S2, tearing the film: the workpiece is arranged on the first limiting plate 243 of the first positioning mechanism 24, the third driving piece 241 drives the first lifting support 242 to rise, and the workpiece just falls into the grabbing end of the second working mechanism 43; the second working mechanism 43 grabs the workpiece, and simultaneously, the second driving piece 221 of the belt pressing mechanism 22 drives the material pressing block 222 to press down to approach the workpiece, so that the adhesive tape output by the material passing mechanism 23 is adhered to the 'surface film' of the workpiece; the third driving element 241 drives the first lifting support 242 to reset, the workpiece leaves the first limiting plate 243, the positioning suction cup 244 is closed, and the second driving element 221 drives the material pressing block 222 to reset; the first driving motor 432 drives the second clamping jaw 434 to rotate, so that the workpiece rotates, the adhesive tape sticks off all 'surface films' on the workpiece, and the film tearing function is realized. After the film is torn, the second working mechanism 43 is driven by the first driving mechanism 41 to move to the action end of the second positioning mechanism 33 of the film covering device 3.
S3, transferring: the second working mechanism 43 is arranged at the film covering device 3, the workpiece is positioned at the action end of the second positioning mechanism 33, the sixth driving element 331 drives the second positioning pawl disc 333 to ascend, the sixth clamping jaw 332 drives the second positioning pawl disc 333 to position the workpiece, and meanwhile, the seventh driving element 334 drives the second limiting plate 335 to be matched with the lug 336 to position the workpiece; meanwhile, the eleventh driving member 251 drives the detector 255 to move so that the working end of the detector 255 approaches the workpiece. Meanwhile, the film sleeve is output from the emptying device 3121 and is sleeved outside the film covering die 314 after being pressed and guided by a plurality of roller shafts 3122.
At this time, the driving mechanism drives reversely, the first working mechanism 42 moves from the film tearing device 2 to the feeding device 1, the second working mechanism 43 moves from the film covering device 3 to the film tearing device 2, and the third working mechanism 44 enters the film covering device 3.
S4, film covering:
fourth jaw 3132 clamps the "film sleeve" together with the film covering mold 314, and is driven by fourth driver 3131, so that the "film sleeve" enters above the working end of the clamping assembly 322; the fifth driving element 3221 drives the fifth clamping jaw 3222 to ascend to approach the film covering mold 314, the film covering mold 314 falls into the working end of the first positioning jaw disc 3223, and the fourth clamping jaw 3132 and the fourth driving element 3131 are reset and retracted after being clamped.
The third clamping jaw 443 of the third working mechanism 44 clamps the workpiece, and meanwhile, the sixth clamping jaw 332 and the seventh driving element 334 of the second positioning mechanism 33 are driven to reset, and the sixth driving element 331 drives the second positioning jaw disc 333 to descend and reset; the second driving motor 441 drives the screw rod sliding module 442, the third clamping jaw 443 moves forward under the action of the screw rod sliding module 442, pushes the workpiece into a film sleeve on the input clamping assembly 322 of the first positioning jaw disc 3223, and ejects the film sleeve mold 314 out; meanwhile, the film covering fixing mechanism 34 fixes the opening of the film covering, the ninth driving member 342 and the eighth driving member 341 jointly drive the fixed suction cup 343 to be close to the opening of the film covering, and the fixed suction cup 343 adsorbs the film covering to fix the workpiece.
The clamping assembly 322 works to clamp the workpiece together with the film sleeve, the film sleeve fixing mechanism 34 is reset, and the cutter assembly 321 cuts off the film sleeve.
S5, discharging: the second driving mechanism 52, the third driving mechanism 53 and the tenth driving member 54 jointly drive the seventh clamping jaw 55 to approach to the workpiece on the fixed clamping assembly 322, the seventh clamping jaw 55 grips the workpiece, and the second driving mechanism 52, the third driving mechanism 53 and the tenth driving member 54 jointly drive the seventh clamping jaw 55 to move, so that the workpiece is discharged and processed, and the discharging is normal. When the quality inspection mechanism 25 detects that the 'pellicle' of the workpiece is not completely torn off, the workpiece is directly moved to the waste discharge slideway 01 by the discharge device 5 to be discharged.
