背景技术
直接驱动电动机通常用于洗衣机中。电动机直接驱动轴,而在转子和轴之间没有皮带或其它形式的运动传动装置。对洗衣机中的直接驱动电动机的要求包括电动机产生用于可靠启动的足够扭矩,使电动机温升最小化,并且具有最小厚度,使得电动机不占用洗衣机桶的空间(因此,对于给定的占地面积-洗衣机容量,洗衣机可以容纳更大量的衣物)。
在直接驱动洗衣机中使用的电动机通常是具有外部转子的径向磁通永磁同步电动机类型(RF-PMSM)。磁通路径沿径向取向。在给定直径的RF-PMSM电动机中,转矩输出与电动机在轴向方向上的厚度成比例,并且电动机的效率与定子极的长度即电动机直径成比例。
轴向磁通永磁同步电动机(AF-PMSM)是其中磁通轴向定向的电动机。在AF-PMSM电动机中,扭矩输出与电动机径向直径成比例,效率与电动机轴向厚度成比例。AF-PMSM电动机先前已被提出用于洗衣机-参见美国专利说明书20100275660和PCT国际专利说明书WO2018155843。
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的或至少替代形式的直接驱动AF-PMSM电动机组件,其适用于洗衣机或干衣机,或洗衣干衣机组合洗衣机。
发明内容
从广义上讲,本发明包括适用于洗衣机或干衣机或洗衣干衣机的电动机组件,该电动机组件包括:
电动机,其包括定子,其包括多个定子线圈;以及转子,其包括多个永磁体并且直接驱动来自所述电动机的输出驱动轴,其中所述转子磁体和定子线圈被轴向地间隔开,这样使得这些转子磁体与定子线圈之间的磁通量路径被轴向地定向,

可选地,电动机可以定位在安装转子的轴向间隔的轴承之间。

具体实施方式
参考图1,示出了前装或水平轴类型的洗衣机1。该前装式洗衣机包括具有前门3的外机壳2,该前门允许接近用于容纳待洗衣物(例如衣物)的穿孔的可旋转内滚筒4,并且安装在外机壳内以绕水平轴线旋转。用于容纳洗涤液的大致圆柱形的固定(非旋转)外滚筒5围绕旋转内滚筒4安装(悬挂)在机壳2内。图2示出了另一种水平轴洗衣机的内滚筒4和外滚筒5以及电动机7,在这种情况下,该洗衣机是顶装或倾斜入口而不是前装式机器。在图2中,机器被示出为全截面的。图2也没有示出外机壳。

在图3和图4的实施例中,转子8优选地包括例如通过注射模制形成的相对轻质但刚性且成本有效的聚合物或塑料框架10。转子框架10包括中央转子轮毂11,该中央转子轮毂11具有花键孔,该花键孔配合到驱动轴9的端部上的花键上;以及外部转子部分,该外部转子部分承载永久磁极或双磁极元件12的圆周环。转子框架10可以由塑料材料形成,而轮毂11由金属形成,或者转子框架可以由诸如聚合材料或金属的单一材料形成为单一部件。转子框架10可以具有例如星形或辐条形。转子组件通过螺栓(未示出)固定到转子轴9上,该螺栓拧入转子轴端部的螺纹孔13中。

