技术领域
本实用新型涉及化工、环保领域,更具体地说,涉及一种双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置。
背景技术
城市有机固废特别是污泥,不仅含水量高,易腐烂,有强烈臭味,并且含有大量病原菌、寄生虫卵以及铬和汞等重金属难以降解的有毒有害及致癌物质。污泥未经处理随意堆放,经过雨水的侵蚀和渗漏作用,极易对地下水、土壤等造成二次污染,直接危害人类身体健康。
随着国家对城市卫生环境的要求越来越高,污泥处置已经成为环境日益关注的重要问题。要实现污泥最终处置,将污泥进行干化协同焚烧是最佳解决路径,既可以实现污泥减量化、无害化,还能实现污泥处置的资源化。在对城市脱水污泥焚烧之前,通常需要进行干化处理。城市污水厂生化污泥中有机成分含量较高,干化后具有较高的热值,可以作为劣质燃料进行焚烧,实现污泥最终处置和资源化。
目前,在国内应用较多的污泥干化工艺设备包括回转式干化、带式干化、桨叶式干化、卧式转盘式干化等工艺设备。其中,回转式干燥和带式干燥设备通常为接触式干燥,而桨叶和圆盘干燥设备通常为非接触式间接干燥。回转式干燥设备占地面积大,接触时间长,干燥效率不高;而带式干燥机干化单机干化能力有限,且难以做到完全密封,车间环境不佳;间接干燥设备占地面积也较大,且必须要一次或二次优质热源才能进行干化,干燥成本较高;以上这些设备都具有明显的优缺点。
闪蒸干燥机可以利用工业锅炉尾气、电厂烟气等废热,具有能耗低等优点,但传统旋转闪蒸干燥机采用机械式打散装置,直接用于污泥干燥存在设备磨损较大,在高含尘等恶劣工况下设备故障较多,维护量较大的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,大大降低了设备故障率,且提高了污泥效率,同时又保留旋风闪蒸干燥机极高的热效率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,包括进料装置、流化旋风发生器和干燥筒;所述流化旋风发生器与干燥筒之间通过中心连接管连接;
所述进料装置末端设有多孔板分量器,所述多孔板分量器与所述中心连接管连接;所述流化旋风发生器采用侧向进风,风沿圆形外壁形成旋风进入中心连接管,高速旋风将进入中心连接管污泥剪切破碎成颗粒状,随旋风被夹带到上部的干燥筒内,所述干燥筒下部设有干燥旋风发生器,所述干燥旋风发生器采用侧向进风,形成旋风后螺旋上升与流化颗粒污泥接触,将污泥水分蒸发为水蒸气,所述干燥筒上部设有颗粒粒径选择器,所述颗粒粒径选择器上方设有出口烟道。
上述方案中,所述进料装置包括螺旋输送机筒体、电机、减速机和变螺距螺旋,所述变螺距螺旋设置在螺旋输送机筒体内部,所述变螺距螺旋与电机和减速机连接,所述螺旋输送机筒体上设有进料口。
上述方案中,所述流化旋风发生器包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设有侧向进风口,所述外壳体底部设有星型卸料器。
上述方案中,所述中心连接管上设有截面调节器。
上述方案中,所述干燥筒的内部中心设有锥形导流板。
上述方案中,所述干燥筒的筒体内采用陶瓷内衬层。

实施本实用新型的双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,具有以下有益效果:
1、本实用新型采用气流雾化和流化污泥,结合传统旋风闪蒸干燥机优点的双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,采用高速烟气气流对污泥进行雾化和流化,替代传统机械式打散装置,大大降低了设备故障率,且提高了污泥效率,又保留旋风闪蒸干燥机极高的热效率;
2、本实用新型采用高速旋风流化器,克服了传统机械式破碎打散装置需要配置电机减速机转动设备易发生故障的问题,同时,气体流化具有更好的调节余量,可适应不同含水率物料的破碎;
3、本实用新型采用旋风流化和雾化技术,可将污泥雾化为及细小颗粒,表面积增大上百倍,增大了换热面积,提高了换热效率,同时提高了干燥强度;
4、本实用新型采用塔型立式布置,大大减小了占地面积;较卧式设备占地面积减少50%以上;
5、本实用新型采用废气进行干燥,降低了污泥处理费用,直接能源费用可降低30%~50%。

