背景技术
铝制防伪瓶盖是一种外包装产品,随着时代的发展,酒生产厂家对外包装的审美意识、以及要求愈来愈高,从而也催生了一种在瓶盖顶部将图案凸起并烫上金色(或其他颜色)的工艺,来提高包装的档次,增强美观效果。瓶盖顶部的起凸烫金需要的冲压力不大,但起凸烫金工艺对烫金时间和烫金精度(接触间隙等)要求很高,而现有技术则是采用将起凸模具安装在普通冲床上,起凸的高度及精度则是通过调整冲床滑块的下止点位置来控制,但是此方法存在的弊端就是无法精准控制起凸的精度。

本实用新型提供了一种用伺服线性滑轨控制的冲压装置,解决了背景技术中的无法精准控制起凸精度的缺点。

优选的,所述大连杆两端分别设有长销轴和短销轴,短销轴与凸模座之间设有圆柱滚子轴承。

为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:一种偏心轮驱动伺服控制的冲压装置,包括墙板1,墙板1与主安装板9相连,主安装板9上设有伺服电机10,伺服电机10电机轴与驱动轮8相连,驱动轮8与小连杆7相连,小连杆7两端分别设有凸轮从动轴承11,小连杆7上端通过凸轮从动轴承11与驱动轮相连接,小连杆7下端通过凸轮从动轴承与小连杆座6相连,凸轮从动轴承11上设有偏心套,小连杆座6与大连杆座5相连,大连杆座5可沿线性滑轨12作上下直线运动,大连杆座5通过大连杆4与凸模座2相连,凸模座2上设有凸模3,凸模座2可沿线性导轨16作前后水平运动,大连杆4两端分别设有长销轴13和短销轴14,短销轴14与凸模座2之间设有圆柱滚子轴承15。
安装在主安装板9上的伺服电机10,转动时使驱动轮8做旋转运动,从而带动小连杆7做偏心曲拐运动,小连杆7的两端装有附带偏心套的凸轮从动轴承11,小连杆7的下端通过附带偏心套的凸轮从动轴承11与小连杆座6安装在一起,在小连杆7的带动下大连杆座5沿着线性滑轨12做上下垂直运动,大连杆座5在做上下垂直运动的同时带动大连杆4通过长销轴13和短销轴14的连接下,带动凸模座2沿线性导轨16做前后水平运动,从而形成冲压动作。瓶盖顶部的起凸需要的冲压力不大,但对凸模3与工件接触的精度(间隙)以及对工件接触时间要求很高,本发明通过伺服电机能很方便的控制冲压精度。
本实用新型结构简单实用,可完全替代传统笨重的冲床,节省了大量的设备成本,提高了工作效率。