在图3的实施例中,包括单独的芯20和围绕芯20的线圈21的定子6紧固到轴承壳体部件16。定子芯和线圈20/21可以由具有中心开口22a的环形定子框架22承载,当定子安装到轴承壳体部件时,轴承壳体部件16的中心环形延伸部16a进入该中心开口22a。
定子芯20可以形成为薄的,通常为圆形的钢叠片的堆叠,或单个螺旋缠绕叠片。定子芯从定子框架22轴向地(平行于转子8和转子轴9的旋转轴线)延伸。如果定子框架由塑料材料形成,则定子芯20可适当地附接至定子框架22,包括例如通过由定子框架包覆模制。因此,缠绕在轴向对齐的定子芯/磁极20周围的定子线圈21也是轴向对齐的。在图2中,定子芯20和线圈21在图的一侧被切开,而定子芯和线圈在图的另一侧没有被切开。
因为根据本发明,定子芯20和线圈21通过定子框架22由具有相对较高质量的轴承壳体部件16承载,所以改善了来自定子线圈的热传导路径(与洗衣机中的典型常规径向磁通电动机组件相比)。定子芯20和线圈21向或主要向它们所安装的(相对较大的)轴承壳体部件16散热,如箭头所示。轴承壳体部件又可以将热量散发到桶4。在定子框架22与轴承壳体部件16之间存在用于高热传递的宽的环形环绕表面接触区域。为了也有利于热传导,定子框架和轴承壳体部件16可以由金属或者热传导复合材料形成。在至少一些实施例中,从定子到轴承壳体部件和桶4的热耗散可有助于加热桶中的洗涤水,减少机器每次温洗所需的热水量。如图所示,轴承壳体部件16垂直于电动机的旋转轴线比电动机的旋转轴线更深地更宽,并且轴承壳体部件16的穿过旋转轴线的基本上所有的主表面接触机器的外滚筒,用于从轴承壳体部件到外滚筒的最大热传递。此外,轴承壳体部件被示出为由单个部件组成(在这个和其他实施例中),但是在替代实施例中可以由两个(或更多个)部件组成,只要这些部件被螺栓连接或以其他方式固定在一起以允许它们之间良好的热传导,类似于通过单个部件轴承壳体部件的热传导。
图4的第二实施例类似于图3的实施例,并且相同的附图标记表示相同的部件,除了在图4的实施例中,包括定子芯20的定子框架与轴承壳体部件集成为单件式部件36。
此外,由于定子芯20和线圈21由轴承壳体部件36承载,所以改善了来自定子芯和线圈的热传导路径。定子芯20和线圈21将热量散发到或主要散发到它们所安装到的集成的定子框架和轴承框架和轴承壳体部件36,再次如图4中的箭头所示。

