(1)本实用新型的螺旋输送机构由主轴杆和锥形双螺杆,以及前轴杆连接组合而成,在主轴杆上设置混送料桨叶和逸气搅拌桨叶,将进入机筒的物料进行初步的混合熔融,同时通过逸气搅拌桨叶上的切割圈对物料进行充分的切割,搅拌,将熔融状态的物料中的气体切破,通过内逸孔进入豁孔中,通过机筒本身的真空逸气装置进行排气,同时豁孔本身具备剪切和导气的作用,同时使得搅拌更加均匀,在初步熔融状态后就对物料进行截流排气,避免了携带气体的物料进入机筒中,从而在机筒中形成较大的压力,使得挤出的物料质量下降,且形成隔断,进入机筒后的物料通过锥形双螺杆的挤压输送,最后通过锥齿轮盘的最后剪切,截流,后通过平型螺旋叶进行出料输送,后料腔的腔室口小于锥形双螺杆安装的腔室,从而使得物料被短暂滞留在锥形双螺杆上,从而达到充分的搅拌目的;
(2)本实用新型的投料装置和混料装置为螺旋输送机构提供了前提保障,通过投料装置中的偏心轮桨叶对物料进行充分的搅拌剪切,使得物料颗粒更小,便于后续的加工,通过单片螺旋桨叶进行螺旋输送至预热装置,通过涡流绕线能够快速的对通过的物料进行预热,陶瓷材质的接料圈管能够有效的进行热量传递,从而降低机筒本身的加热状态,延长螺旋杆的使用寿命。

所述预热装置4包括接料圈管401,所述接料圈管401和送料壳体601连接处内部设置有管垫圈402,且所述管垫圈402中间设置有轴承404,所述接料圈管401内部设置有涡流绕线403,投料装置6和混料装置4为螺旋输送机构提供了前提保障,通过投料装置6中的偏心轮桨叶605对物料进行充分的搅拌剪切,使得物料颗粒更小,便于后续的加工,通过单片螺旋桨叶607进行螺旋输送至预热装置,通过涡流绕线403能够快速的对通过的物料进行预热,陶瓷材质的接料圈管401能够有效的进行热量传递,从而降低机筒本身的加热状态,延长螺旋杆的使用寿命;
所述逸气搅拌桨叶503包括内圈片5032,以及套装在内圈片5032上的外圈片5031,所述外圈片5031表面环形均匀设置有豁孔5033,所述豁孔5033 通过内逸孔5034链接有环形设置在内圈片5032上的切割圈5035,内圈片5032 的切割圈5035在使得物料通过同时,切割物料,使得物料中气泡被切开,并通过内逸孔5034逸入外圈片5031的豁孔5033中,豁孔5033同时也在切割外圈的物料。
进一步说明的是,所述料轴杆604末端和轴承404连接在一起。
进一步说明的是,所述主轴杆501和锥形双螺杆302连接处设置有内架圈301。
进一步说明的是,所述偏心轮桨叶605为椭圆型圆盘,且相邻两个偏心轮桨叶605的偏心方向相反。

1.一种双螺旋杆造粒机的螺旋输送机构,包括底座(1)、以及安装在底座(1)上的电机室(2),所述电机室(2)连接有混料装置(5),所述混料装置(5)连接有出料机筒(3),其特征在于:所述混料装置(5)顶部设置有预热装置(4),所述预热装置(4)顶部倾斜安装有投料装置(6),所述投料装置(6)包括送料壳体(601)和竖直安装在送料壳体(601)表壁的料斗(603),所述送料壳体(601)内部设置有料轴杆(604),且所述料轴杆(604)的杆身上设置有偏心轮桨叶(605)和单片螺旋桨叶(607);
所述混料装置(5)内部设置有主轴杆(501),且所述主轴杆(501)的杆身上设置有混送料桨叶(502)和逸气搅拌桨叶(503),所述主轴杆(501)固定连接有出料机筒(3)内部设置的锥形双螺杆(302),所述锥形双螺杆(302)一端固定连接有锥齿轮盘(303),所述锥齿轮盘(303)固定连接有前轴杆(305),且所述前轴杆(305)的杆身上设置有平型螺旋叶(304),所述前轴杆(305)设置在出料机筒(3)内部设置的后料腔(306)内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺旋杆造粒机的螺旋输送机构,其特征在于:所述预热装置(4)包括接料圈管(401),所述接料圈管(401)和送料壳体(601)连接处内部设置有管垫圈(402),且所述管垫圈(402)中间设置有轴承(404),所述接料圈管(401)内部设置有涡流绕线(403)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺旋杆造粒机的螺旋输送机构,其特征在于:所述逸气搅拌桨叶(503)包括内圈片(5032),以及套装在内圈片(5032)上的外圈片(5031),所述外圈片(5031)表面环形均匀设置有豁孔(5033),所述豁孔(5033)通过内逸孔(5034)链接有环形设置在内圈片(5032)上的切割圈(5035)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺旋杆造粒机的螺旋输送机构,其特征在于:所述偏心轮桨叶(605)为椭圆型圆盘,且相邻两个偏心轮桨叶(605) 的偏心方向相反。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺旋杆造粒机的螺旋输送机构,其特征在于:所述主轴杆(501)和锥形双螺杆(302)连接处设置有内架圈(301)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺旋杆造粒机的螺旋输送机构,其特征在于:所述料轴杆(604)末端和轴承(404)连接在一起。
