Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于处理车辆尾气的混合管,包括:外管(2);套设在所述外管(2)内的内管(1);所述内管(1)和所述外管(2)之间存在间隙(5),所述内管(1)的上游端与所述外管(2)的上游端固定连接,所述内管(1)的下游端从所述外管(2)的下游端伸出。本实用新型的混合管可以防止未蒸发的、沿内管的内壁流动的尾气处理液的液滴进入内管和外管之间的间隙,从而延长混合管的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及车辆尾气净化,特别涉及一种用于处理车辆尾气的混合管。
背景技术
近年来,人们对大气污染问题给予了越来越多的关注。在人口密集的大城市中,车辆的尾气排放是造成大气污染的重要“贡献”之一。为减少排放到空气中的污染物含量,越来越严格的尾气排放标准被陆续制定并实施。目前,“史上最严”的国六排放标准已经颁布,各大厂商及科研机构已逐渐开展相应的研发工作。
在车辆的尾气净化处理中,一般采用尾气处理液(例如,液态还原剂) 与尾气混合,以降低尾气中的氮氧化物等有害成分。在现有技术中,处理尾气的混合管一般包括外管、内管和混合叶片;其中,内管比外管短,内管在其两端均与外管固定结合为一体,混合叶片可加剧液态还原剂(例如,尿素溶液)的破碎,以在内管中与尾气充分反应。
然而,由于现有技术中的内管比外管短,使得本应从混合管排出的、未蒸发的尿素液滴可能会进入内管和外管之间的间隙,从而影响混合管的使用性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于处理车辆尾气的混合管,以解决上述现有技术中的问题,防止未蒸发的尾气处理液的液滴进入内管和外管之间的间隙,延长混合管的使用寿命。
本实用新型的用于处理车辆尾气的混合管包括:外管和套设在所述外管内的内管;所述内管和所述外管之间存在间隙,所述内管的上游端与所述外管的上游端固定连接,所述内管的下游端从所述外管的下游端伸出。
优选地,所述外管的下游端的内壁上设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起抵顶在所述内管的下游端的外壁上。
优选地,所述外管的上游端设有第一塞焊孔,所述内管的上游端通过所述第一塞焊孔与所述外管的上游端塞焊固定。
优选地,所述混合管还包括混合器,所述混合器的下游端套设在所述内管的上游端内,所述混合器的上游端用于与车辆的处理液喷射装置的喷嘴对准。
优选地,所述内管的上游端设有第二塞焊孔,所述混合器的下游端通过所述第二塞焊孔与所述内管的上游端塞焊固定。
优选地,所述混合器的侧壁上设有与所述间隙相通的至少一个开口。
优选地,所述混合器的侧壁上的每个开口均在其一侧的开口边上设有叶片,所述叶片向所述混合器的内部弯折,使得经过所述开口进入所述混合器的尾气被所述叶片引起旋动。
优选地,所述开口的数量是4个或8个。
优选地,所述混合器呈锥形。
本实用新型的混合管可以防止未蒸发的、沿内管的内壁流动的尾气处理液(例如,液态还原剂,如,尿素溶液)的液滴进入内管和外管之间的间隙,从而延长尾气混合管的使用寿命。另外,在内管和外管之间流动的旁路气体降低了压降;而且降低了内管中的气体通过内管管壁的热损耗,从而降低尾气处理液在内管上沉积的风险。

图1是本实用新型实施例提供的用于处理车辆尾气的混合管的轴向截面图。如图1所示,本实用新型的混合管包括外管2及套设在外管2内的内管1。优选的是,外管2和内管1均为圆筒形。内管1和外管2之间存在间隙5;该间隙5优选是均匀的,车辆的尾气主要经过内管1排出,也有部分气体经过内管1和外管2之间的间隙5排出。本领域技术人员清楚的是,间隙5的具体宽度可以根据***背压和混合性能而在一定范围内进行调节。
内管1的上游端与外管2的上游端固定连接。重要的是,内管1的下游端从外管2的下游端伸出(术语“上游端”和“下游端”根据尾气的流动方向来限定,图1中的箭头示出了尾气的排放方向);如此,可以防止未蒸发的、沿内管1的内壁流动的尾气处理液(例如,液态还原剂,如,尿素溶液)的液滴进入所述间隙5。经过间隙5排出的气体也可以阻止上述液滴在离开内管1后进入间隙5。
