The top cover rear cross beam assembly is characterized by comprising a top cover outer plate and a top cover rear cross beam as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the top cover outer plate comprises a transverse plate positioned on the upper side of the cross beam glue coating plate, a welding outer plate positioned on the upper side of the cross beam welding plate and a connecting plate positioned on the outer sides of the cross beam vertical plate and the cross beam transition plate, and the connecting plate is used for connecting the transverse plate and the welding outer plate; the welding outer plate is connected with the beam welding plate in a welding mode, the transverse plate and the beam glue coating plate are used for being bonded through damping expansion glue, and the damping expansion glue is coated in each glue coating groove.
