed threads;
2, stopping after the thread hooking wheel hooks the thread, and reversely driving the threading needle to return by the threading knotting motor;
3, judging whether the hole is a final hole or not, if not, repeating the step 1 to the step 2; if yes, continuing the next step;
4, a push-pull electromagnet 4-7 pushes a motor base 4-4 to push a gear 4-5 to the position of a thread pushing needle 4-2-1;
5, a motor 4-3 rotates forwards to push a wire pushing needle 4-2-1 to lift and send wires;
6, the thread pushing needle 4-2-1 retracts and resets after the thread hooking wheel hooks the thread;
7 push-pull type electromagnet 4-7 pushes gear 4-5, after gear 4-5 is pushed to the position of threading needle 4-1-1, motor 4-3 rotates forward to thread needle 4-1-1 to raise threading, thread hooking wheel 4-14 hooks the binding thread and then knotting threading needle 4-1-1 withdraws.
After the binding thread is knotted, the workbench moves, the thread locking electromagnet 8 is powered off, the workbench moves to drive the thread penetrating needle 4-1-1 to bypass the spring pressing sheet 11 of the thread locking device 5-7, the thread locking electromagnet 8 is powered on, the thread head is locked, the workbench resets, and the next binding operation is continued.

the thread hooking device (7) is arranged at the upper part of the workbench (5), and when a threading needle of the threading and knotting system (4) is lifted, the thread hooking device (7) rotates to hook a thread;
the drilling system (1) is used for perforating a material.
