the rotating structure (4) consists of a rotating motor (41), a motor telescopic rod (42) and a rotating disk (43); the rotating disc (43) is rotatably mounted in the middle of the bed board supporting base (13), the movable telescopic tail end of the motor telescopic rod (42) is hinged to the rotating disc (43), the fixed end of the motor telescopic rod (42) is in driving connection with the rotating motor (41), and the rotating motor (41) is hinged to the beam of the upper support (11);
the bed board support (5) comprises a front fixed support plate (51), a rear fixed support plate (51) and a support edge beam (52), the fixed support plate (51) is fixed right above the rotating disc (43) and fixedly supports the support edge beam (52), and the support edge beam (52) is fixedly connected with the bed board assembly (2).
2. The liftable and rotatable medical bed according to claim 1, wherein the lifting structures (3) are arranged in two groups symmetrically along the direction of the head and the tail of the bed on the bed board supporting base (13).
3. The liftable and rotatable medical bed according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of spherical rollers are arranged between the slide rail (38) and the slide rail bracket (37).

Liftable and rotatable medical bed according to claim 1, wherein said rotating structure (4) further comprises a tension gas spring (44); the tension gas spring (44) and the motor telescopic rod (42) are arranged in parallel; one end of the tension gas spring (44) is hinged to the beam of the upper bracket (11), and the other end of the tension gas spring is fixedly arranged on the rotating disc (43).
5. The liftable and rotatable medical bed according to claim 4, wherein the rotating disc (43) can rotate 0-90 ° under the driving action of the motor telescopic rod (42).

The liftable and rotatable medical bed according to claim 6, wherein the bed board assembly (2) is divided into four sections, which are a backrest board (21), a bottom fixing board (22), a thigh supporting board (23) and a shank supporting board (24) from front to back, and each section is hinged with each other through a connecting ear (209); the bed board assembly (2) further comprises a first bed board motor (201), a first bed board telescopic rod (202), a second bed board motor (203), a second bed board telescopic rod (204), a first connecting piece (205), a second connecting piece (206), a third connecting piece (207) and a cross rod (208), wherein two ends of the cross rod (208) are movably connected in the movable connecting piece (53) through a shaft connecting sliding block; the first bed board motor (201) and the second bed board motor (203) are connected with the bed board bracket (5) and are respectively hinged with hinge pieces (54) arranged on the bed board bracket (5) in the front-back direction; one end of the second bed board telescopic rod (204) is in driving connection with the second bed board motor (203), and the other end of the second bed board telescopic rod is hinged below the backrest board (21); one end of the first bed board telescopic rod (202) is in driving connection with the first bed board motor (201), the other end of the first bed board telescopic rod is hinged with a first connecting piece (205), and the first connecting piece (205) is fixed in the middle of the cross rod (208); the third connecting piece (207) is fixed at the bottom of the shank supporting plate (24), an oblong sliding groove is formed in the middle of the third connecting piece, one end of the second connecting piece (206) is fixedly sleeved at the position, close to the end, of the cross rod (208), and the other end of the second connecting piece is movably connected into the oblong sliding groove of the third connecting piece (207).
