Moreover, existing cleaning tools can only clean dry waste (brooms, cleaners, etc.) or liquid waste (mops, etc.). It is said to be unwarranted by the hand in terms of cleaning either particularly poor or laborious (e.g., multiple washes with rags) of dry and wet mixed waste, particularly sticky waste (e.g., syrup, ketchup, etc.).
In addition, the mopping machine or the mopping and sweeping all-in-one machine can be provided with a water tank for storing water. The existing water tanks are generally of a simple box-like structure and are fixedly mounted on the machine, and water squeezed out of the drum may overflow to the ground and be inconvenient to clean.

Wherein, the outside of the roller 111 is a sponge layer. The blade 121 has an arc-shaped working surface with one end contacting the ground. A trash passage is formed between the arc-shaped working surface and the outer circumferential surface of the drum 111. The shovel bar 112 may be a silicone shovel bar. The pressing roller 121 interferes with the drum 111, and the pressing roller 121 and the drum 111 form a water tank a. The rolling brush 131 is located between the drum 111 and the garbage box 141, and is used for cleaning the garbage on the surface of the drum 111.
The drum 111 has at least two layers, and the outermost layer is a sponge layer for absorbing water and cleaning garbage. The innermost layer is a supporting layer and is made of hard materials. The driving motor can be sleeved in the roller 111, so that the space can be saved, and the size of the cleaning tool can be reduced.
The roller 111 may be detachably provided with a snap at one end, thereby facilitating detachment from the housing. The motor is installed inside the drum 111, and the rotation shaft is installed on the housing. The driving motor drives the hard material inside the roller transmission mechanism to rotate around the axis of the hard material, so that the sponge layer is driven to rotate, and the surface of the sponge layer moves circumferentially.
When the roller 111 rolls on the ground, the sponge layer is pressed and deformed by the particles of the dry garbage on the ground, and the particles of the dry garbage are wrapped by the sponge layer through deformation, so that the particles of the dry garbage are separated from the ground and rotate together with the roller 111. When the rotary drum rotates to the position of the shovel bars a, the particles of the dry garbage leave the ground and are extruded by the shovel bars to continue rotating together with the rotary drum 111. When the shovel strip is rotated, the sponge layer is restored to deform due to the loss of the compression of the shovel strip when the shovel strip is rotated to the position b, and dry garbage particles wrapped by the sponge layer are released and some dry garbage particles cannot be released and are brushed down by the bristles of the rolling brush 131. The bristles of the rolling brush 131 are in contact with the sponge layer, and the rolling brush 131 moves in the opposite direction to the roller 111. The released or brushed-down garbage enters the garbage box 141 along the moving track of the drum brush 131.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present disclosure, the pressing roller 121 interferes with the sponge layer of the drum 111, and a V-like water tank a (water containing space) may be formed between the pressing roller 121 and the drum 111. The squeeze roller 121 is used to squeeze out the water in the sponge layer of the drum 111, and the squeezed out sewage flows into the V-like water tank a.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the sewage nozzle 518 is located above both sides of the water tank a, and the purification nozzle 513 is located above the middle of the drum 111. The cleaning water nozzle 513 sprays clean water or purified water onto the drum 111 to clean the drum 111, and the water is partially absorbed by the sponge layer of the drum 111, partially flows into the water tank a by its own weight along the arc-shaped surface of the sponge layer, and is then sucked out of the water tank a by the sewage nozzle 518 at both sides of the water tank a. That is, the water flows from the middle to both ends, and the clean water or the purified water flows in continuously, and the sewage flows out continuously to form a dynamic water flow, thereby cleaning the drum 111.
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the sewage nozzle 518 may be further disposed above the middle of the water tank a, and the purification nozzles 513 are disposed above both ends of the drum 111. That is, the water flows from both ends to the center, and the clean water or the purified water flows in while the sewage flows out, and the drum 111 is cleaned by the dynamic water flow.

The sewage accommodating chamber is provided with a first sewage inlet 261a, and the purified water accommodating chamber is provided with a purified water outlet 261 b. The sewage enters the sewage accommodating chamber from the first sewage inlet 261a, is filtered by the filter element 263, enters the purified water accommodating chamber, and then flows out of the water tank through the purified water outlet 261 b.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5-7, the filter element 263 is removably mounted in the receiving cavity. The tank has a rear cover 267 for access to the filter element 263. In the present disclosure, the material of the filter element 263 is not limited, and the filter element may be made of stainless steel, ceramic or filter cotton, and the aperture of the filter hole may be set according to actual requirements.
After the filter element 263 filters the sewage for a period of time, the surface is easily blocked. To clear blockages, the water tank of the present disclosure further includes a brush assembly, which is also mounted within the receiving cavity. In the present disclosure, the brush assembly is used to clean the filter cartridge.
