In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 7, the straw collecting device 100 further comprises a pair of first supporting frames 71, wherein the lower ends of the first supporting frames 71 are respectively fixed on the underframe 102 of the vehicle, and the upper ends of the first supporting frames 71 are respectively hinged on the outer standing wall at the front side and the outer standing wall at the rear side of the outer box body 1. The first driving means 7 comprises a pair of hydraulic cylinders 72, the ends of the cylinders 721 of the hydraulic cylinders 72 are respectively hinged on the chassis 102, and the free ends of the piston rods 722 telescopically mounted in the cylinders 721 are respectively hinged on the outer vertical wall of the front side and the outer vertical wall of the rear side of the outer box body 1. Thus, during the extension of the piston rod 722 out of the cylinder 721, the piston rod 722 drives the outer case 1 to rotate relative to the first support frame 71, so that the outer case 1 tilts and the outer bottom wall of the outer case is separated from the vehicle underframe 102, so as to pour out the straw such as peanut vine contained in the inner case 2.
In one embodiment, the straw collecting apparatus 100 further comprises a pair of holding frames 73, and the holding frames 73 are obliquely fixed between the first supporting frames 71 and the underframe 102. The ends of the cylinder bodies 721 of the hydraulic cylinders 72 are respectively hinged on the holder frame 73. The holding frame 73 can increase the supporting strength of the first support frame 71 to prevent the first support frame 71 from tilting.
In one embodiment, the straw collecting apparatus 100 further comprises a pair of second support frames configured to drive the cover 11 to open or close during the rotation of the outer case 1 relative to the first support frame 71 driven by the first driving device 7. Further, each of the second support frames includes a first driving rod 74 and a second driving rod 75 hinged to the first driving rod. A first end of the first drive lever 74 is hinged to the first support bracket 71. The upper end of a second driving rod 75 is fixed to the cover 11, and the lower end of the second driving rod 75 is hinged to the second end of the first driving rod 74, so that the first driving rod 74 drives the cover 11 to rotate relative to the outer box 1 through the second driving rod 75 during the period that the first driving device 7 drives the outer box 1 to rotate relative to the first supporting frame 71, thereby opening the outer box 1 and the inner box 2, so that the straw in the inner box 2 can be poured out.
Thus, as shown in fig. 6, during the period that the piston rod 722 extends out of the cylinder 721, the outer case 1 rotates counterclockwise around the upper end of the first support frame 71, and as the outer case 1 rotates, the bottom wall of the outer case 1 leaves the underframe 102 of the vehicle, and at the same time, the first drive lever 74 pulls the second drive lever 75, so that the cover 11 rotates clockwise relative to the outer case 1, thereby opening the outer case 1 and the inner case 2, and when the outer case 1 rotates counterclockwise through an angle of 90 degrees, the straw stored in the inner case can be dumped out of the inner case. On the other hand, during the retraction of the piston rod 722 into the cylinder 721, the outer case 1 rotates clockwise about the upper end of the first support bracket 71, and as the outer case 1 rotates, the bottom wall of the outer case 1 is gradually placed on the undercarriage 102 of the vehicle, and at the same time, the first drive lever 74 pushes the second drive lever 75, so that the cover 11 rotates counterclockwise with respect to the outer case 1, thereby closing the outer case 1 and the inner case 2 in preparation for the next operation of storing straw and purifying gas.
In one embodiment, the first drive rod includes a first sub-drive rod 741 and a second sub-drive rod 742. The first end of the first sub driving rod 741 is hinged to the first support frame 71; a second end of the first sub driving lever 741 is hinged to a first end of the second sub driving lever 742, and a second end of the second sub driving lever 742 is hinged to a lower end of the second driving lever 75. In this way, when the cover 11 closes the outer case 1, the first drive lever 74 is bent as a whole, and the cover can be held in a tightly closed state. In one embodiment, a tilt lever 76 may be provided between the cover 11 and the second driving lever 75 to increase the strength of the second driving lever 75.
It can be understood that when the outer case 1 is rotated to the maximum angle, the dust discharge door 6 is also simultaneously rotated to the maximum angle, so that the straw and the dust can be simultaneously discharged.
Fig. 15 is a schematic view of a roller shade device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention; fig. 16 is a radial sectional view of a rotating shaft of the winding device shown in fig. 15.