具体实施方式

如图1-2所示,本实用新型双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,包括进料装置100、流化旋风发生器200和干燥筒300,流化旋风发生器200与干燥筒300之间通过中心连接管204连接。
进料装置100末端设有多孔板分量器106,多孔板分量器106与中心连接管204连接,多孔板分量器106对污泥进行预挤压破碎,将块装污泥通过挤压穿过多孔板分量器106后形成5-10mm条状污泥,有利于污泥的流化和破碎。流化旋风发生器200与外部流化风机连接,采用侧向进风,风沿圆形外壁形成旋风进入中心连接管204,高速旋风将进入中心连接管204污泥剪切破碎成颗粒状,随旋风被夹带到上部的干燥筒300内,干燥筒300下部设有干燥旋风发生器302,干燥旋风发生器302同样采用侧向进风,形成旋风后螺旋上升与流化颗粒污泥接触发生换热和传质,瞬间将污泥水分蒸发为水蒸气,干燥筒300上部设有颗粒粒径选择器304,用以控制污泥干度和粒径大小,粒径在一定范围内的干污泥颗粒被旋风夹带进入后续与干燥装置连接的气固分离设备。颗粒粒径选择器上方设有出口烟道305。
进一步的,进料装置100包括螺旋输送机筒体104、电机101、减速机102和变螺距螺旋105,变螺距螺旋105设置在螺旋输送机筒体104内部,具有挤压作用。变螺距螺旋105与电机101和减速机102连接,螺旋输送机筒体104上设有进料口103。
进一步的,流化旋风发生器200采用T型结构,其包括外壳体202,外壳体202上设有侧向进风口201,外壳体202底部设有星型卸料器203。外壳体202中间为中心连接管204,外圈为圆柱形侧向进风筒体,中心连接管204采用与外圈圆柱形非同心设计,以增大旋风剪切效果,有利于物料的破碎。
进一步的,中心连接管204内设置有截面调节器205,截面调节器205为可变截面负面隔膜,采用手动调节中心管截面积,可改变流化风速的大小,提高剪切效率。
进一步的,干燥筒300的内部中心设有锥形导流板,锥形中心为中心连接管204。锥形表面设置有旋转叶片,在旋风作用下转动,用于击碎块状或大颗粒污泥。
进一步的,干燥筒300的筒体内采用陶瓷内衬层,可以用于保温和防止磨损,保持表面光滑,干燥筒300上部设置环形板分级器作为颗粒粒径选择器304,一方面可控制出料粒径、另一方面可将未干燥物料分离以继续干燥。
进一步的,干燥筒300体上部通过变径后连接出口烟道305,出口烟道305连接气固分离器,气固分离器采用旋风分离器或布袋分离器,或者两者联用。

污泥等有机固废物料经给料螺旋100的进料口101进入给料螺旋,经螺旋输送机100输送挤压通过多孔分量器106挤压出5~10mm条状污泥,进入中心管204;从流化器200侧向进风口201进入的高速热风,在流化器腔体200内形成旋风进入中心管204,与条状污泥发生碰撞,条状污泥被高速旋风气流剪切破碎进入干燥筒300的筒体303,大量热烟气经干燥筒300侧向进风301进入干燥旋风发生器302形成高速旋风,经过干燥筒300的筒体303下部延伸与干燥旋风发生器302形成的环隙进入筒体303,与中心筒进入的污泥发生接触,实现热交换和传质,污泥在干燥筒300的筒体303内旋转上升,由于离心力的作用,较大颗粒的污泥被旋风旋转到接近筒体外侧,上升到一定高度由于颗粒选择器的被拦截,在重力作用下下降,与上升的颗粒发生碰撞,继续破碎换热,小粒径污泥则在旋风中心被携带从干燥筒300上部的烟道出口304进入下级的气固分离器。
以上未涉及之处,适用于现有技术。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行了描述,但是本实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本实用新型的保护之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,其特征在于,包括进料装置、流化旋风发生器和干燥筒;所述流化旋风发生器与干燥筒之间通过中心连接管连接;
所述进料装置末端设有多孔板分量器,所述多孔板分量器与所述中心连接管连接;所述流化旋风发生器采用侧向进风,风沿圆形外壁形成旋风进入中心连接管,高速旋风将进入中心连接管污泥剪切破碎成颗粒状,随旋风被夹带到上部的干燥筒内,所述干燥筒下部设有干燥旋风发生器,所述干燥旋风发生器采用侧向进风,形成旋风后螺旋上升与流化颗粒污泥接触,将污泥水分蒸发为水蒸气,所述干燥筒上部设有颗粒粒径选择器,所述颗粒粒径选择器上方设有出口烟道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,其特征在于,所述进料装置包括螺旋输送机筒体、电机、减速机和变螺距螺旋,所述变螺距螺旋设置在螺旋输送机筒体内部,所述变螺距螺旋与电机和减速机连接,所述螺旋输送机筒体上设有进料口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,其特征在于,所述流化旋风发生器包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设有侧向进风口,所述外壳体底部设有星型卸料器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,其特征在于,所述中心连接管上设有截面调节器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,其特征在于,所述干燥筒的内部中心设有锥形导流板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,其特征在于,所述干燥筒的筒体内采用陶瓷内衬层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双气流旋风闪蒸干燥装置,其特征在于,所述出口烟道连接气固分离器,气固分离器采用旋风分离器或布袋分离器。