To better achieve block prevention, relative rotation is required between the filter element 263 and the brush assembly, and therefore, the water tank of the present disclosure is further provided with a driving mechanism. A drive mechanism is mounted within the body for driving rotation of the filter element 263 and/or the brush assembly.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5-7, the brush assembly includes a first bristle 264 a. The first brush 264a is installed outside the filter element 263, and the bristle part of the first brush 264a is in contact with the outer side surface of the filter element 263 for cleaning the outer side surface thereof. The tanks shown in fig. 5-7 are integrated tanks, and in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the waste and purified water tanks may be separate (as shown in fig. 8 and 9).
In this disclosure, since the sewage nozzle is disposed on the upper housing, the sewage needs to be pumped out from the water tank a by the power device. In the present disclosure, the power device for pumping sewage may employ a water pump or an air pump.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, an air pump is used to pump the sewage from the tank a. In this case, the sewage tank needs to be provided in a closed form. In this way, sewage can not contact with the motor, the motor can not be affected, and the service life of the motor is long.
In this case, the sewage box is provided with an air exhaust port. During operation, the air pump takes away the gas in the sewage box, forms the negative pressure, and the water in basin A is pumped to the sewage box through sewage water injection well choke 518.
An air outlet is arranged on the air pump. When the sewage box is full, sewage can get into the air pump, flows out from the gas outlet, in order to avoid sewage to flow everywhere, can set up the overflow pipe. One end of the overflow pipe is connected with the air outlet of the air pump, and the other end of the overflow pipe is aligned with the roller 111, so that the sewage is directly discharged onto the roller 111.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 9, a water pump is used to pump the sewage from the tank a. The water pump is respectively connected with the sewage box and the water tank. Under the action of the water pump, sewage is pumped out of the water tank A and then enters the sewage box through the water pump.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 8 and 9, no power device is provided on the purified water tank side. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, a water pump may be disposed at the side of the purified water box, and the purified water is pumped from the purified water box to the purified water nozzle and sprayed onto the drum through the water pump.
When the power device is used for pumping sewage, the water nozzles (the clean water nozzle 513 and the sewage nozzle 518, especially the sewage nozzle 518) are easy to block because the sewage extruded from the roller 111 contains dirt, sludge or other viscous substances.
In order to prevent the water nozzles from being blocked, the water nozzles may be disposed close to the drum 111 or the squeeze roller 121, and protrusions may be disposed at positions of the drum 111 or the squeeze roller 121 corresponding to the water nozzles, and the protrusions periodically contact the water nozzles when the drum 111 and/or the squeeze roller 121 rotate, thereby cleaning the water nozzles.
Fig. 10 illustrates a preferred drum of the present disclosure. The drum 111 is provided with a projection 111 e. The projection 111e is a spiral projection. The spiral protrusions 111e have at least two spiral protrusions extending from both ends of the drum 111 toward the middle in opposite spiral directions and converging into a point at the middle of the drum 111 e. Two water nozzles 513 are provided, and are respectively disposed at the upper end of the drum 111 e. The sewage nozzle 518 is provided at the upper end of the water tank a near the drum 111.
As shown in fig. 11, the screw thread of the spiral protrusion 111e on the drum 111 matches the positions of the clean water nozzle 513 and the sewage nozzle 518, and when the drum 111 rotates, the spiral protrusion 111e can be in contact with the ends of the clean water nozzle 513 and the sewage nozzle 518 periodically, so as to clean the clean water nozzle 513 and the sewage nozzle 518 and avoid being blocked by garbage.
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the spiral protrusion 111e may also extend from one end to the other end of the drum 111 and/or the pressing roll 121. Of course, the protrusion may have other structures as long as it can clean the cleaning nozzle 513 and the sewage nozzle 518 to avoid being blocked by garbage.
In addition, the outer side surface of the port of the water nozzle can be arranged into an arc shape, and the arc shape can be the same as the radian of the circumferential surface of the roller 111 or the radian of the circumferential surface of the squeezing roller 121. At this time, the arc-shaped structure of the water nozzle is attached to the circumferential surface of the drum 111 or the squeezing roller 121. The design can improve the water absorption area of the water nozzle and improve the water absorption efficiency. Moreover, the water nozzle directly pumps the sewage away from the surface of the roller 111 or the squeezing roller 121, and the garbage on the surface of the water tank A cannot be pumped away, so that the subsequent system cannot be blocked, and the water pumping effect is better.
Fig. 3 illustrates an upper housing of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the upper housing includes a clean water nozzle 513, a sewage nozzle 514, an inner housing 515, an outer housing 516, an upper housing hinge 519, a button assembly, and a water pipe assembly. Wherein, the button assembly includes bullet post 514a, button 514b and spring bolt 514c, and the water pipe assembly includes sewer 517a, water purification pipe 517b, clear water entry soft plug 517c and sewage export soft plug 517 d.
