本实用新型提供一种胶木地板块，其技术特点 是，若干层单板复合，其纤维方向相互交错排列，重合 面有防水胶层，周边有止口，表面为树脂层。它保持 了木质地板块的特点，又克服了木质地板块吸水、吸 潮、易腐、易燃的缺点，使用本技术的地板块、尺寸准 确、不变形，表面光洁、耐磨、耐污、木纹协调、色泽一 致。本胶木地板块适用于一般民用小房间，和高级的 体育场馆、会议厅、及电子计算机室、药剂室、精密仪 器装配室、试验室和有特殊要求的化学车间的操作室 的地面铺设。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种地面装饰材料，特别是一种地板块。
现有的木质地板块，均采用天然木材直接加工成型，由于它具有吸水、吸潮的性能，这种地板块容易变形、翘曲、腐蚀。此外，木质地板块的表面木纹、色泽也不一致。
本实用新型的目的是，提供一种胶木复合的地板块，它保持了木质地板块的风格，同时改善了防水，防潮的性能，从而提高了铺地板块的表面效果和防腐、防蛀、防火的效果。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种胶木地板块，具有单板和防水胶层组成。其特征在于：若干层的单板复合，其单板的纤维方向相互交错排列，重合面有防水胶层，该地板块的周边有止口。
本技术的地板块，复合单板的使用表面可以是树脂层。
本技术的地板块，是采用林场加工原木时的下脚料，将这种基料截成小段、薄片、经化学药剂处理，然后摸压成型。
本技术由于木片之间纤维方向交叉，中间有防水胶粘接，所以除具有一般木材的特点外，不易吸水，不易吸潮，与已有技术的地板块相比，受环境温度、湿度影响时，澎涨、收缩量小，实现了产品尺寸稳定，不易翘曲，变型的目的。因为木片在复合之前经过了化学药剂浸渍，复合成地板块之后具有防腐、防霉、防蛀蚀和耐燃烧的特点。本技术地板块的优点还在于：整体表面的木纹协调、色泽一致，面层用树脂模压成型，其尺寸标准，表面光洁坚固、耐磨、耐污、美感好。

图中单板（1）（3）与单板（2）表面接触，接触面上有防水胶层（4），各单板的木纤维方向交错排列，地板块的使用面上有树脂层（5），地板块的周边有止口（6）。

Claims (2)

1、一种胶木地板块，具有单板和防水胶层组成，其特征在于：若干层的单板复合，其单板的纤维方向相互交错排例，重合面有防水胶层，该地板块的周边有止口。
2、根据权利要求1所说的一种胶木地板块，其特征在于：复合单板的使用表面有树脂层。
