Preferably, the water control unit 34 of the spraying device 30 of the dung cleaner 100 further comprises a liquid level sensor 344, the liquid level sensor 344 is arranged at the bottom of the water tank 33, the liquid level sensor 344 extends from the bottom of the water tank 33 to the inside of the water storage cavity 331, and the liquid level sensor 344 can measure the liquid depth in the water storage cavity 331 of the water tank 33 so as to accurately grasp the water amount in the water storage cavity 331 of the water tank 33. When the water level in the water storage cavity 331 is lower than a preset low water level, the dung cleaner 100 supplies water in time, so as to ensure that the water tank 33 can supply sufficient water for the front spraying unit 31 and the rear spraying unit 32 of the spraying device 30, and ensure that the front spraying unit 31 and the rear spraying unit 32 can continuously spray water mist to the ground in the operation process of the dung cleaner 20.

That is, the dung cleaner 100 may be implemented as an automatic operation, or may be operated by means of manual control. The specific embodiment of the dung cleaner 100 is only an example and should not be construed as limiting the scope and content of the dung cleaner 100 and its spraying device 30.
In this particular embodiment of the dung cleaner 100, the body 10 comprises a frame 11, a set of wheels 12 and a power unit 13, wherein the wheels 12 and the power unit 13 are arranged on the frame 11, and the dung cleaner 20 and the spraying device 30 are arranged on the frame 11. The wheel 12 with clear excrement device 20 is connected with drivably power unit 13, power unit 13 can drive wheel 12 rotates, in order to drive the fuselage 10 motion, and then clear excrement device 20 with sprinkler 30 mutually supports, clears up ground at the in-process that advances.

The dung cleaning unit 21 further comprises a holding arm 211 and two movable arms 212, wherein the two movable arms 212 are respectively rotatably arranged at two sides of the holding arm 211. For example, but not limited to, the movable arm 212 is pivotally connected to the retaining arm 211 by at least one pin. Further, the dung cleaning unit 21 comprises two elastic members 213, and the two movable arms 212 respectively have a mounting end 2121 and a free end 2122, wherein one end of the elastic member 213 is fixed to the mounting end 2121 of the movable arm 212, and the other end of the elastic member 213 is fixed to the rear portion of the holding arm 211. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 213 is located inside the position where the movable arm 212 and the holding arm 211 are pivotally connected. In other examples of the present invention, the elastic member 213 may be implemented to be located outside the position where the movable arm 212 and the holding arm 211 are pivotally connected.
The elastic member 213 is connected to the holding arm 211 and the movable arm 212 in an inclined manner, and forms an obtuse angle with a predetermined angle between the holding arm 211 and the movable arm 212 of the dung cleaning unit 21, so that the dung cleaning device 20 can quickly gather the dung accumulated on the ground in a predetermined area, and prevent the flowing liquid from flowing freely. In the process of cleaning the ground by the dung cleaning machine 100, if the free end 2122 of the movable arm 212 touches an obstacle such as a wall, the movable arm 212 automatically rotates relative to the holding arm 211, an included angle formed between the movable arm 212 and the holding arm 211 is reduced, the elastic member 213 is stretched, and the length of the dung cleaning unit 21 is reduced, so that the dung cleaning machine 100 can smoothly pass through the dung cleaning machine. When the force of the obstacle to the dung cleaning device 21 is removed, the elastic force of the elastic member 213 tending to restore the initial position rebounds the movable arm 212 to the initial position, and an obtuse angle having the preset angle is formed between the movable arm 212 and the retaining arm 211. By the elastic member 213, the movable arm 212 can automatically rotate to reduce the impact of the obstacle.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the elastic member 213 is not limited, for example, but not limited to, the elastic member 213 is implemented as a spring.
The dung cleaning unit 21 further comprises a main scraper 214 and two side scrapers 215, wherein the main scraper 214 is disposed at the bottom of the holding arm 211, the two side scrapers 215 are disposed at the bottom of the two movable arms 212, and the main scraper 214 and the side scrapers 215 are in contact with the ground respectively, so that during the forward movement of the body 10, the main scraper 214 and the side scrapers 215 clean the ground respectively to collect the pollutants such as the dung on the ground into the predetermined area for the subsequent treatment of the dung.
It should be noted that the specific implementation of the main scraping plate 214 and the side scraping plate 215 is not limited, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the main scraping plate 214 and the side scraping plate 215 are rubber, that is, the main scraping plate 214 and the side scraping plate 215 are made of rubber, in the process that the main scraping plate 214 and the side scraping plate 215 contact with the ground, the friction resistance of the main scraping plate 214 and the side scraping plate 215 on the ground is increased, which is beneficial to more effectively cleaning the feces accumulated on the ground, in addition, the main scraping plate 214 and the side hanging plate 215 have flexibility, which can reduce the noise generated during cleaning, and further reduce the influence on livestock raising.
The manure cleaning device 20 further comprises a fixing bracket 24, a mounting bracket 25 and an adjusting wire 26, wherein the fixing bracket 24 is disposed on at least one of the lifting arms 22, the mounting bracket 25 is disposed on the holding arm 211 of the manure cleaning unit 21, one end of the adjusting wire 26 is fixed to the electric driving unit 23, the other end of the adjusting wire 26 passes through the fixing bracket 24 and is disposed on the mounting bracket 25, and the electric driving unit 23 can pull the adjusting wire 26 and change the length of the adjusting wire 26, so that one end of the lifting arm 22 pivots relative to the frame 11, and the manure cleaning unit 21 held at the other end of the lifting arm 22 is driven to lift. In a specific example of the present invention, when the electric driving unit 23 drives the dropping unit 21 to descend, and the main scraper 214 of the dropping unit 21 contacts with the ground, the front spraying unit 31 and the rear spraying unit 32 of the spraying device 30 start spraying operation.

