2. Beverage device according to claim 1, wherein the height of the beverage outlet (21) is adjustable.
3. The beverage device according to claim 2, characterized in that the spout assembly (2) is slidably disposed on the housing (1) along a vertical direction to adjust the height of the beverage outlet (21).
4. The beverage device according to claim 1, wherein the first sensor (3) is an infrared sensor, and the first sensor (3) is disposed on the housing (1) and located at a lower side of the spout assembly (2).
5. Beverage device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cup holder (4) is provided with a resilient claw (41), the resilient claw (41) being configured for catching the cup.
6. A beverage device according to claim 5, characterized in that the cup storage cylinder (4) is hollow inside to form a cup channel, a plurality of cups are stacked in the cup channel, and the elastic claw (41) is arranged at one end of the cup channel.
7. Beverage device according to claim 5, wherein the second sensor is a pressure sensor, which is arranged on the resilient pawl (41).

A beverage device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said beverage chamber is further provided with a raw material port, said beverage machine body further comprises one or more of a milk tank (61), a water tank (62), a trough (63), said milk tank (61), said water tank (62) and said trough (63) all communicating with said raw material port.
9. The beverage device according to claim 1, wherein the beverage cavity is further provided with a slag guide, the bottom of the beverage machine main body is further provided with a slag discharge port (71), and the slag discharge port (71) is communicated with the slag guide.

The beverage device according to claim 9, wherein the beverage machine main body further comprises a waste tray (7), the waste tray (7) is disposed on the housing (1) and located at a lower side of the housing (1), and the waste tray (7) is respectively communicated with the slag guide port and the slag discharge port (71).
