In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. The preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. The invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. In addition, the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in order to provide a food delivery robot 100 of the present invention, the food delivery robot 100 includes a walking driving mechanism 20, a frame 30 installed on the walking driving mechanism 20, and a storage mechanism 40 installed on the frame 30. In use, the food is placed in the storage mechanism 40, and then the food delivery robot 100 transports the food from the kitchen to the side of the guest at the ordering place under the driving of the traveling driving mechanism 20, and the guest takes out the food for eating.
The traveling driving mechanism 20 includes a base 21, a driving motor (not shown) mounted on the base 21, a driving wheel 22, and a guide wheel 23, and the driving motor is located inside the base 21 and connected to the driving wheel 23 to drive the driving wheel 22 to rotate. Further, a steering controller (not shown) is installed inside the base 21, and the steering controller is connected with the guide wheel 23 and is used for driving the guide wheel 23 to swing so as to realize direction control. In this embodiment, the number of the driving wheels 22 is two, the number of the guide wheels 23 is four, the two guide wheels 22 are distributed on two opposite sides of the bottom of the base 21, the two guide wheels 23 are distributed on the bottom of the base 21 in a group of two, and the two groups of guide wheels 23 are located on the other two opposite sides of the base 21, so that six supporting points are formed at the bottom of the base 21. Further, the walking drive mechanism 20 further comprises a voice broadcast module 24 installed on the base 21, and the voice broadcast module 24 can remind pedestrians to avoid in transportation and can remind guests to take food when the guests move to a place for ordering.
The rack 30 is provided with a support seat 31, the support seat 31 is located on the opposite side wall of the rack 30, and the warehousing mechanism 40 is supported by taking two support seats 31 as a group. In this embodiment, the number of the supporting seats 31 is six, and three storage mechanisms 40 can be supported.
The storage mechanism 40 includes a driver 41 and a housing 42 mounted on the rack 30, and a top cover 43 mounted on the housing 42, wherein the top cover 43 is connected to the driver 41, and the driver 41 may be a driving motor or a rotary cylinder. The housing 42 and the top cover 43 may be made of materials according to needs, and both the housing 42 and the top cover 43 may be made of transparent materials, or both may be made of non-transparent materials, or one may be made of transparent materials; in this embodiment, it is preferable that all of them are made of transparent material. Further, the housing 42 is provided with a bin opening 44, and the top cover 43 and the bin opening 44 are matched with the driver 41 for driving the top cover 43 to swing to close the bin opening 44 or swing to open from the bin opening 44. In this embodiment, the number of the warehousing mechanisms 40 is three, and three warehousing mechanisms 40 can transport three meals at a time, so that the meal delivery efficiency is high. And the driver 41 can control the top cover corresponding to the storage mechanism 40 to be opened at the position corresponding to the customer, so that the customer is prevented from taking wrong food, and the high-efficiency and precision of delivering food every time is ensured.
Furthermore, the receiving portions 421 are provided on both sides of the housing 42, the receiving portions 421 are assembled and abutted against the supporting seat 31, and the housing 42 is fixed on the frame 30 without swinging by the assembling and fixing of the receiving portions 421 and the supporting seat 31. Further, the housing 42 includes a tray portion 422 and an arch portion 423 connected to the tray portion 422, and the aforementioned bin opening 44 is formed between the arch portion 423 and the tray portion 422. A storage space is formed among the tray part 422, the arch part 423 and the top cover 43 for placing food. Further, the top cover 43 includes a top cover main body 431, two support arms 432 connected to the top cover main body 431, and a support shaft 433 connected to the support arms 432, wherein the support shaft 433 is connected to the driver 41 through the receiving portion 421. In use, the actuator 41 can drive the top cover 43 to swing on the bearing portion 421 through the support shaft 433, thereby closing the bin opening 44 or swinging from the bin opening 44 to open the lower part of the inner wall of the arch portion 423. Further, the support arm 432 abuts against the inner wall of the receiving portion 421, so that the top cover 43 can swing horizontally on the housing 42, and the opening and closing operation can be accurately performed.
In one embodiment, the food delivery robot 100 further includes a control panel display 50 mounted on the top of the rack 30, and the control panel display 50 can be operated and can also display the food items placed in each of the warehousing mechanisms 40, so that the user experience is strong.
The meal delivery robot 100 comprises a walking driving mechanism 20, a frame 30 mounted on the walking driving mechanism 20, and a storage mechanism 40 mounted on the frame 30, wherein a bin opening 44 is formed in a housing 42, and a driver 22 is used for driving a top cover 43 to swing to close the bin opening 44 or expose the bin opening 44. The food delivery robot 100 drives the top cover 43 to close the bin opening 44 to form a closed isolated space in the food delivery process by the driver 22, so that external dust, flying insects and the like cannot fall on food, and the food delivery robot is safe and sanitary. And the closed isolation space that forms has the heat preservation effect, guarantees the temperature of meal article when sending to the dining table to do not influence the taste of meal article, send meal effectually.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