在现有技术的图6中,其中与图3至图5中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件,并且分别以20a和21a表示的来自定子芯和线圈的热传导路径再次用箭头示出。所示的电动机是具有承载磁体元件12a的外部转子8a的径向磁通永磁同步电动机。在图6中,洗涤板39显示为附接到转子轴9的内端。来自图3至图5中的每个定子芯和线圈的热传导路径应该与来自图6的现有技术中的定子芯线圈的热传导路径进行比较。在现有技术设计中,定子芯20a和线圈21a由定子框架40承载,定子框架40包括用塑料材料包覆模制的金属部件。定子框架40具有仅穿过轴承壳体16b的中心轴向部分16c的中心孔,使得定子框架40与轴承壳体16b之间仅在定子框架中的该中心孔处存在物理接触,并且定子芯20a和线圈21a与轴承壳体16之间不存在物理接触。由定子芯20a和线圈21a耗散的热量大部分到达定子线圈周围的空气空间,即热量被捕获,并且如果有的话,从定子芯20a和线圈21a到定子框架40以及从定子框架40到轴承壳体16a的热传导最小。来自定子芯和线圈的主热传导路径不至于如图3至5所示的轴承壳体部件。从定子线圈到轴承壳体部件的“主热传导路径”是指来自定子线圈和/或芯的热量的主要部分,即至少50%,优选地至少60%、70%、80%或90%被传递到轴承壳体。
再次参见图5,在这个实施例中,轴承15被承载或安装在轴承壳体部件46中,该轴承壳体部件又可以是例如铸造或压制的金属部件。在该实施例中,外轴承14被承载或安装在端板或端部安装部件47中,该端板或端部安装部件47可以具有例如盘状形式并且可选地具有星形或辐条状结构,并且在其外周边处或附近附接到轴承壳体部件46的环形周壁的端部,如46a所示。端板或部件47包括安装轴承14的轴承安装腔或支座46b,但是可替换地,轴承14可以以任何方式安装到端板或部件47。端板或部件47可任选地包括孔46c。端板或部件47可以是例如铸造或压制的金属部件,或者可替代地是刚性塑料部件。
虽然在图3和图4的实施例中,转子8包括塑料框架10和转子轮毂11,该转子轮毂11形成为单独的金属部件,但是在图4的实施例中,转子和轮毂可以以这种方式形成,或者可替代地,如图所示,所有的转子8,即框架10和轮毂11由例如来自金属压制或铸造的单一材料形成,或者由塑料材料形成。转子8通过螺栓(未示出)固定到轴9上,该螺栓拧入驱动轴9端部的螺纹孔13中。
在图5的实施例中,轴承壳体部件46同样包括集成的定子框架和轴承壳体部件。由于定子芯20和线圈21由这种集成的定子框架和轴承壳体部件46承载,因此同样改善了来自定子线圈的热传导路径。定子芯20和线圈21向轴承壳体部件46散热或主要向轴承壳体部件46散热,如图5中的箭头所示。
在图5的实施例中,其中电动机位于轴承之间,电动机可以替代地为RF-PMSM电动机。
如前所述,结合有本发明的电动机组件的洗衣机可以是前装式或顶部或倾斜入口水平轴洗衣机或顶装式垂直轴洗衣机。本发明的电动机组件可以结合在衣物干衣机或洗衣干衣机中,它们是传统的水平入口。
以上描述了包括其优选形式的本发明。在不脱离如权利要求所限定的本发明的范围的情况下,可以进行对本领域技术人员显而易见的修改和改变。
Claims (17)
1.一种适用于洗衣机或干衣机或洗衣干衣机的电动机组件,所述电动机组件包括:
电动机,其包括定子,其包括多个定子线圈;以及转子,其包括多个永磁体并且直接驱动来自所述电动机的输出驱动轴,其中所述转子磁体和定子线圈被轴向地间隔开,这样使得这些转子磁体与定子线圈之间的磁通量路径被轴向地定向,
转子轴承壳体部件,其被适配成与所述机器的外滚筒或桶的基部相关联,所述定子与所述轴承壳体部件相关联,其具有从所述定子线圈到所述轴承壳体部件的主热传导路径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动机组件,其中所述定子线圈缠绕在由附接到所述轴承壳体部件的定子框架承载的定子芯上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动机组件,其中所述定子线圈缠绕在由所述轴承壳体部件直接承载或与所述轴承壳体部件集成的定子芯上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电动机组件,其中所述电动机被定位在安装所述转子的轴向间隔开的轴承之间。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电动机组件,其中所述转子轴承壳体部件被适配成用于安装轴向间隔开的轴承以便可旋转地支撑所述转子。
6.根据权利要求4所述的电动机组件,其中所述转子轴承壳体部件被适配成用于安装所述轴承中的一个,并且一个外板或外部安装部件被适配成用于安装所述轴向间隔开的轴承中的另一个。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电动机组件,其中所述外板或外安装部件在其周边处或附近附接至所述轴承壳体部件。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的电动机组件,其中所述轴承壳体部件垂直于所述电动机的旋转轴线比在所述电动机的旋转轴线中更深地更宽。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电动机组件,其中所述轴承壳体部件由一个零件或两个零件组成。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电动机组件,包括单个定子和单个转子。
11.一种适用于洗衣机或干衣机或洗衣干衣机的电动机组件,所述电动机组件包括:
电动机,其包括定子,其包括定子线圈;以及转子,其包括永磁体并且直接驱动来自所述电动机的输出驱动轴;
转子轴承壳体部件,其被适配成与所述机器的桶的基部相关联,所述定子与所述轴承壳体部件相关联,其具有从所述定子线圈到所述轴承壳体部件的主热传导路径,以及
其中所述电动机被定位在安装所述转子的轴向间隔开的轴承之间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的电动机组件,其中所述转子轴承壳体部件被适配成用于安装所述轴承中的一个,并且一个外板或外部安装部件被适配成用于安装所述轴向间隔开的轴承中的另一个。
13.一种洗衣机或干衣机或洗衣干衣机,包括根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的电动机组件。
14.根据权利要求13所述的机器,其中所述轴承壳体部件固定到所述机器的外滚筒或桶的封闭端。
15.根据权利要求14所述的机器,其中所述外滚筒或桶的基部包括凹部,并且所述轴承壳体部件至少部分地安装在所述凹部中。
16.根据权利要求15所述的机器,其中基本上所有的轴承壳体部件安装在凹部中。
17.根据权利要求14至16中任一项所述的机器,其中所述轴承壳体部件在垂直于所述电动机的旋转轴线上比在所述电动机的旋转轴线上更深地更宽,并且所述轴承壳体部件的横跨所述旋转轴线的基本上所有的主表面都接触所述机器的外滚筒,用于从所述轴承壳体部件到所述外滚筒的最大热传递。
