Abstract

一种集中破、细破和磨矿为一体的立轴锤破旋风 离心自磨机,在水平旋转的锥面盘上安置锤击板,用 在磨矿筒内形成高速旋风的方法进行破碎和磨矿,节 能、降耗、省工,提高磨矿质量。

Description

本实用新型为一种破碎矿石和研磨矿石的机械。
磨矿作业从原料到成品需经过粗破、中破、细破和磨矿数道工序。中、细破一般采用锤击式和反击式破矿机等,磨矿也普遍采用机械强迫破碎的方式,如球磨、辊磨。这些方式的缺点是各道工序都有大量的能量白白浪费,磨矿中还要消耗大量的磨矿介质。M或玛雅型是前苏联在七十年代研制的一种湿法动力自磨机,这种动力自磨机垂直的旋转立轴上有一水平的锥面盘,锥面盘表面有些凸棱,安置在磨矿筒底部。磨矿筒内装有经过中、细破碎后的矿石和水,当立轴带动锥面盘高速旋转时,矿石产生自磨并与水混合成矿浆然后进入分选***。这种机械与现在普通家用洗衣机非常相似。
本实用新型的发明构思受上述动力自磨机启发,意在集锤式破碎、反击式破碎和动力自磨为一体,一次完成中破、细破和磨矿,并利用气流产生的高速旋风加深磨矿细度并将成品送入分选***,达到节能、降耗,省工的目的。
本实用新型为一种立轴锤破旋风离心自磨机,由驱动电机1、立轴2、锥面盘3、锤击板4、磨矿筒5、风机7和风道8等部分构成,驱动电机1通过垂直安置的立轴2带动锥面盘3水平旋转,锥面盘3上均匀安置两个以上的锤击板4;风道8联通风机7和磨矿筒5,风道8的出风口9位置略高于锥面盘3上沿,磨矿时风机7送风并在磨矿筒5内产生高速旋风。
下面结合附图,用两个实施例来说明本实用新型的构造和工作原理。
图1为采用环行风道的立轴锤破旋风离心自磨机的主视图,图2为A-A剖面俯视图;图3为采用中心风道的立轴锤破旋风离心自磨机的主视图。
参见图1、图2,磨矿筒5上部为选粉机6,在此筛出成品通过出料道10输出,磨矿筒5侧面中部开有进料道11,磨矿筒5下部水平安置一与其直径大体相当的园锥角为45°的锥面盘3,锥面盘3底部中心与垂直安置的立轴2联结,驱动电机1带动立轴2及锥面盘3转动,转速应使锥面盘3外缘水平线速度在9米/秒以上,本实施例为30米/秒-40米/秒。锥面盘3内表面沿园周均匀安置着平行于子母线且垂直于园锥面的二个以上的锤击板4,锤击板4可卸可换,外形轮廓近似一矩形条块,长度与锥面盘3的子母线相当。本实用新型的第一个实施例是将风道8设计成环行环绕磨矿筒5,切向风口9位置略高于锥面盘3,风机7将气流送入环行风道8,再从切向气口9进入磨矿筒5内,产生高速旋风,风速约30米/秒-40米/秒。参见图3,本实用新型的第二个实施例是将风道8做成弯管状从磨矿筒5上方中心伸入筒内,其中心对准锥面盘3中心,风口9位置也是略高于锥面盘3,当气流进入磨矿筒5时,遇安置有锤击板4的锥面盘3高速旋转,产生高速旋风。
本实用新型的工作原理是,大块物料从磨矿筒5侧方的进料道11落入筒内,首先受到高速运动的锤击板4的撞击,进而又飞溅到筒内壁受到第二次撞击,实现了物料的中破碎和细破碎。破碎后的物料以极大的动能沿筒内壁作螺旋上升运动,物料之间产生自磨,其中较大颗粒运动速度逐渐衰减,在下部上升物料推动下离开筒壁下落,当落至锥面盘3时受撞击再次被甩出,如此循环往复直至磨成较小颗粒,在上述过程中产生的细小颗粒则在不衰减的旋风作用下,沿筒壁螺旋上升,继续加深研磨细度,最后在气流带动下,首先经过选粉机6,然后通过出料道10进入收集***。
本实用新型缩短和简化磨矿的工艺流程,集中破、细破和磨矿为一体,节约设备投资,节省能源物耗,还提高产品的纯度和质量。

Claims (1)

1、一种立轴锤破旋风离心自磨机,由驱动电机1、立轴2、锥面盘3、锤击板4、磨矿筒5、风机7和风道8构成,驱动电机1通过垂直安置的立轴2带锥面盘3水平旋转,风机7往磨矿筒5内送风,其特征是锥面盘3上均匀安置两个以上的锤击板4,风道8联通风机7和磨矿筒5,风道8的出风口9位置略高于锥面盘3的上沿,磨矿时风机7送风并在磨矿筒内产生高速旋风。
