Description

Connector plug with guide post capable of guiding tongue plate to be accurately butted
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a connector plug structure, in particular to a can not only guide a hyoplastron in this connector plug and metal terminals on it, by smooth and peg graft to a connector socket accurately, can also be when this connector plug pegs graft into an organic whole with this connector socket each other, make this connector plug and this connector socket have more stable and firm grafting relation within a definite time, in order to ensure that the metal terminals that correspond on this connector plug and this connector socket can maintain normal and good electrical connection state throughout, thereby can ensure to be difficult for taking place the pine because of vibrations or collision and taking off between this connector plug and this connector socket, can keep in the state of stable transmission signal throughout.
Background
The signal Connector (Connector) generally refers to all the connecting elements and accessories thereof applied to electronic signals and power supplies, and is a bridge for all signals, and the quality of the signal Connector affects the reliability of current and signal transmission and is related to the operation of the electronic device. Generally, various types of connectors are installed on various electronic devices (e.g., smart phones, tablet computers, desktop computers, notebook computers, digital cameras, etc.) to enable the electronic devices to exchange data with each other, so that the connectors can electrically connect and transmit signals between the devices, the components, and the systems to constitute a basic component required by a complete system.
As a result of research, it has been pointed out that, in the last decade, the connector industry is a profitable industry for many taiwan manufacturers who enter the connector industry, compared with other component industries, and the main reason is that the technical difference used in the high-low level connector products in the connector industry is very large, the aforementioned characteristics make the positioning of related products between various international factories and taiwan manufacturers very clear and definite, and in addition, since each international factory requires a wide application capability for various connector products manufactured by entrustment, this strict product requirement also forces taiwan manufacturers who accept entrustment to have different special projects, thereby avoiding the following red sea (related china manufacturers) competition.
However, as early as ten years since the financial storm in 2008, taiwan manufacturers related to connectors have experienced and experienced an industrial crisis, and therefore, many taiwan manufacturers clearly recognize that they rely on the PC industry only, and are easily confronted with the dilemma of the PC industry being unstable, entering threshold being too low, and industry competition being fierce, which results in a survival crisis that the operators cannot continue to operate. Therefore, many taiwan manufacturers have made some corresponding adjustments on the operation strategy, and expect to use the multi-transformation strategy to cover the application level of the connector product to the communication or consumer electronic products, such as: accordingly, in recent years, taiwan manufacturers, who originally rely on a large number of connectors for computers and peripheral devices thereof, have been turning to the connectors of the "li-ji" type for developing and producing various consumer electronic products, displays and the like.
However, as mentioned above, the financial storm in 2008 has broken through the taiwan connector industry at a stroke, and many industry insights that have been followed by the industry for a long time, such as the original manufacturers in the united states, europe and japan that produce high-level or high-end technology connectors are also forced to be in increasing shortage of profits, considering that the manufacturers start to produce low-level or low-level connectors seriously invade into the dominant product line mastered by the taiwan connector manufacturers for many years, in the face of the severe change of the situation, the taiwan connector manufacturers must accelerate the step adjustment, add new strategies to take into consideration points and faces that have not been discussed in the past, and conduct discussion, research, development and improvement on various characteristics of the connectors to provide better connector products in the industry, so that the manufacturers can occupy a good place in the market.
Taking a conventional connector plug structure as an example, as described below, in general, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the conventional connector plug 1 includes an insulating colloid 11, a plurality of metal terminals 15 and a metal housing 16; wherein, a practitioner will usually manufacture the insulating colloid 11 by injection molding, an insertion space 110 is disposed in the insulating colloid 11, a top side of the insulating colloid 11 is disposed with an insertion port 111, the insertion port 111 is communicated with the insertion space 110, a tongue plate 12 is disposed in the insertion space 110 in a protruding manner toward the insertion port 111, an insertion gap B is formed between an outer wall of the tongue plate 12 and an inner wall of the insulating colloid 111、B2、B3The insertion gaps B1、B2、B3Are communicated with each other to form a butting space 110B between the outer wall of the tongue plate 12 and the inner wall of the insulating colloid 11, so that the connector plug 1 and a connector socket 3 can be butted into a whole by utilizing the butting space 110B; furthermore, a practitioner may also fix the metal terminals 15 on at least one terminal base (not shown) by injection molding, and then assemble the terminal bases together with the metal terminals 15 thereon into the insulating colloid 11, so that the insertion ends of the metal terminals 15 can pass through the abutting space 110B and be exposed on the outer wall surface of the tongue plate 12; the metal shell 16 is only simply covered outside the insulating colloid 11, so that the purpose of electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance and grounding is achieved by virtue of the conductive function of the metal shell 16, and the effect of protecting the insulating colloid 11 is achieved by virtue of the stronger structural characteristics of the metal shell 16. Thus, the connector socket 3 can be inserted into the connector plug 1 through the insertion port 111 to form a whole, and the insertion ends of the corresponding metal terminals on the connector socket 3 can be electrically connected and conducted with the insertion ends of the metal terminals 15 on the connector plug 1 to transmit signals; referring to fig. 2, during each plugging process of the connector plug 1 into the connector receptacle 3 or each pulling process of the connector plug 1 out of the connector receptacle 3, the end edge of the tongue plate 12 of the connector plug 1 must pass through a corresponding plugging hole 311 of the connector receptacle 3, and during each plugging process, due to the deviation of force or the deviation of plugging angle, the end edge of the tongue plate 12 of the connector plug 1 inevitably abuts against and rubs the corners 311C and inner walls of the plugging hole 311 of the connector receptacle 3 adjacent to the two ends, and as a result of frequent plugging, the end edge of the tongue plate 12 and the end edge adjacent to the plugging hole 311 are worn and deformed over time, which finally results in the unsmooth plugging between the connector plug 1 and the connector receptacle 3, and even the contact between the corresponding metal terminals 15 of the connector plug 1 and the connector receptacle 3 occurs Poor and abnormal signal transmission. In view of the above, how to design a connector plug structure to make the connectorThe plug structure can not only guide the connector plug 1, so that the connector plug 1 can be smoothly and accurately plugged into the connector socket 3, but also can ensure that the connector plug 1 and the connector socket 3 have a more stable and stable plugging relationship when the connector plug 1 and the connector socket 3 are plugged into a whole, so as to ensure that the corresponding metal terminals 15 on the connector plug 1 and the connector socket 3 can be always maintained in a normal and good electrical connection state, so as to ensure that the connector plug 1 and the connector socket 3 are not easy to loosen due to vibration or collision and can be always kept in a state of stably transmitting signals, i.e. an important issue that the present design and manufacturing manufacturers of various large connectors need to worry about improvement, which is an important issue to be discussed and solved in the following.
