Abstract
在电机泵组件中,分别限定一工作腔(5)的两个工作膜(2)通过连杆(8)被曲柄连杆机构(6)周期性地驱动。曲柄连杆机构(6)针对每个连杆具有偏心件(7),其在电机(13)的输出轴(12)的延长线上套置在轴向的支承销(11)上。为了确保偏心件(7)与待实现的支承销(11)之间的不能相对转动的连接并且同时为了确保两个偏心件(7)的角度准确的位置,偏心件(7)与支承销(11)分别通过形状配合建立连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机泵组件,尤其是用于为机动车制动***的制动操纵设备提供压力,所述机动车制动***具有气动的制动助力器、尤其是真空制动助力器,该电机泵组件具有真空泵和驱动真空泵的电机,其中真空泵具有至少两个分别由工作元件限定的工作腔,其中每个工作元件与一连杆连接,该连杆由曲柄连杆机构所携带,曲柄连杆机构包括被电机驱动的支承销,在支承销上针对每个连杆以不能相对转动的方式安装一个偏心件,偏心件为此具有由支承销穿过的开口。
背景技术
这类电机泵组件在WO 2010/069963 A1中有所描述。曲柄以如下方式形成:电机的输出轴的横截面在其从电机壳体伸出的端部上减小并由此构成支承销,其上以不能相对转动的方式布置有两个或者更多的偏心件。
连杆的孔眼分别以能转动的方式支承在偏心件上。连杆又与真空泵的工作元件连接,其中该工作元件可以是活塞或工作膜。每个偏心件此外都一件式地具有配重。偏心件与支承销的不能相对转动的连接通过摩擦连接实现。支承销为此穿过偏心件中的开口延伸。由于开口的横截面略小于支承销的横截面,所以形成了由开口周面与支承销之间的强烈摩擦实现的压配合。
此外,在偏心件上设有空间上的位置编码件,其确保这两个偏心件和其配重以预先规定的角位置相对于彼此取向,从而实现尽可能安静的真空泵运行。为实现位置编码,在任一个偏心件的一侧上存在销,在(另一偏心件的)另一侧上存在用于接纳销的孔。
发明内容
这使得偏心件的制造和安装成本高。因而,本发明基于如下目的:实现更简便的构造方式。
本发明提出一种电机泵组件,该电机泵组件用于为机动车制动***的制动操纵设备提供压力,所述机动车制动***具有气动的制动助力器、尤其是真空制动助力器,该电机泵组件具有真空泵和驱动真空泵的电机,其中真空泵具有至少两个分别由工作元件限定的工作腔,其中每个工作元件各与一连杆连接,所述连杆由曲柄连杆机构所携带,曲柄连杆机构包括被电机驱动的支承销,在支承销上针对每个连杆以不能相对转动的方式安装一个偏心件,偏心件为此具有由支承销穿过的开口,其特征在于,支承销与偏心件之间的不能相对转动的连接分别通过形状配合实现,为此所述支承销和开口具有非圆形的横截面。
为此本发明提出,所述不能相对转动的连接分别通过形状配合/形锁合建立,为此,支承销和开口具有非圆形的横截面。
这种形状配合同时包含位置编码,从而随着偏心件被套置在支承销上,一方面通过形状配合实现了不能相对转动的连接,另一方面实现了所期望的角位置。
所述形状配合可以简单地以如下方式实现:支承销具有至少一个侧向的削平部,每个被支承销穿过的开口的(内)周面分别具有为实现形状配合而贴靠在削平部上的边界面。为即使在运行操作中也可靠地避免偏心件在支承销上转动而提出,支承销至少具有两个彼此相对置的削平部,它们的距离相当于开口的两个彼此对置的边界面之间的距离。
取代于各单独的削平部,支承销也可以具有大量纵向沟槽,所述纵向沟槽形成滚花/网纹。偏心件中的开口设有相应的匹配滚花,其与支承销的滚花形成形状配合。
