The integrated cosmetic production system is characterized by comprising a working platform, a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt, a filling device, a turntable device, a capping device, a detection device and a controller, wherein the first conveying belt, the second conveying belt, the filling device, the turntable device, the capping device, the detection device and the controller are arranged on the working platform; the rotary table device is arranged between the output end of the first conveying belt and the input end of the second conveying belt, the first conveying belt is used for conveying the bottle bodies, the filling device is arranged on one side of the first conveying belt, and the filling device is used for filling the bottle bodies; the rotary table device comprises a rotary table which can be clamped with the bottle bodies, the rotary table is provided with an upper cover station and a cover screwing station, and the rotary table is used for sequentially conveying the filled bottle bodies to the upper cover station and the cover screwing station; the sealing device comprises a cap conveying mechanism and a cap screwing mechanism, when the filled bottle body passes through the cap loading station, the cap conveying mechanism places a sealing cap on the bottle body, and when the bottle body subsequently passes through the cap screwing station, the cap screwing mechanism screws the sealing cap; the second conveying belt is used for conveying the sealed bottle bodies to the detection device, and the detection device is used for detecting whether cosmetics in the bottle bodies contain heavy metals; the filling device, the turntable device, the cover sealing device and the detection device are all electrically connected with the controller.

The integrated cosmetic production system of claim 1, wherein the filling device comprises a filling cylinder, a pushing member, a filling body and a filling joint, the filling body is used for storing the material to be filled, the filling body is provided with an interface, the pushing member is slidably arranged in the filling body, a piston rod of the filling cylinder extends into the filling body and is connected with the pushing member, the filling joint is arranged at a discharge port of the filling body, and the filling joint is provided with a solenoid valve.

The integrated cosmetic production system of claim 1, wherein the cap feeding mechanism comprises a cap feeding vibration disk and a cap feeding track, one end of the cap feeding track is connected with the cap feeding vibration disk and used for receiving the caps output by the cap feeding vibration disk, the other end of the cap feeding track extends to the upper part of the cap loading station, and the output end of the cap feeding track is provided with an auxiliary member which is used for covering the caps in the cap feeding track on the bottle bodies on the rotating disk in an auxiliary manner.

The integrated cosmetic production system of claim 3, wherein the lid feeding mechanism further comprises a lid closing adjustment assembly, the lid closing adjustment assembly comprises an adjustment rod disposed on the work platform, an adjustment block sleeved on the adjustment rod, an adjustment plate mounted on the adjustment block, and an adjustment bolt slidably mounted on the adjustment plate, and the lid feeding rail is provided with an adjustment hole for inserting the adjustment bolt into the lid feeding rail.

The integrated cosmetic production system according to claim 1, wherein the cap screwing mechanism comprises a lifting assembly and a cap screwing assembly, the lifting assembly comprises a support, a lifting seat, a lifting shaft and a lifting driving mechanism, the support is mounted on the working platform, the support is provided with a through hole along the length direction, one end of the lifting shaft passes through the through hole and is in driving connection with the lifting driving mechanism, and the lifting seat is mounted at the other end of the lifting shaft; the spiral cover assembly is installed on the lifting seat and comprises a spiral cover driving mechanism, a spiral cover shaft and a spiral cover head, the spiral cover head is sleeved on one end of the spiral cover shaft, the other end of the spiral cover shaft is in driving connection with the spiral cover driving mechanism, and the spiral cover driving mechanism is used for driving the spiral cover head to rotate.
6. The integrated cosmetic product system of claim 1, wherein the detection device comprises a gold inspection machine probe straddling the second conveyor belt passing therethrough in a conveyance direction.

The integrated cosmetic production system of claim 1, further comprising a bottle-pulling tray and a bottle-pulling driving mechanism, wherein the bottle-pulling tray is provided with a plurality of bottle-pulling grooves uniformly distributed on the circumference for accommodating bottle bodies, the bottle-pulling tray is arranged along a tangential direction of the first conveying belt, and the bottle-pulling driving mechanism is used for driving the bottle-pulling tray to rotate.
8. The integrated cosmetic product system of claim 1, wherein the carousel device further comprises a carousel drive mechanism for driving the carousel in rotation.

The integrated cosmetic production system of claim 1, wherein the carousel further comprises a bottle pulling mechanism, the bottle pulling mechanism comprising a bottle pulling member and a bottle pulling driving mechanism, the bottle pulling member being driven by the bottle pulling driving mechanism to pull the bottle bodies on the carousel onto the second conveyor.

The integrated cosmetic production system of claim 1, further comprising a conveyor belt motor, a gear, a second conveyor belt drive sprocket, a second conveyor belt driven sprocket, a first half-coupling, a second half-coupling, a first conveyor belt drive sprocket, and a first conveyor belt driven sprocket, the gear is arranged on an output shaft of the conveyor belt motor, the second conveyor belt driving chain wheel is meshed with the gear, the second conveyer belt driving chain wheel is connected with the second conveyer belt driven chain wheel through a second conveyer belt, the first half coupling is arranged on a rotating shaft of a driven chain wheel of the second conveying belt, the second half coupling is arranged on a rotating shaft of a driving chain wheel of the first conveying belt, the first half coupling is connected with the second half coupling through a connecting block, and the first conveying belt driving chain wheel is connected with the first conveying belt driven chain wheel through a first conveying belt.
