技术领域
本实用新型涉及显示领域,更具体的是一种背光源框架以及具有该背光源框架的液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD)作为目前广为使用的显示装置,具有诸多的技术、性能优势,从而取代了早期的CRT显示装置。通常的液晶显示装置,包括显示图像的液晶显示面板,向液晶显示面板提供可见光、并位于面板背部的光源***,和承载和固定液晶显示面板和光源的框架***结构。光源和框架***结构共同构成了液晶显示装置的背光模组。其中框架***中包括承载光源、光学膜材的背板,和与背板组合后用于承载液晶显示面板、并固定或限制光学膜材位置的框架。
在现有的LCD中,背光源的胶框与面板间设置有胶质垫片,面板与胶质垫片间相互接触,但由于背光源在与面板、前框固定的制造过程中,存在材料的碎屑、螺丝孔脱落的碎屑、相互摩擦产生碎屑等残留在胶框周边,容易进入到背光源内部;且组装完成后,LCD在运输过程中异物也会通过面板与胶质垫片间相互运动进入到背光源内部光学膜材表面,对光学膜材造成划伤,形成白点,或影响光线传输,形成暗点,使LCD显示效果不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例提供一种可提升液晶显示装置显示效果的背光源框架及其液晶显示装置,以改善或解决现有技术中存在的问题。
第一方面,本实用新型实施例提供一种背光源框架,包括背板和胶框,所述胶框具有一平面部,其特征在于,所述胶框设置一垂直于所述平面部的挡墙,所述平面部在所述挡墙的一侧设置多条平行的软质胶条,所述平面部在挡墙的另一侧设置一胶框组装部,所述胶框组装部用于将所述胶框与所述背板固定。
可选的,所述软质胶条设置方向与所述挡墙长边方向平行,或所述软质胶条设置方向与所述挡墙成一锐角,且所述锐角小于或等于60°。
可选的,多条所述软质胶条中的至少两个具有锯齿状结构,所述锯齿状结构是所述软质胶条上的突出部形成的。
可选的,所述突出部的形状是弧形或矩形。
可选的,所述平面部还包括多列凸起结构和至少一个凹槽,每列所述凸起结构在所述平面部长边方向上间隔设置,所述凹槽设置在相邻的两列所述凸起结构之间,所述软质胶条粘贴在所述凸起结构上。
可选的,所述平面部还包括多列凸起结构,每列所述凸起结构在所述平面部长边方向上间隔设置,相邻两列所述凸起结构在所述平面部的长边方向上交错设置,所述软质胶条粘贴在所述凸起结构上。
可选的,至少两条所述软质胶条间的间距≥0.5mm且≤5mm。
可选的,所述挡墙朝向所述软质胶条的一侧粘贴一软质胶垫,所述挡墙与所述胶框一体成型,所述挡墙长边的长度小于所述软质胶条长边的长度。
可选的,所述胶框组装部为螺丝孔,且所述螺丝孔位于所述挡墙长边限定的长度的所述平面部的区域内。可选的,所述平面部具有一开口,所述挡墙是所述背板向所述平面部方向折弯,并穿过所述开口的折弯部,所述折弯部朝向所述软质胶条的一侧粘贴一软质胶垫。
第二方面,本实用新型实施例还提供一种液晶显示装置,所述液晶显示装置包括液晶面板和背光源框架,所述背光源框架为第一方面所述的背光源框架,所述液晶面板放置在所述背光源框架中。
本实用新型的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
胶框上的软质胶条及挡墙可阻挡背光源在制造、组装过程中的异物进入,提升背光源的良率。在液晶显示装置制造完成后,框架与液晶面板的配合可有效阻挡异物进入背光源内部,防止背光源光学不良的发生,从而提升液晶显示装置显示效果。

提到的内侧,在没有特定说明的情况下,是指朝向背板的中心一侧,或朝向液晶面板中心的一侧,外侧是与之相反的另一侧。竖直方向,是指液晶显示装置的液晶显示面板正面向上水平放置时,垂直于液晶面板平面的方向,水平方向是指与液晶面板平面互相平行的水平面中的一方向,具体需根据结构所在平面而定。

图1、图2为本实用新型提供的一种背光源框架实施例,如图1,背光源框架1包括硬塑的胶框10,胶框10具有平面部101,平面部101靠近长边一侧设置有垂直于平面部的挡墙102,所述挡墙102用于顶抵液晶面板2的侧边,平面部101被挡墙102划分为两个区域,靠近内侧的平面部内侧区域粘贴了3条平行的硅胶垫20,靠近外侧的平面部外侧区域设置了1个螺丝孔103,该螺丝孔为自攻螺丝孔,在与螺丝组装时,螺丝孔内碎屑容易向周边散落,是背光源内异物的来源之一。如图2,背光源框架1还包括金属的背板30,背板30在胶框10的平面部外侧区域设置1个与螺丝孔103尺寸相同的螺丝孔303,使胶框10同背板30通过螺丝固定在一起。3条平行的硅胶垫20形成阻隔带,可层层阻挡平面部外侧区域的异物向背光源内侧的扩散。