为了能够轻松地将偏心件套置到滚花的支承销上,本发明提出,支承销的自由端具有朝向该支承销的自由端锥形收缩的头部。
另一建立较好的不能相对转动连接的解决方案是,电机输出轴具有端侧敞开的盲孔,偏心件分别具有与盲孔横截面相同的孔口,上紧套穿过所述孔口和盲孔延伸。

上紧套具有径向预紧,从而上紧套倾向于扩张,由此在上紧套和孔口的周面之间建立持久的摩擦连接,这是因为上紧套的预紧即使随着时间的流逝也被保持。
上紧套优选由具有纵向缝的、弹簧钢质的空心圆柱体提供。纵向缝实现了上紧套在盲孔或孔口的直径上被挤压。弹簧钢的弹性性能使得上紧套具有扩张倾向,由此实现上紧套相对于孔口的周面的持续预紧。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1:
真空泵1是具有两个彼此对置的工作膜2的双膜泵,所述工作膜分别在泵壳体3与工作室盖4之间张开并且由此限定工作腔5。工作膜2能够借助于曲柄连杆机构6反向运动,其中,曲柄连杆机构6为每个工作膜2 设有一个偏心件7,与相应工作膜2连接的连杆8的孔眼支承在偏心件上。通过工作膜2(其在该实施例中构成真空泵1的工作元件)的往复运动,将空气从待抽真空的设备中抽吸到工作腔中,以便之后排放到环境中。
在工作室盖4中(在此未示出)分别设有排气阀,经此将从工作腔排出的空气通过工作室盖中的排气通道引导至泵壳体3中的排气通道。泵壳体中的这两个排气通道通入到泵壳体3的内腔9中,即所谓的包围曲柄连杆机构6的曲柄箱。构造在泵壳体中的排气口10使得能够无噪音地从内腔 9排出空气。
偏心件7、7'利用压配合套置在横截面为圆形的支承销11上,该支承销在轴向方向上延长了安装在泵壳体3外部的电机13的输出轴12,并且该支承销的轴线与输出轴12的轴线重合。
而本发明提出,如图2和图3所示,支承销11具有多边形的横截面并且具有多个侧向的削平部14,这些削平部分别平行于支承销11的轴线延伸,其中至少两个削平部彼此对置且并行延伸、特别是平行延伸。
每个偏心件7根据图3为片状件,所述片状件具有横截面为矩形的偏心的(偏离轴线的)开口15。此外,可以看出与片状件一体构成的配重16,其沿径向方向延伸。
开口7的两个长的、分别构成边界面17的侧面之间的距离等于上述两个削平部14之间的距离。开口15的短侧面之间的距离等于支承销11的直径,该直径是参照经支承销的轴线延伸的平行于削平部14的平面(等价得出的)。利用这种方式实现了支承销和偏心件7之间的形状配合。
所述片状件具有一定厚度,使得开口15具有一定深度,由此削平部 14能够在足够大的接触面上贴靠在矩形的开口15的长的边界面上。这确保了能够传递足够大的转矩。
此外实现了:构造方式与所示的第一偏心件7相同的第二偏心件7'能够相对于第一偏心件7精确地转过180°地套置在支承销上。
图4示出另一实施方案的横截面。输出轴12的端面中布置有轴向的盲孔18。偏心件7中的用于接纳支承销11的孔口19是圆形的。
为将偏心件7以不能相对转动的方式与输出轴12连接,设有上紧套 20。在此,上紧套20是具有纵向缝21的空心圆柱体,该空心圆柱体由弹簧钢制成。在上紧套穿过孔口时,纵向缝21允许上紧套20的径向挤压。弹性性能随后又使上紧套20扩张并且提供了在片状偏心件的开口中以及在盲孔中的可靠的形状配合。
图6中示出了支承销11的另一实施方式。支承销11具有滚花,其由大量纵向沟槽22组成,这使得能够实现与具有相应的匹配滚花的偏心件的形状配合的连接。
支承销在其自由端具有锥形的头部23,这方便了偏心件的套置。在滚花和头部之间有环绕支承销的槽口延伸。

Claims (9)
