Abstract
本实用新型涉及管材连接件，主要由锁紧螺母、
锁圈、螺纹连接体以及填料组成，其特征在于锁紧螺
母除设有和螺纹连接体配套的内螺纹外，还设有凹槽
和锥面；锁圈为圆锥形并设有开口和倒角。螺纹连接
体可制成直通、弯通或三通等多种形式。解决了管材
连接采用开丝、焊接、胶合等连接操作不便的问题。
可广泛用于各种管材。
Description
本实用新型涉及管材连接件。
现有各种管材的连接安装方法及配件，多年来几乎没有什么大的改变和提高。尤其是常见的用于石油、化工、建筑、水暖、煤气、自来水等管材的连接，都脱离不了传统的开丝、焊接、胶合等传统方法，这就给施工和操作带来种种不便。如开挖地沟、开丝、焊接等。特别是对某些地下、高空、狭窄、易爆等地方的安装与修理，更带来了不必要的麻烦。
本实用新型的目的旨在对现有管材连接管件进行改进，提供一种简单、方便的，节省时间的快速安装管材的速接管件。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的：
它所说的速接管件为一组配套管件，主要由锁紧螺母（1）、锁圈（2）螺纹连接体（3）以及密封填料（4）组成。如图（1～3）所示，其特征在于锁紧螺母（1）除设有和螺纹连接体（3）配套的内螺纹外，还设有安放密封填料（4）的凹槽以及和锁圈（2）配套的锥面；锁圈（2）为圆锥形并设有开口和倒角。其中，连接体可制成直通、弯通或三通，使用时根据需要选择。安装时，先把锁紧螺母（1）分别套在所需连接的管头上，然后再把留有开口的锁圈（2）分别安入管头适当位置，并在它的外圈缠绕一些棉麻、石棉等密封填料（4），视温度、压力等决定。后再把螺纹连接体（3）分别同锁紧螺母（1）相连并且相互旋转锁紧。这样，也就很快达到了速接管材的目的，其方法简单、效果明显，并提高了安装速度和质量。
本实用新型是对现有各种管材连接管件的一种改进，它简单、方便、省时，并代替了传统的管材连接工艺，具有明显的实用价值。
本实用新型的实施例由说明书和附图给出，其中图1为锁紧螺母视图，图2为开口锁圈视图，图3为装配效果图。锁紧螺母、锁圈和螺纹连接体可配套生产，材料可以选用铸铁、塑料等。
Claims (2)
1、速接管件，由锁紧螺母、锁圈、螺纹连接体以及密封填料组成，其特征在于锁紧螺母除设有和螺纹连接体配套的内螺纹外，还设有安放密封填料的凹槽以及和锁圈配套的锥面；锁圈为园锥形并设有开口和倒角。
2、如权利要求1所述的速接管件，其特征在于螺纹连接体制成直通、弯通或三通等形式。
