7. The adjustable lounge chair of claim 6 wherein said back guard has a power cord jack mounted thereon, said power cord jack being connected to a battery.
8. The adjustable recliner chair of claim 6 wherein the back guard has a hook mounted thereon.
9. The adjustable reclining chair of claim 1, wherein a back frame guard is mounted to the back of the back frame, the back frame guard having a handle and a handle mounted thereon, and a fabric cover covering the back frame guard.
10. The adjustable reclining chair of claim 1 wherein the fabric cover of said back rest frame has a headrest mounted thereon by velcro.