2-7, 15 and 16, in one embodiment, the straw collecting apparatus 100 further comprises a screen 8, the screen 8 being attached at a first end to the underframe 102 of the vehicle and at a second end to the lower part of the ash discharge door 6. In this way, during the overturning of the outer box, the screen 8 will gradually unfold, thus avoiding the fall of dust onto the chassis 102 of the vehicle. For example, when the first driving device drives the outer box 1 to rotate and lift up, the shielding curtain fixed on the bottom wall of the outer box 1 is pulled out of the winding device together, when the outer box 1 is lifted up to the top, the shielding curtain 8 and the bottom wall 13 of the outer box 1 form an angle of 45 degrees, and dust in the dust collection chamber of the outer box can slide down to the ground along the shielding curtain. Thus, when the outer box body is lifted to discharge dust, the dust can be prevented from directly falling into the chassis of the vehicle and/or the centrifugal induced draft fan 141.
In one embodiment, the straw collecting apparatus 100 further comprises a roller blind apparatus 81, the roller blind apparatus 81 is installed at a lower portion of the ash discharge door 6 of the outer box 1 or the underframe 102 of the vehicle, and a first end or a second end of the curtain cloth 8 is connected to the roller blind apparatus 81. In one embodiment, the rolling shutter device 81 includes a rotation shaft 811, a pair of support frames 812, and a pair of coil springs 813. The first end of the shielding curtain cloth 8 is connected to the rotating shaft 811. The pair of support frames 812 are mounted on the underframe 102 of the vehicle (or the lower portion of the ash discharge door 6 of the outer case 1), and both ends of the rotation shaft 811 are rotatably mounted on the support frames 811. Bearing means may be mounted within the support frame 812 to facilitate rotation of the shaft. The pair of coil springs 813 are installed at both ends of the rotation shaft 811, and the shade curtain 8 is unwound from the rotation shaft 811 against the elastic force of the coil springs 813. Thus, during the counterclockwise rotation of the outer case 1, the shielding curtain 8 is gradually unfolded against the elastic force of the coil spring 813, and during the clockwise rotation of the outer case 1, the shielding curtain 8 is gradually wound on the rotation shaft 811 by the coil spring 813.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, one end of the screen cloth 8 is fixed to a rod 814 such as a metal pipe, a fixing groove 815 extending in an axial direction is formed on the rotation shaft 811, and the rod 814 is fixed in the fixing groove 815, so that the screen cloth 8 can be wound around the rotation shaft 811.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above described embodiments are exemplary and can be modified by those skilled in the art, and that the structures described in the various embodiments can be freely combined without conflict in structure or principle, thereby realizing more straw collecting devices and crop harvesters based on solving the technical problems of the present invention.
Having described preferred embodiments of the present invention in detail, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the appended claims, and the invention is not to be limited to the exemplary embodiments set forth in the specification. It should be noted that the word "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the words "a" or "an" do not exclude a plurality. Additionally, any element numbers of the claims should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.

Claims (22)

1. A straw collection device, comprising:
the outer box body comprises a cover body, an outer vertical wall and an outer bottom wall, and an air outlet is formed in the outer bottom wall;
the inner box body is accommodated in the outer box body, a straw inlet communicated with the outside is formed in the inner box body, and at least one through hole is formed in at least one part of the inner vertical wall of the inner box body;
the upper partition plate is arranged in the outer box body, and a first gas collecting chamber is arranged between the upper partition plate and the inner bottom wall of the inner box body so as to collect unpurified gas flowing out of the through hole of the inner box body;
the lower partition plate is arranged at the lower part of the upper partition plate, and a second air collecting chamber is formed between the lower partition plate and the outer bottom wall of the outer box body; and
and the air purification devices are arranged between the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate, the air inlet of each air purification device is communicated with the first air collection chamber, and the air outlet of each air purification device is communicated with the second air collection chamber.
2. The straw collecting apparatus of claim 1, wherein a dust collecting chamber is formed between the upper and lower partitions, and each of the air cleaning devices is provided with a dust outlet communicating with the dust collecting chamber to collect separated dust in the dust collecting chamber.
3. The straw collecting device according to claim 2, wherein each of the air cleaning devices comprises:
the outer side of the upper cylinder body is fixed on the upper partition plate;
a plurality of helical blades arranged inside the upper cylinder, wherein unpurified gas from the first gas collection chamber passes through the helical blades through the gas inlet so as to realize the separation of dust and air; and
a lower cylinder inserted at an upper portion thereof into a lower portion of the upper cylinder and forming the dust outlet between an inner wall of the upper cylinder and an outer wall of the lower cylinder, a lower end outer side of the lower cylinder being fixed to the lower partition plate such that purified air flows into the second air collection chamber through the lower cylinder.