可选的,如图1,3条硅胶垫20与挡墙102的长边平行,便于硅胶垫20在胶框10上的粘贴,也便于在同样的胶框宽度和硅胶垫宽度条件下增加阻隔带的数量,达到更好的防异物效果。
可选的,如图3或图4,硅胶垫20的一侧边具有锯齿状结构201,锯齿状结构201是由硅胶垫20的侧表面上间隔的突出部2011形成,锯齿状结构201可以增加异物在向背光源内侧移动时的难度,达到更好的防异物效果,相邻硅胶垫的锯齿状结构201可以如图3中所示朝向同一方向即背光源内侧,也可如图4所示面对面设置。
可选的,如图3或图4,突出部2011是矩形,需要说明的是,突出部2011的形状也可以是其它形状,如弧形、半圆形或其它不规则形状。
可选的,如图5、图6和图7,胶框10的平面部101内侧区域具有凸起1011和凹槽1012,凸起1011和凹槽1012可以是同胶框通过注塑工艺一体成型,硅胶垫20粘贴在凸起1011所在的区域,并覆盖所述凸起1011,凸起1011在胶框10的长边方向是间隔设置的。此设计中,硅胶垫20形成了梳状结构,可起到拦截较大异物,在凹槽1012中容载较小异物的作用。
可选的,如图8、图9和图10,胶框10的平面部101内侧区域具有凸起1011,凸起1011和两个相邻凸起1011间的凹槽可以是同胶框通过注塑工艺一体成型,硅胶垫20粘贴在凸起1011所在的区域,并覆盖所述凸起1011,凸起1011在胶框10的长边方向是间隔设置的,相邻硅胶垫20所粘贴的凸起1011在长边方向是交错设置的。此设计中,交错的梳状硅胶垫20可形成互补镂空的部分,更有效的防止异物进入背光源内侧。
可选的,如图1至图10中的多条平行的硅胶垫20相互之间的间距为1mm。一般而言,异物小于0.5mm时,对背光源的光学性能影响较小,使两个相邻硅胶垫20间距大于0.5mm时,可允许相邻硅胶垫20间容纳一定量的较小异物,也可以满足小尺寸显示器设计要求。考虑到目前产品窄边框的需求,胶框10的宽度越小越好,当硅胶垫20的数量为最小的2条,二者间距小于5mm时,更易设计窄边框产品,且可满足容纳较大异物的要求。优选的间距为1mm。一般而言,所述间距为相邻硅胶垫本体之间的距离。
可选的,如图2、图6或图9,所述挡墙102与胶框10通过注塑工艺一体成型,可简化组装程序,挡墙102的长度小于硅胶垫20的长度,挡墙102朝向平面部101内侧区域的一侧粘贴一硅胶垫1021,需要说明的是硅胶垫1021可以是与多条平行的硅胶垫20相同的材料,也可以是不同的材料。挡墙102用于顶抵液晶面板2侧边,防止液晶面板2的移动,同时也可防止外部异物进入背光源内部,但液晶面板2侧边与挡墙102的接触和摩擦也会产生碎屑异物,减小挡墙的长度,可以减少异物的产生。
可选的,如图1、图3、图4、图5或图8,所述螺丝孔103处于挡墙102长边所在的胶框平面部101的范围内,即螺丝孔外廓边缘不超出挡墙102的长边的边缘,这种设计有利于挡墙102阻挡螺丝孔103内的碎屑向背光源内部移动,把碎屑阻挡在挡墙102所在范围内。
图11、图12为本实用新型提供的一种背光源框架的另一实施例,如图11,背光源框架1包括硬塑的胶框10,胶框10具有平面部101,平面部101靠近长边一侧设置有垂直于平面部101的挡墙302,所述挡墙302用于顶抵液晶面板的侧边,平面部101被挡墙302划分为两个区域,靠近内侧的平面部内侧区域设置了多条平行的硅胶垫20,靠近外侧的平面部外侧区域设置了1个螺丝孔103,所述螺丝孔为自攻螺丝孔,在与螺丝组装时,螺丝孔内碎屑容易向周边散落,是背光源内异物的来源之一。如图12,背光源框架1还包括金属的背板30,背板30在胶框10的平面部外侧区域设置1个与螺丝孔103尺寸相同的螺丝孔,未在图中示出,使胶框10同背板30通过螺丝固定在一起。其中多条平行的硅胶垫20为与挡墙302的长边方向成一小于45°的锐角,图中示出约30°的角度,倾斜设置,多条硅胶垫20形成阻隔带,可层层阻挡平面部101外侧区域的异物向背光源内侧的扩散,并增加异物进入背光源内部所需的路径,延缓异物进入,另外,本领域技术人员可知的是,液晶面板2与多条倾斜设置的硅胶垫20之间的摩擦力相比较非倾斜放置时要大,使液晶面板不容易移动,从而减少摩擦导致的异物产生,倾斜角度小,所需硅胶垫数量可以减小,效果越好。
可选的,如图13或图14,多条硅胶垫具有锯齿状结构201,锯齿状结构201是由硅胶垫20的侧表面上间隔的突出部2011形成,锯齿状结构201可以增加异物在向背光源内侧移动时的难度,达到更好的防异物效果。需要说明的是,突出部2011的形状可以是矩形、弧形、半圆形或其它不规则形状,相邻硅胶垫的锯齿状结构可以相对,也可以面向相同方向。
