Preferably, the valve body 51 is a solenoid valve, and the first pump body 42, the second pump body 52 and the solenoid valve are all connected with the controller 7 through a timer 68.
The timer 68 is configured to monitor the opening times of the first pump 42, the second pump 52 and the electromagnetic valve, and when the timer 68 monitors that the opening times of the first pump 42, the second pump 52 and the electromagnetic valve all reach the preset maximum spraying time, send a signal to the controller 7, and the controller 7 correspondingly controls the first pump 42, the second pump 52 and the electromagnetic valve to close, thereby completing the cleaning of the tableware.
Preferably, the first cleaning mechanism 4 comprises a first water pipe 44, and the output hole 41, the first pump body 42 and the first spray piece 43 are communicated through the first water pipe 44; the second cleaning mechanism 5 comprises a second water pipe 54, and the output hole 41, the second pump body 52, the valve body 51 and the second spraying piece 53 are communicated through the second water pipe 54.
In summary, the use method of the cleaning device is as follows:
when a smaller amount of tableware or smaller kitchenware needs to be cleaned, the partition plate 13 is inserted into the first slot, so that the inner cavity 2 is divided into a first cavity 21 and a second cavity 22, wherein the first cavity 21 is used for cleaning a smaller amount of tableware or smaller kitchenware, and the second cavity 22 is used for drying and storing a smaller amount of tableware or smaller kitchenware. At this time, the cleaning apparatus has three operating states:
the first working state is that the first cleaning mechanism 4 in the first cavity 21 is started, and the drying mechanism 6 and the second cleaning mechanism 5 in the second cavity 22 are both closed; first, washing water is supplied into the first chamber 21, the first pump body 42 is opened, and the second pump body 52, the valve body 51, the blower 63, and the heating member 64 are closed. The cleaning water in the first cavity 21 is pumped out through the output hole 41 by the first pump body 42 and sprayed into the first cavity 21 through the first spraying piece 43 to wash the tableware or kitchen ware in the first cavity 21, and the cleaning is completed after a plurality of cycles. That is, the dishwasher has a function of washing dishes when the dishwasher is in the first state. After the washing is completed, the washing water in the first chamber 21 may be discharged through the output hole 41.
The second working state is that the first cleaning mechanism 4 in the first cavity 21 is started, the drying mechanism 6 in the second cavity 22 is started, and the second cleaning mechanism 5 is closed; first the first pump body 42, the blower 63 and the heating element 64 are opened and the second pump body 52 and the valve body 51 are closed. After the tableware or kitchen ware is cleaned by the first cleaning mechanism 4, the tableware or kitchen ware is taken out of the first cavity 21 and placed in the second cavity 22, the fan 63 is started, the fan 63 pumps air out of the second cavity 22 through the air inlet 61, so that negative pressure is formed in the second cavity 22, and the air returns to the second cavity 22 from the air outlet 62 after passing through the heating element 64, so that air circulation is formed. Wherein the high temperature air discharged into the second chamber 22 can evaporate water on the dishes and kill most of bacteria, thereby achieving the purpose of drying and sterilizing the dishes. That is, when the dishwasher is in the second state, the dishwasher has functions of washing dishes and drying storage at the same time.
The third working state is that the first cleaning mechanism 4 in the first cavity 21 is closed, the drying mechanism 6 in the second cavity 22 is opened, and the second cleaning mechanism 5 is closed; at this time, it is necessary to close the first pump body 42, the second pump body 52 and the valve body 51, and turn on the blower 63 and the heating member 64. For example, the tableware or kitchen ware that is washed by hand is placed in the second cavity 22, and the tableware or kitchen ware can be dried, sterilized and stored, that is, the dishwasher has a drying and storing function at this time.
When a large amount of tableware or a large-volume kitchen ware needs to be cleaned, the partition plate 13 is taken out of the first slot and inserted into the second slot, so that the first cavity 21 and the second cavity 22 are combined into the inner cavity 2 with a large volume, and at the moment, the cleaning device has a fourth working state:
the fourth working state is that the first cleaning mechanism 4, the second cleaning mechanism 5 and the drying mechanism 6 are all started; that is, the first pump body 42, the blower 63, the heating member 64, the second pump body 52, and the valve body 51 are opened. The tableware or kitchenware is cleaned by the first cleaning mechanism 4 and the second cleaning mechanism 5, when the timer 68 monitors that the opening time of the first pump body 42, the second pump body 52 and the electromagnetic valve reaches the preset maximum spraying time, a signal is sent to the controller 7, and the controller 7 correspondingly controls the first pump body 42, the second pump body 52 and the electromagnetic valve to be closed, so that the tableware is cleaned. Meanwhile, the controller 7 correspondingly controls the drying mechanism 6 to start: the fan 63 is started to draw air in the cavity 2 through the air inlet 61 by the fan 63, so that negative pressure is formed in the cavity 2, and the air returns to the cavity 2 from the air outlet 62 after passing through the heating element 64, thereby forming air circulation. Wherein, the high-temperature air discharged into the inner cavity 2 can evaporate the water on the tableware and kill most bacteria, thereby achieving the aims of drying and sterilizing the tableware. That is, when the dishwasher is in the fourth state, the dishwasher has functions of washing a large amount of tableware or bulky kitchen ware and drying storage at the same time.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a control panel is disposed on the door panel 12, and a plurality of control buttons 71 connected to the controller 7 are disposed on the control panel, and respectively correspond to four working states of the cleaning device, and a user can select a button corresponding to the working state according to actual needs.
It should be noted that the controller 7 is an existing device, such as a single chip or a PLC, and the connection between the controller 7 and the temperature sensor 67, the heating element 64, the blower 63, the timer 68, the first pump 42, the second pump 52, the valve body 51 and the control button 71, and the control of the dishwasher are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described again.
Example two
The second embodiment provides a dishwasher, the dishwasher comprises the washing device of the first embodiment, the technical features of the washing device disclosed in the first embodiment are also applicable to the first embodiment, and the technical features of the washing device disclosed in the first embodiment are not repeated. Embodiments of the dishwasher will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For economy of space, the improved features of this embodiment are also embodied in fig. 1-9, and the solution of this embodiment is therefore described in connection with fig. 1-9.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the dishwasher according to the present embodiment includes the above-described washing apparatus.
Alternatively, the dishwasher may be a drawer dishwasher or a sink dishwasher.
Preferably, the dishwasher is a drawer dishwasher, and the dishwasher further includes two dish racks, and the two dish racks are respectively arranged in the first cavity 21 and the second cavity 22 in an extractable manner. The dishwasher of this embodiment has the advantages of the washing apparatus of the embodiment one, which have been described in detail in the embodiment one, and will not be repeated here.

