背景技术
直驱电动机常用于洗衣机。电动机在转子和轴之间没有皮带或其它形式的运动传动装置的情况下直接驱动轴。对洗衣机中的直驱电动机的要求包含电动机产生足够的扭矩以用于可靠启动、最小化电动机升温,并且具有最小厚度,因此电动机不会占用来自洗衣机桶的空间 (因此对于给定的占据面积-洗衣机容量,洗衣机可以容纳更大量的衣服)。
用于直驱洗衣机的电动机通常是带有外转子的径向磁通-永磁同步电动机类型(RF-PMSM)。磁通路径径向地定向。在RF-PMSM电动机中,扭矩输出与电动机在轴向方向上的厚度成正比,并且电动机效率与定子极长度(即电动机直径)成正比。
轴向磁通永磁同步电动机(AF-PMSM)是磁通轴向地定向的电动机。在AF-PMSM电动机中,扭矩输出随径向方向上的电动机直径而变化,并且效率随轴向方向上的电动机厚度而变化。先前已经提出用于洗衣机的AF-PMSM电动机-参见美国专利说明书20100275660和PCT国际专利说明书WO2018155843。

具体实施方式
参考图1,示出了前装式或水平轴式洗衣机1。前装式洗衣机包含具有前门3的外壳2,所述前门允许进入带孔的可旋转内滚筒4,所述滚筒用于装纳例如待洗衣服的衣物,并且安装在外壳内以绕水平轴旋转。用于容纳洗涤液的大致圆柱形的固定(非旋转式)液体外滚筒5 围绕内滚筒4安装(悬挂)在外壳2内。图2示出了完全剖视的顶部或倾斜进口式水平轴机器的内滚筒4和外滚筒5以及电动机7,并且未也示出外壳。

定子芯20可以形成为薄的大致圆形的钢叠片堆叠,或单个螺旋缠绕的叠片。定子芯从定子框架22轴向延伸(与转子8和转子轴9的旋转轴线平行)。定子芯20可以适当地附接到定子框架22,包含例如在定子框架由塑料材料制成的情况下,通过由定子框架包覆成型。因此,围绕轴向对齐的定子芯/极20缠绕的定子线圈21也轴向对齐。在图2 中,定子芯20和线圈21示出为在一侧上被切割,而定子芯和线圈在图的另一侧上未被切割。
因为根据本实用新型,定子芯20和线圈21由具有相对高质量的轴承壳体部件16承载,所以通过定子框架22,来自定子线圈的热传导路径得到改进(与洗衣机中的典型的传统径向磁通电动机组件相比)。定子芯20和线圈21将热量散发到其安装到的(相对大的)轴承壳体部件16。轴承壳体部件可以将热量散发到桶4。在定子框架22 和轴承壳体部件16之间存在用于高传热的宽的环形表面接触区域。为了也便于热传导,定子框架和轴承壳体部件16可以由金属形成。
图4的第二实施例类似于图2的实施例,并且相同的附图标记表示相同的部件,除了在图3的实施例中,包含定子芯20的定子框架与轴承壳体部件以一体式部件36集成在一起。
同样,因为定子芯20和线圈21由轴承壳体部件36承载,所以改进了来自定子芯和线圈的热传导路径。定子芯20和线圈21将热量散发到其安装到的集成式定子框架和轴承壳体部件36。

3.根据权利要求1所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,所述定子线圈缠绕在由所述转子轴承壳体部件直接承载/与所述转子轴承壳体部件集成的定子芯上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,所述电动机位于安装所述转子的轴向间隔的轴承之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,所述电动机位于安装所述转子的轴向间隔的轴承之间。
6.根据权利要求3所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,所述电动机位于安装所述转子的轴向间隔的轴承之间。
7.根据权利要求1到6中任一项所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,所述转子轴承壳体部件适于安装轴向间隔的轴承,以可旋转地支撑所述转子。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,所述转子轴承壳体部件适于安装所述轴向间隔的轴承中的一个,且外板或外安装部件适于安装所述轴向间隔的轴承中的另一个。
9.根据权利要求7所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,所述转子轴承壳体部件适于安装所述轴向间隔的轴承中的一个,且外板或外安装部件适于安装所述轴向间隔的轴承中的另一个,以及所述外板或外安装部件在其周边处或附近附接到所述转子轴承壳体部件。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,包括单个定子和单个转子。
11.一种电动机组件,适用于洗衣机或干衣机或洗衣干衣机,其特征在于,所述电动机组件包括:
电动机,其包括:包括定子线圈的定子;和转子,其包括永磁体,并且直接驱动来自所述电动机的输出驱动轴,
转子轴承壳体部件,其适于与所述洗衣机或所述干衣机或所述洗衣干衣机的桶的基部相关联,其中所述定子与所述转子轴承壳体部件相关联,其中热传导路径从所述定子线圈到所述转子轴承壳体部件,且
其中所述电动机位于安装所述转子的轴向间隔的轴承之间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的电动机组件,其特征在于,所述转子轴承壳体部件适于安装所述轴承中的一个,且外板或外安装部件适于安装所述轴向间隔的轴承中的另一个。
13.一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包含根据权利要求1到12中任一项所述的电动机组件。
14.根据权利要求13所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述转子轴承壳体部件固定到所述洗衣机的外滚筒或桶的封闭端。
15.一种干衣机,其特征在于,包含根据权利要求1到12中任一项所述的电动机组件。
16.根据权利要求15所述的干衣机,其特征在于,所述转子轴承壳体部件固定到所述干衣机的外滚筒或桶的封闭端。
17.一种洗衣干衣机,其特征在于,包含根据权利要求1到12中任一项所述的电动机组件。
18.根据权利要求17所述的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于,所述转子轴承壳体部件固定到所述洗衣干衣机的外滚筒或桶的封闭端。