优选地,外管2的上游端设有第一塞焊孔6,内管1的上游端通过所述第一塞焊孔6与外管2的上游端塞焊固定。外管2的下游端的内壁上设有限位凸起7,所述限位凸起7抵顶在内管1的下游端的外壁上。需要指出,外管2的下游端与内管1的下游端并未结合为一体,只需要将内管1 夹持在外管2中即可;这使得在内管1的下游端热膨胀时,不会导致外管 2的焊接缝有破裂的风险。
经过内管1和外管2之间的间隙5排出的气体可称为旁路气体。与全部气体经过内管1排出的情况相比,旁路气体的存在降低了压降;而且,旁路气体可将内管1的管壁保持为气体温度,从而降低了内管1中的气体通过内管1的管壁的热损耗,降低了内管1上的液态还原剂(例如,尿素溶液)沉积风险。
如图1至图3所示,本实用新型的尾气混合管还包括混合器3。混合器3的下游端套设在内管1的上游端内。优选的是,内管1的上游端设有第二塞焊孔,混合器3的下游端通过所述第二塞焊孔与内管1的上游端塞焊固定。
混合气3的外形可以呈锥形,以便于将部分尾气引入内管1和外管2 之间的间隙5。
混合器3的侧壁上设有至少一个开口8,使得车辆尾气经过混合器3 进入内管1。每个开口8均在其一侧的开口边上设有叶片(附图未示出),所述叶片向所述混合器的内部弯折,使得经过所述开口8进入所述混合器 3的尾气被所述叶片引起旋动,使得气体在刚进入内管1时绕内管1的轴线旋转前进,随后逐渐变为平直流动前进(如图1所示)。
混合器3的上游端用于与车辆的处理液喷射装置4的喷嘴对准,处理液喷射装置4喷出的尾气处理液经过混合器3(图1中的虚线三角形大致示出了处理液的喷射范围)进入内管1。尾气处理液被气体流俘获并且沿内管1的内壁分布,并且处理液与旋动的气体混合并发生化学分解,最终产生无害的气体成分。本领域技术人员清楚的是,开口8的数量和叶片的几何形状可以根据***的设计需要而进行特定选择。优选地,开口8的数量是4个或8个,例如,图4a至图4c以及图6a至图6c示出了4个开口的情况,图5a至图5c示出了8个开口的情况,其形状可以进行具体的设定。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于处理车辆尾气的混合管,其特征在于,包括:
外管(2);
套设在所述外管(2)内的内管(1);
所述内管(1)和所述外管(2)之间存在间隙(5),所述内管(1)的上游端与所述外管(2)的上游端固定连接,所述内管(1)的下游端从所述外管(2)的下游端伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合管,其特征在于,所述外管(2)的下游端的内壁上设有限位凸起(7),所述限位凸起(7)抵顶在所述内管(1)的下游端的外壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合管,其特征在于,所述外管(2)的上游端设有第一塞焊孔(6),所述内管(1)的上游端通过所述第一塞焊孔(6)与所述外管(2)的上游端塞焊固定。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的混合管,其特征在于,所述混合管还包括混合器(3),所述混合器(3)的下游端套设在所述内管(1)的上游端内,所述混合器(3)的上游端用于与车辆的处理液喷射装置(4)的喷嘴对准。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合管,其特征在于,所述内管(1)的上游端设有第二塞焊孔,所述混合器(3)的下游端通过所述第二塞焊孔与所述内管(1)的上游端塞焊固定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合管,其特征在于,所述混合器(3)的侧壁上设有至少一个开口(8)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合管,其特征在于,所述混合器(3)的侧壁上的每个开口(8)均在其一侧的开口边上设有叶片,所述叶片向所述混合器(3)的内部弯折,使得经过所述开口(8)进入所述混合器(3)的尾气被所述叶片引起旋动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合管,其特征在于,所述开口(8)的数量是4个或8个。
9.根据权利要求4所述的混合管,其特征在于,所述混合器(3)呈锥形。