4. The straw collecting device according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of support columns are provided between the upper and lower partition plates.
5. The straw collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the outer profiles of the outer and inner boxes each have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and an air duct communicating with the first air collecting chamber is formed between at least one inner vertical wall of the inner box provided with the through hole and the corresponding outer vertical wall of the outer box.
6. A straw-collecting device according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein said cover is provided with a vent, said vent being provided with a sieve.
7. A straw collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein an induced draft fan is provided at the air outlet of the outer bottom wall.
8. The straw collection device of any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising a first drive means configured to drive the outer box to tilt to the left or right to dump the straw contained in the inner box.
9. The straw collecting device according to claim 8, wherein the outer vertical wall of the left or right side of the outer box is provided with a dust outlet communicated with the dust collecting chamber, and the dust outlet is provided with a dust discharging door.
10. The straw collection device of claim 9, further comprising a second drive configured to open or close the ash discharge door.
11. The straw collecting apparatus of claim 10, wherein the second driving means opens the dust discharge door in response to the inclined state of the outer case and closes the dust discharge door in response to the upright state of the outer case.
12. The straw collecting device according to claim 10, wherein said first actuating means comprises a pneumatic cylinder.
13. The straw collecting device according to claim 9, further comprising a curtain cloth, wherein a first end of the curtain cloth is connected to the underframe of the vehicle, and a second end of the curtain cloth is connected to the lower part of the ash discharge door.
14. The straw collecting device according to claim 13, further comprising a roller blind assembly mounted to a lower portion of a dust discharge door of the outer box or the underframe of the vehicle, wherein the first end or the second end of the curtain cloth is connected to the roller blind assembly.
15. The straw collecting device according to claim 14, wherein said roller blind means comprises:
the first end of the shielding curtain cloth is connected to the rotating shaft;
the pair of supporting frames are arranged at the lower part of the ash discharge door of the chassis or the outer box body of the vehicle, and two ends of the rotating shaft are rotatably arranged on the supporting frames; and
and the pair of coil springs are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft, and the shielding curtain cloth resists the elasticity of the coil springs and is unwound from the rotating shaft.
16. The straw collecting device according to claim 8, further comprising a pair of first supporting brackets, the lower ends of which are respectively fixed to the underframe of the vehicle, and the upper ends of which are respectively hinged to the outer standing wall at the front side and the outer standing wall at the rear side of the outer box body;
the first driving device comprises a pair of hydraulic cylinders, the end parts of cylinder bodies of the hydraulic cylinders are respectively hinged on the underframe, the free ends of piston rods telescopically installed in the cylinder bodies are respectively hinged on the outer vertical wall on the front side and the outer vertical wall on the rear side of the outer box body, and the piston rods drive the outer box body to rotate relative to the first supporting frame during the piston rods extend out of the cylinder bodies.
17. The straw collection device of claim 16, further comprising a pair of retaining frames, the retaining frames being angularly fixed between the first support brackets and the base frame,
the ends of the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder are respectively hinged on the holding frame.
18. The straw collection device of claim 17, further comprising a pair of second support brackets configured to drive the cover to open or close during rotation of the outer housing relative to the first support brackets by the first drive means.
19. The straw collection device of claim 18, wherein each of said second support brackets comprises:
a first drive rod, a first end of the first drive rod being hinged to the first support frame; and
a second driving rod, an upper end of which is fixed to the cover body, and a lower end of which is hinged to a second end of the first driving rod, so that the first driving rod drives the cover body to rotate relative to the outer box body through the second driving rod during the first driving device drives the outer box body to rotate relative to the first supporting frame.
20. The straw collecting device according to claim 19, wherein the first drive rod comprises:
the first end of the first sub-driving rod is hinged to the first support frame; and
the second end of the first sub-driving rod is hinged to the first end of the second sub-driving rod, and the second end of the second sub-driving rod is hinged to the lower end of the second driving rod.
21. A crop harvester, comprising:
a work vehicle;
a harvesting device installed at a front end of the work vehicle and configured to harvest crops;
a separating device mounted on the work vehicle and configured to separate fruits and stalks of the crops;
a straw conveying device configured to convey separated straw; and
a straw collection device according to any one of claims 1 to 20, mounted on the rear undercarriage of the vehicle.
22. The crop harvester of claim 21, wherein the straw conveying device comprises:
one end of the conveying pipe is communicated with the separating device to receive the separated straws, and the other end of the conveying pipe is connected to the straw inlet of the inner box body; and
a primary centrifuge mounted in the transport pipe.