可选的,如图12,胶框平面部101具有一开口104,背板30设置一向胶框10方向弯折的弯折部302,弯折部302穿过平面部101的开口104,并在朝向背光源内侧的一侧面粘贴有硅胶垫3021,弯折部302作为顶抵液晶面板侧边的挡墙,金属的背板30作为挡墙,可增加挡墙的硬度,减少液晶面板2的移动,减少摩擦产生的异物,且可以使背板30与胶框10组装的更牢固。
图15为本实用新型提供的一种液晶显示装置,如图15,液晶显示装置包括液晶面板2、胶框10和背板30,胶框10和背板30组成背光源框架,胶框平面部101承载液晶面板2的边缘平面,多条平行的胶条20与液晶面板2的底部接触,挡墙102的一侧面粘贴有硅胶垫1021,顶抵液晶面板2的侧边,胶框10和背板30分别具有一螺丝孔103和303,二者通过螺丝组装固定,本实施例中提供的液晶显示装置可有效减少背光源光学不良,提升显示效果。
图16至图18分别示出了本实用新型提供的一种液晶显示装置,液晶显示装置包括液晶面板2、胶框10和背板30,胶框10和背板30组成背光源框架,液晶面板2放置在背光源框架中,所述背光源框架分别为本实用新型提供的背光源框架的多种实施例,位置关系是本领域技术人员在本实用新型公开的内容基础上可理解的,在此不再赘述。此外,覆盖液晶面板2的前框,与背光源框架的固定方式也是本领域技术人员熟知的,例如可以是侧边卡合式的,或螺丝锁合式的等。
本实用新型已经由上述相关实施例加以说明,然而,上述实施例仅作为实施本实用新型的范例。必须要指出的是,已公开的实施例并未限制本实用新型的范围。相反地,包含于权利要求书中的精神及范围的修改,以及均等设置均包括于本实用新型的范围内。

Claims (11)

1.一种背光源框架,包括背板和胶框,所述胶框具有一平面部,其特征在于,所述胶框设置一垂直于所述平面部的挡墙,所述平面部在所述挡墙的一侧设置多条平行的软质胶条,所述平面部在挡墙的另一侧设置一胶框组装部,所述胶框组装部用于将所述胶框与所述背板固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述软质胶条设置方向与所述挡墙长边方向平行,或所述软质胶条设置方向与所述挡墙成一锐角,且所述锐角小于或等于60°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,多条所述软质胶条中的至少两条具有锯齿状结构,所述锯齿状结构是所述软质胶条上的突出部形成的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述突出部的形状是弧形或矩形。
5.根据权利要求2所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述平面部还包括多列凸起结构和至少一个凹槽,每列所述凸起结构在所述平面部长边方向上间隔设置,所述凹槽设置在相邻的两列所述凸起结构之间,所述软质胶条粘贴在所述凸起结构上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述平面部还包括多列凸起结构,每列所述凸起结构在所述平面部长边方向上间隔设置,相邻两列所述凸起结构在所述平面部的长边方向上交错设置,所述软质胶条粘贴在所述凸起结构上。
7.根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,至少两条所述软质胶条间的间距≥0.5mm且≤5mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述挡墙朝向所述软质胶条的一侧粘贴一软质胶垫,所述挡墙与所述胶框一体成型,所述挡墙长边的长度小于所述软质胶条长边的长度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述胶框组装部为螺丝孔,且所述螺丝孔位于所述挡墙长边限定的长度的所述平面部的区域内。
10.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述平面部具有一开口,所述挡墙是所述背板向所述平面部方向折弯,并穿过所述开口的折弯部,所述折弯部朝向所述软质胶条的一侧粘贴一软质胶垫。
11.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置包括液晶面板和背光源框架,所述背光源框架为权利要求1-10任一项所述的背光源框架,所述液晶面板放置在所述背光源框架中。
