2. The multifunctional infrared grill of claim 1, wherein the first tray is square, and the first cover is rotatably connected to the edge of the first tray so as to cover or uncover the first tray.

8. The multifunctional infrared oven of claim 7, wherein the inner side of the second cover is provided with a groove directly above the cake trough, the groove being used for shaping the top of the food material when the food material in the cake trough expands to abut against the second cover.
