一种连续粉液混合机,包括机体、基座、混合组件,机体设于基座顶端,机体顶端设有进粉口、进液口,机体一端连接有电机法兰,另一端连接有端盖,机体底端设有出料口,机体内部还设有混合组件;所述混合组件包括电机、联轴器、混合主轴和轴承座,电机通过电机法兰与机体相连,电机的输出轴通过联轴器连接混合主轴的,混合主轴表面固定安装有螺旋叶片和搅拌叶,混合主轴远离联轴器的另一端设有轴承,所述轴承与轴承座固定连接,轴承座固定安装在机体上,轴承沿轴向远离混合主轴的一侧固定连接有轴承盖,轴承盖设置在端盖内壁上。本混合机混料效果好、混合速度快、效率高。

本实用新型涉及一种连续粉液混合机。
背景技术
混合机是一种广泛应用于制药、化工、食品、轻工等领域,使物料充分均匀混合的机械设备,现有的混合机均是通过电机带动转动,且混合的物料许多时候为粉液混合,目前的粉液混合机的搅拌方式采用传统的直接将粉液混合,这样使得搅拌混合速度慢,混合的效果不佳,极大地限制了其利用率,由于液体与粉未各自的密度不同,如果不能在短时间内均匀混合,液体与粉末就会分层,形成液体在上,粉末在下的状态,这些特性都是液体与粉本在混合中存在的一些较普遍的问题,这些问题都不利于提高产能与降低成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种混料效果好、混合速度快、效率高的连续粉液混合机。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种连续粉液混合机,包括机体、基座、混合组件,所述机体水平设于基座的顶端,机体顶端外壁贯通开设有进粉口,且进粉口旁边贯通开设有进液口,机体一端固定连接有电机法兰,另一端固定连接有端盖,机体底端外壁贯通开设有出料口,机体内部还设有混合组件;
所述混合组件包括电机、联轴器、混合主轴和轴承座,所述电机通过电机法兰与机体相连,电机的输出轴与联轴器的一端固定连接,联轴器的另一端与混合主轴的一端固定连接,联轴器与机体连接处设置有骨架油封,骨架油封通过油封盖密封,且固定套接在联轴器表面,所述混合主轴表面固定安装有螺旋叶片,且混合主轴表面位置上对应螺旋叶片旁远离联轴器的一侧固定安装有若干个搅拌叶,混合主轴远离联轴器的另一端设有轴承,所述轴承与轴承座固定连接,轴承座固定安装在机体上,轴承沿轴向远离混合主轴的一侧固定连接有轴承盖,轴承盖设置在端盖内壁上。
为简单说明起见,以下对本实用新型所述的一种连续粉液混合机均简称为本混合机。
本混合机的优点:本混合机结构简单,通过螺旋叶片的递进输送可将粉末递进式与液体混合,从而提高了混合效率,避免出现混合不均匀,通过搅拌叶的搅拌避免让液体与粉末之间分层,从而可以最大程度地让液体与粉体之间相互混合,降低混合时间,从而可以提高产能及降低成本。
为达到本混合机更好的使用效果,其优选方案如下:
作为优选的,所述端盖外壁一侧贯通开设有螺纹孔,且通过螺钉与机体固定连接。
端盖通过螺钉与机体连接,这种方式便于拆卸清洗。
作为优选的,所述搅拌叶通过定位螺栓与混合主轴固定连接。
搅拌叶长时间使用后,需要定期清洗和更换,搅拌叶通过定位螺栓与混合主轴连接,这样可以便于更换和清洗。
作为优选的,所述端盖外壁一侧固定安装有塑料拉手。
塑料拉手方便端盖的拆卸和拿取。
作为优选的,所述进粉口顶端周向设有翻边,翻边上设有若干连接通孔。
翻边和连接孔构成一个类似法兰的结构,这种结构便于与外接的供粉管路直接连接。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图4,一种连续粉液混合机,包括机体1、基座2、混合组件5,所述机体1水平设于基座2的顶端,机体1顶端外壁贯通开设有进粉口3,所述进粉口3顶端周向设有翻边31,翻边31上设有六个连接通孔311。且进粉口3旁边贯通开设有进液口6,机体1一端固定连接有电机51法兰4,另一端固定连接有端盖8,所述端盖8外壁一侧贯通开设有螺纹孔,且通过螺钉7与机体1固定连接。所述端盖8外壁一侧固定安装有塑料拉手9。机体1底端外壁贯通开设有出料口10,机体1内部还设有混合组件5;
所述混合组件5包括电机51、联轴器53、混合主轴56和轴承510座59,所述电机51通过电机51法兰4与机体1相连,电机51的输出轴52与联轴器53的一端固定连接,联轴器53的另一端与混合主轴56的一端固定连接,联轴器53与机体1连接处设置有骨架油封55,骨架油封55通过油封盖54密封,且固定套接在联轴器53表面,所述混合主轴56表面固定安装有螺旋叶片57,且混合主轴56表面位置上对应螺旋叶片57旁远离联轴器53的一侧固定安装有若干个搅拌叶58,所述搅拌叶58通过定位螺栓512与混合主轴56固定连接。混合主轴56远离联轴器53的另一端设有轴承510,所述轴承510与轴承510座59固定连接,轴承510座59固定安装在机体1上,轴承510沿轴向远离混合主轴56的一侧固定连接有轴承盖511,轴承盖511设置在端盖8内壁上。
本混合机的工作状态为:粉末通过进粉口3注入机体1,同时电机51工作通过联轴器53带动混合主轴56转动,进而带动混合主轴56上连接的螺旋叶片57和搅拌叶58转动,此时液体通过进液口6注入机体1,通过螺旋叶片57的带动,将粉末送入机体1中与液体混合,在搅拌叶58的转动下对粉末和液体混合物进行搅拌,使之均匀混合形成混合液。

1.一种连续粉液混合机,其特征在于:包括机体、基座、混合组件,所述机体水平设于基座的顶端,机体顶端外壁贯通开设有进粉口,且进粉口旁边贯通开设有进液口,机体一端固定连接有电机法兰,另一端固定连接有端盖,机体底端外壁贯通开设有出料口,机体内部还设有混合组件;
所述混合组件包括电机、联轴器、混合主轴和轴承座,所述电机通过电机法兰与机体相连,电机的输出轴与联轴器的一端固定连接,联轴器的另一端与混合主轴的一端固定连接,联轴器与机体连接处设置有骨架油封,骨架油封通过油封盖密封,且固定套接在联轴器表面,所述混合主轴表面固定安装有螺旋叶片,且混合主轴表面位置上对应螺旋叶片旁远离联轴器的一侧固定安装有若干个搅拌叶,混合主轴远离联轴器的另一端设有轴承,所述轴承与轴承座固定连接,轴承座固定安装在机体上,轴承沿轴向远离混合主轴的一侧固定连接有轴承盖,轴承盖设置在端盖内壁上。