Claims (14)

1. A spraying device, comprising:
at least one front spraying unit;
at least one rear spraying unit;
a water control unit, wherein the water control unit comprises a first water control unit and a second water control unit, wherein the first water control unit and the second water control unit are communicably connected to the front spray unit and the rear spray unit, respectively, and the first water control unit and the second water control unit control the water output of the front spray unit and the rear spray unit, respectively.
2. The spraying device of claim 1, wherein the front spraying unit has a greater water output than the rear spraying unit.
3. The sprinkler of claim 2 further comprising a water tank, wherein the water tank has an accumulator chamber, the first water control unit has a first water inlet and a first water outlet allowing communication with the first water inlet, the front sprinkler unit has a first sprinkler inlet and a first sprinkler outlet communicating with the first sprinkler inlet, the second water control unit has a second water inlet and a second water outlet allowing communication with the second water inlet, the rear sprinkler unit has a second sprinkler inlet and a second sprinkler outlet communicating with the second sprinkler inlet, the first water inlet of the first water control unit and the second water inlet of the second water control unit are respectively communicated with the accumulator chamber of the water tank, the first water outlet of the first water control unit and the second water outlet of the second water control unit are respectively communicated with the front sprinkler outlet The first spray inlet of the element and the second spray inlet of the rear spray unit.
4. The spraying apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein the water control unit further comprises a regulator, wherein the first and second water control units are controllably connected to the regulator.

8. The spraying device of claim 7, wherein the water control unit further comprises a level sensor, wherein the level sensor is held at a bottom of the reservoir chamber of the water tank.
9. A manure cleaning machine, characterized by comprising:
a body;
a dung cleaning device, wherein the dung cleaning device is arranged at the front part of the machine body;
a spraying apparatus, wherein the spraying apparatus comprises a front spraying unit, a rear spraying unit, a water tank and a water control unit, wherein the front spraying unit and the rear spraying unit are respectively disposed at the front and rear portions of the body, wherein the water control unit comprises a first water control unit and a second water control unit, the water tank has a water storage chamber, the first water control unit has a first water inlet and a first water outlet allowed to communicate with the first water inlet, the front spraying unit has a first spraying inlet and a first spraying outlet communicated with the first spraying inlet, the second water control unit has a second water inlet and a second water outlet allowed to communicate with the second water inlet, the rear spraying unit has a second spraying inlet and a second spraying outlet communicated with the second spraying inlet, the first water inlet of the first water control unit and the second water inlet of the second water control unit are respectively communicated with the water storage cavity of the water tank, the first water outlet of the first water control unit and the second water outlet of the second water control unit are respectively communicated with the first spraying inlet of the front spraying unit and the second spraying inlet of the rear spraying unit, and the first water control unit and the second water control unit respectively control the water yield of the front spraying unit and the water yield of the rear spraying unit.
10. A dung cleaner according to claim 9, wherein the water control unit further comprises a regulator, wherein the first water control unit and the second water control unit are controllably connected to the regulator.
11. A dung cleaner according to claim 10, wherein the first and second water control units are implemented as water pumps.
12. A dung cleaner according to claim 11, wherein the water control unit further comprises a level sensor, wherein the level sensor is held at the bottom of the reservoir chamber of the water tank.
13. A dung cleaning machine according to any one of claims 9-12, wherein the dung cleaning device comprises a dung cleaning unit, two lifting arms, one end of which is rotatably arranged in the body, and the other end of which is arranged in the dung cleaning unit, and an electric drive unit, to which the lifting arms are drivingly connected.
14. The dung cleaning machine of claim 13, wherein the dung cleaning unit includes a holding arm, two movable arms pivotally connected to both ends of the holding arm, and two elastic members having one end connected to an end of the movable arm and the other end connected to a rear portion of the holding arm.