A cleaning device comprises a drawer bin which is provided with an opening at the upper end and can be drawn back and forth, and is characterized in that the drawer bin comprises an inner cavity (2) and a partition plate (13) arranged in the inner cavity (2), wherein the partition plate (13) is detachably arranged in the inner cavity (2) and can divide the inner cavity (2) into a first cavity (21) and a second cavity (22);
the first cavity (21) is provided with a first cleaning mechanism (4) capable of cleaning articles in the first cavity (21), and the second cavity (22) is provided with a drying mechanism (6) capable of drying articles in the second cavity (22).

drying mechanism (6) include trachea (65), fan (63) and heating member (64), air inlet (61) with gas outlet (62) pass through trachea (65) intercommunication, fan (63) with heating member (64) all install in trachea (65).
6. The cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein the drying mechanism (6) further comprises a temperature sensor (67) for monitoring the temperature of the air output of the fan (63), and the temperature sensor (67) is connected with the heating member (64);
and/or the drying mechanism (6) further comprises a timer (68), and the timer (68) is connected with the fan (63).
7. The cleaning device according to claim 3, characterized in that the body (11) is provided with an output hole (41) communicated with the first cavity (21);
the first cleaning mechanism (4) comprises a first pump body (42) and a first spraying piece (43) arranged in the first cavity (21), and the output hole (41) is communicated with the first spraying piece (43) through the first pump body (42).

the second cleaning mechanism (5) comprises a valve body (51), a second pump body (52) communicated with the output hole (41) and a second spraying piece (53) arranged in the second cavity (22), and the second pump body (52) is communicated with the second spraying piece (53) through the valve body (51).
