本实用新型涉及管形状的LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)照明装置,更详细而言,涉及一种在包括内部管及外部管的特定结构的主体一端或两端照射LED光源,使得能够提供表现独特审美感的LED照明的管形状的LED照明装置。
背景技术
一般而言,LED利用半导体的p-n结结构,形成注入的少数载流子(电子或空穴),借助于他们的复合而发光。
现在,正在在多种领域开发、适用着应用了LED的多种制品,特别是LED照明装置具有寿命为半永久性及耗电很低的优点,因而预计将会替代原有的多种照明装置。
即,随着通过LED照明装置替代含有各种有害物质且寿命短的原有电灯,具有能够减小环境污染的效果,而且通过LED照明装置的低耗电,还可以获得节能效果。
另一方面,用作工业用或广告用等的单面或双面显示器,通常固定安装于由具有规定长度的铝管构成的立架上端使用。
此时,所述立架只发挥如下作用,即,在支撑相应显示器的同时,使得相应显示器的画面驱动所需的各种电缆等内置于立架内部,使得端子或电缆等不露出于显示器外部,因此存在的问题是,在满足以相应显示器及立架为媒介演绎更多种审美感或提高相应显示器的可见性的消费者需求方面存在局限。

因此,本实用新型正是为了改善如上所述的以往问题而研发的,其目的是提供一种管形状的LED照明装置,向包括具有规定长度的一对管的特定结构的主体照射LED光源,使得能够提供表现独特审美感的LED照明。
本实用新型另一目的是提供一种管形状的LED照明装置,将以管形状构成的照明装置一体加装于在底部固定安装的立架型显示器的立架外周面,使得可以同时提高独特的审美感和相应显示器的可见性。
解决技术问题的方案

优选地,其特征在于,所述内部管的端部及外部管的端部具有2毫米(mm)至7毫米(mm)的高度差,在所述内部管的外周面及外部管的内周面之间,形成有0.5毫米(mm)至1.5毫米(mm)的间隔。
优选地,其特征在于,在与所述LED基板对应的所述封堵构件的对应面,以圆形凹陷形成有用于散热的散热引导槽,在所述散热引导槽中,穿孔构成有与外部连通的多个散热孔。
优选地,其特征在于,所述LED照明装置套在立架型显示器的立架外周面而进行安装,此时,构成所述立架的铝管的外周面涂装成银色。

首先,本实用新型的管形状的LED照明装置体现得向包括具有规定长度的一对管的特定结构的主体照射LED光源,提供表现独特审美感的LED照明,可以将其用作多种用途。
为此,本实用新型的管形状的LED照明装置在具有规定长度及直径的内部管10及外部管20组装体的一端或两端,加装有结合构件30和LED基板40及封堵构件50,在管的端部侧朝向中央部照射预定光源。

另外,在与所述LED基板40相向的所述封堵构件50的对应面,以大致圆形状凹陷形成有用于散热的散热引导槽54,而且,在所述散热引导槽54及延长部52,穿孔构成有多个散热孔56,以便与外部连通。
附图标记59代表电缆孔,所述电缆孔供为了驱动内置于所述结合构件30的LED基板40而与外部电源供应部及控制器连接的电缆接入。
另一方面,如图5及图6所示,本实用新型的管形状的LED照明装置可以安装于以立架型构成的单面或两面显示器100的立架200外周面,使得能够表现独特的审美感。
此时,在所述LED照明装置应用于立架200方面,优选由铝管构成的立架的外周面涂装成银色等构成,以便防止来自LED的光源因暗颜色的立架200而减小照度。
而且,当所述LED照明装置如上所述应用于立架型显示器时,可以与所述显示器100配备的LED照明装置(图中未示出)联动进行控制,以便以多种颜色发光。
另外,所述LED照明装置在与立架型显示器或外部控制器连接的状态下,当然可以控制得根据预定控制信号,按红色-朱黄-黄色-绿色-蓝色等颜色依次变换的同时进行发光作用,或按预规定控制信号,选择性地以迷幻、闪烁、循环模式等发光。
下面参照附图,对如上所述构成的本实用新型的作用进行说明。
首先,本实用新型的管形状的LED照明装置可以根据相应照明装置的使用环境或用途等,以多种长度及直径制作。
而且,所述LED照明装置可以作为独立的照明装置,用作情调灯或用作花瓶等,提高装饰效果,另外,如图5及图6所示,可以一体加装于立架型显示器100的立架200,提高独特审美感和相应显示器的可见性。
在所述LED照明装置的运转方面,通过外部的电源部及控制器(图中未示出),向所述LED基板40接入预定电源及控制信号,因而所述LED基板40上配备的多个LED 42被驱动。
因此,所述LED基板40上配备的多个LED 42朝向其前方照射光源,此时,从所述LED42发散的光源朝向由白色光扩散PC构成的内部管10的端部及所述内部管10与外部管20之间的间隔照射后,通过发挥导光板作用的所述内部管10的扩散作用,使光线在最大限度扩散的同时,通过所述外部管20发散到外部。
因此,本实用新型的LED照明装置如图7所示,可以通过由管形状构成的主体,体现为具有独特形态的照明灯,特别是如图5及图6所示,随着将所述LED照明装置应用于立架型显示器100的立架200,可以提供如同显示器加装于LED照明装置上部一样的独特审美感。
另一方面,随着所述LED照明装置的运转,从多个LED 42发生的高温的热,通过附着于所述LED基板40后面的散热带,实现第一次散热,同时,通过在所述封堵构件50上形成的散热引导槽54而被引导后,可以通过多个散热孔56而顺利地发散到外部。
即使导出与本实用新型记载的内容不同的变形实施例,也不得理解为独立于本实用新型的技术思想或展望之外,且当然地,属于本实用新型的权利要求书内。

Claims (5)

1.一种管形状的LED照明装置,其特征在于,包括:
内部管,其由具有规定直径及长度的光扩散PC构成;
透明或半透明材质的外部管,其套在所述内部管的外周面并结合;
结合构件,其具有上/下面开放的圆筒形状,以在其内周面中央,以凸缘形状凸出形成有基板安放部的状态,固定结合于所述外部管的一端或两端;
LED基板,其以在中央穿有孔的圆板形状构成,固定安装于所述结合构件的基板安放部,在其一面排列形成有多个LED,朝向所述内部管及外部管的内周面侧照射预定光源;以及
封堵构件,其具有在中央穿有孔的圆板形状,以从所述孔内周面起,沿垂直方向凸出形成有规定高度的延长部的状态,结合于安装了所述LED基板的结合构件的开放面,使其内部密闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管形状的LED照明装置,其特征在于,
所述内部管的端部及外部管的端部具有2毫米至7毫米的高度差,
在所述内部管的外周面及外部管的内周面之间,形成有0.5毫米至1.5毫米的间隔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管形状的LED照明装置,其特征在于,
在与所述LED基板对应的所述封堵构件的对应面,以圆形凹陷形成有用于散热的散热引导槽,在所述散热引导槽中,穿孔构成有与外部连通的多个散热孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管形状的LED照明装置,其特征在于,
所述LED照明装置套在立架型显示器的立架外周面而进行安装,
此时,构成所述立架的铝管的外周面涂装成银色。
5.根据权利要求4所述的管形状的LED照明装置,其特征在于,
所述LED照明装置与立架型显示器具备的LED照明装置联动实现控制,以便以多种颜色发光,或根据所述立架型显示器或外部控制器的控制信号实现控制,以便以迷幻、闪烁、循环模式选择性地发光。
