本实用新型涉及污水处理技术领域,具体说是一种平流式气浮机。
背景技术
气浮机主要用于固-液、液-液分离,通过溶气和释放***在水中产生大量的微细气泡,使其粘附于废水中密度与水接近的固体或液体微粒上,造成整体密度小于水的状态,并依靠浮力使其上升至水面,从而达到固-液或液-液分离的目的。
现有的气浮机的刮渣机大部分是在吸泥机靠池顶外缘处连接一刮渣板,随着吸泥机行走,沿吸泥机径向刮排,然后集中到集渣斗中外排。这种排渣方式在大型污水厂的大直径吸泥机的应用上,经常产生池边渣液易排,但池中心的渣液滞留,长时间积存,容易被水带走,影响出水水质。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种平流式气浮机。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,平流式气浮机,包括箱体和设置在箱体后部排渣池顶部排污口部位的刮渣装置,箱体前部设置有隔开的曝气池,曝气池底部的曝气装置通过进气管与外部的溶气罐连通,溶气罐连通的进水端通过高压泵与箱体后部排渣池底部清水区域连通,刮渣装置包括对称设置的减速电机和分别通过减速电机驱动带动转动的主动轴,两侧的刮板两端分别固定在同侧的尼龙链条上。
作为进一步的技术方案,每条主动轴的两端分别固定在轴承座上,两侧的两条主动轴的两端分别缠绕有闭合的尼龙链条,两条刮板相对设置,且底部弯折的斜板在距离最近时能够相互紧贴,刮渣的排污口位于两条刮板紧贴部位的排渣池侧壁上。
本实用新型通过改进刮渣机构,刮板能够完全位于排渣池液面部位,左侧的减速电机带动刮板逆时针工作,右侧的减速电机则带动刮板顺时针工作,这样两块刮板可以在转到底部相互靠近时,其底部的斜板能刚好紧密接触,这样将两侧液面上漂浮的杂物向中间推送,杂物在中间汇合后,在两侧斜板的作用下形成一个向排污口流动的排污渠道,可以有效的将杂物挂到排污口部位,提高了刮渣的效率及效果,这样可以使气浮机内部污水处理的效率更高,而且清理杂质的效果也更好。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,平流式气浮机,包括箱体1和设置在箱体1后部排渣池顶部排污口部位的刮渣装置2,箱体1前部设置有隔开的曝气池3,曝气池3底部的曝气装置通过进气管4与外部的溶气罐5连通,溶气罐5连通的进水端通过高压泵6与箱体1后部排渣池底部清水区域连通,刮渣装置2包括对称设置的减速电机201和分别通过减速电机201驱动带动转动的主动轴202,每条主动轴202的两端分别固定在轴承座203上,两侧的两条主动轴202的两端分别缠绕有闭合的尼龙链条204,两侧的刮板205两端分别固定在同侧的尼龙链条204上,两条刮板205相对设置,且底部弯折的斜板206在距离最近时能够相互紧贴,刮渣的排污口位于两条刮板205紧贴部位的排渣池侧壁上。
为了提高两条刮板205斜板206接触时的密封性,斜板206的底部相互接触部位分别嵌有橡胶密封条207。

2.如权利要求1所述的平流式气浮机,其特征在于:每条主动轴的两端分别固定在轴承座上,两侧的两条主动轴的两端分别缠绕有闭合的尼龙链条,两条刮板相对设置,且底部弯折的斜板在距离最近时能够相互紧贴,刮渣的排污口位于两条刮板紧贴部位的排渣池侧壁上。
3.如权利要求2所述的平流式气浮机,其特征在于:斜板的底部相互接触部位分别嵌有橡胶密封条。