The sewage pipe 517a and the purified water pipe 517b are arranged in the upper shell. One side of the upper housing is openable by pressing the button 514b, which opens under the action of the stud 514a and the latch 514 c.
One side of the upper housing is provided with an upper housing hinge 519 which is engaged with a lower housing hinge 522 to fix one end of the upper housing to the lower housing 520.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-2, the roller 111, the shoveling bars 112, the pressing roller 121, the rolling brush 131, and the trash can 141 are all detachable.
The cleaning tool of the present disclosure may also include a disinfecting assembly. Wherein the disinfecting assembly may comprise an ozone generator. The ozone generator leads the generated ozone into the purified water box or the water tank A through the air pump and the air pipe so as to disinfect and sterilize the purified water or the water in the water tank A and prevent the water from becoming odorous. In addition, the water is provided with ozone, so that the ground can be disinfected and sterilized.
The ozone generator can be arranged on the hand-held part and can also be arranged on other parts according to the requirement. But also the disinfecting assembly may be other disinfecting means such as a UV lamp, the ozone generator being only a preferred embodiment thereof.
An adjustment knob may also be provided on the hand-held portion of the cleaning implement of the present disclosure. The adjusting knob can adjust the water outlet speed, and when the ground is very dry, the water quantity can be increased, so that the ground is wet; when water is on the ground, the water can be reduced or not discharged, so that the cleaning tool can suck the water on the ground.
The cleaning head of the cleaning tool of the present disclosure may have a roller mounted thereon. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-2, there are two sets of rollers (front wheel 151 and rear wheel 152). Two front wheels 151 and two rear wheels 152 are provided, wherein the rear wheels 152 can be connected to a power unit (motor).
In addition, in the present disclosure, if the side casing corresponding to the drum 111 is relatively thick, the floor corresponding to the casings on both sides of the drum 111 cannot be cleaned by the drum 111 without fail, and thus a cleaning blind area is caused. In order to clean the blind area, at least one side brush may be provided at each side of the drum 111. The two side brushes may be symmetrically disposed on the housing at both sides of the drum 111.
The front side of the cleaning head of the cleaning tool can be provided with an anti-collision strip, so that the shell is prevented from being damaged due to collision in the process of cleaning the ground. Searchlights may also be provided to assist the user in cleaning when it is relatively dark, such as under the bed.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the user adds clean water to the purified water cartridge, holds the handle, turns on the switch, and activates the device. The clean water is sucked to the cleaning water nozzle and then sprayed on the drum 111. The user promotes the burnisher back-and-forth movement, and before contacting ground, the sponge layer on cylinder 111 is slightly wet (absorb water and be unsaturated), and after contacting ground, the slightly wet sponge layer absorbs subaerial liquid rubbish on one side, cleans subaerial solid rubbish on the other side.
With the cooperation of the shoveling bars 112, the large solid garbage carried up by the rollers 111 passes through the gap between the shoveling bars 112 to the point b, and then enters the garbage box 141 along the moving track of the roller brush 131. The small particle garbage is embedded or adhered on the sponge layer, reaches the position b along with the movement of the roller 111, is brushed by the bristles of the rolling brush 131, and enters the garbage box 141 along the movement track of the rolling brush 131.
The drum 111 continues to roll to the squeeze roller 121. The squeeze roller 121 squeezes the sponge layer to squeeze out the sewage in the sponge layer. The squeeze roller 121 interferes with the sponge layer of the roller 111 all the time, and the sponge layer is squeezed all the time, which means that in the using process, the squeeze roller 121 continuously wrings out the roller 111 and then sprays clean water. That is, the drum 111 is always cleaned during use. The extruded sewage enters the water tank A, then enters the sewage box through the sewage nozzle 518, enters the purified water box after being filtered, and then is recycled to the roller 111 to clean the roller 111. The above steps are continuously circulated, and the ground is cleaned.
When the cleaning tool disclosed by the invention is used for cleaning chocolate sauce on the ground, a user firstly adds clean water into the purifying box and starts the device. The fresh water is sucked to the fresh water nozzle 513 and then sprayed on the drum 111. The user pushes the cleaning tool forward and backward, and the roller 111 moves accordingly. The drum 111 is in contact with the floor, and the chocolate paste adheres to the sponge layer of the drum 111 and partially permeates into the sponge layer of the drum 111. The roller 111 continues to rotate to point b and the sponge layer comes into contact with the roller brush 131. The chocolate paste cannot be brushed down by the second round brush 131 and remains adhered to the sponge layer at point b.
The drum 111 continues to roll to the squeeze roller 121. The squeeze roller 121 squeezes the sponge layer to squeeze out the sewage in the sponge layer. There is water all the time in basin A, under the effect of water, chocolate sauce releases from the sponge layer, gets into basin A, then along with sewage gets into the sewage box, then the rethread filter equipment filters chocolate sauce.
