4. The cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising a hand-held portion including a clean water tank, said housing further having a clean water inlet connected to said clean water tank, said clean water inlet being positioned above said second basin.
5. The cleaning device of claim 4, wherein an ozone generator is further disposed in the handle and is connected to the clean water tank.
6. The cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein a filter assembly is disposed in the waste tank, the housing further having a purified water inlet, the waste tank being connected to the purified water inlet, the purified water inlet being positioned above the first tank.
7. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 6, wherein the filter assembly comprises a filter screen and a filter cartridge, the filter cartridge containing filter cotton.
8. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 6, wherein the sump is removably mounted to the housing.
9. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 8, wherein the inlet and outlet of the waste water tank are provided with one-way valves.
10. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a side wall of the housing is provided with an inclined sewage passage, and the sewage in the first and second tanks flows from the sewage passage into the sewage tank by self-weight and water pressure impulsive force.
