Abstract

本实用新型提供一种杆式清洗组件及其吸尘器,其中,杆式清洗组件包括一杆体(100),杆体包括用于与地刷的吸入口相连的吸管(110),回收污水的回收桶(120)以及提供清洁液体的溶液桶(130),杆体上端设有主机接头(200),下端设有地刷接头(300),吸管的内腔中设有一条以上分隔筋(1101),将所述内腔分隔成两个以上腔室风道。本实用新型通过分隔筋将吸管分隔成多风道,不但增加了水行走的贴壁爬行面积,同时保证了风道中被分隔的多个腔室中的各个腔室空气流速均匀,且腔室之间互不干涉;大大提升了清洗组件及吸尘器的吸水效率;同时使得产品更美观、简洁。

杆式清洗组件及其吸尘器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种杆式清洗组件及其吸尘器,属于小家电制造 技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的清洗类产品的吸水管的横截面积的形状大都为近圆 形或近矩形,在作业过程中,污水贴着吸水管侧壁往上走,同时空气 也在吸水管的中间向上走。为了保证主机电机的进气面积,对进水管 的截面积大小就有会一定的尺寸要求,这就造成了吸水管内空气的流 速因截面积的限制无法进一步增加。因此,就会导致污水在爬行至一 定高度时,吸水管内的气流提供的推力不足以抵消污水自身的重力, 无法有效的将污水送至回收桶内。同时,当吸水管工作时,吸水管两 侧的气流因需运送污水而阻力大流速低,而此时吸水管中心的气流却 因没有阻力影响而高流速向上运动,当遇到大流量液体时,极有可能造成管内紊流,反而影响了污水贴壁向上爬行的效果。
为了解决上述问题,市场上大部分产品只能利于缩短污水爬行高 度等方法来保证污水的爬行效果,这不但大大影响了产品的布局设置, 而且也没有从根本上解决问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的不足,提供 一种杆式清洗组件及其吸尘器,通过分隔筋将吸管分隔成多风道,不 但增加了水行走的贴壁爬行面积,同时保证了风道中被分隔的多个腔 室中的各个腔室空气流速均匀,且腔室之间互不干涉;大大提升了清 洗组件及吸尘器的吸水效率;同时使得产品更美观、简洁。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种杆式清洗组件,包括一杆体,所述杆体包括用于与地刷的吸 入口相连的吸管,回收污水的回收桶以及提供清洁液体的溶液桶,所 述杆体上端设有主机接头,下端设有地刷接头,所述吸管的内腔中设 有一条以上分隔筋,将所述内腔分隔成两个以上腔室风道。具体来说, 所述每个腔室风道的横截面积基本相同。
为了保证提供足够的产品强度,且不受气流及水流冲击的影响, 所述分隔筋为硬质材料制成。
更具体地,所述杆体还包括设置在所述回收桶上方并与其连通的 分离室,所述分离室内设有气水分离装置;按照固液混合气的流向, 所述分离室的上游与吸管的出水口连接,下游与所述主机接头相连。
本实用新型还提供一种吸尘器,主要包括主体和与其相连的地刷, 所述主体包括机身和与机身连接的尘杯,所述尘杯上设有吸尘管,所 述机身内设有产生吸力的真空源以及为所述真空源供电的电池,所述 机身一侧设有手柄,所述手持式吸尘器还包括如上所述的杆式清洗组 件,所述主机接头与所述吸尘管相连,所述地刷接头与所述地刷相连。
具体地,所述电池的轴线与手柄的轴线相互平行。
综上所述,本实用新型提供一种杆式清洗组件及其吸尘器,通过 分隔筋将吸管分隔成多风道,不但增加了水行走的贴壁爬行面积,同 时保证了风道中被分隔的多个腔室中的各个腔室空气流速均匀,且腔 室之间互不干涉;大大提升了清洗组件及吸尘器的吸水效率;同时使 得产品更美观、简洁。
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本实用新型的技术方案进行详细 地说明。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型杆式清洗组件的***图;图2为本实用新型杆 式清洗组件的剖视图;图3为本实用新型吸管的横截面示意图。如图1 至图3所示,本实用新型提供一种杆式清洗组件,包括一杆体100,所 述杆体100包括用于与地刷的吸入口相连的吸管110,回收污水的回收 桶120以及提供清洁液体的溶液桶130,所述杆体100上端设有主机接 头200,下端设有地刷接头300,所述吸管100的内腔中设有一条以上 分隔筋1101,将所述内腔分隔成两个以上腔室风道。如图3所示,具 体来说,所述每个腔室风道的横截面积基本相同并确保被分割成的每 个腔室风道的截面积不小于固体大颗粒尘污的大小,以防止吸管110 在使用过程中发生堵塞。为了保证提供足够的产品强度,且不受气流 及水流冲击的影响,所述分隔筋1101优选为硬质材料制成。结合图1 和图2所示,所述杆体100还包括设置在所述回收桶120上方并与其 连通的分离室140,所述分离室140内设有气水分离装置400;按照固液混合气的流向,所述分离室的上游与吸管110的出水口111连接, 下游与所述主机接头200相连。具体来说,所述吸管110下端与地刷 进水管连接,上端通过出水口与所述气水分离器400相连。
图4为本实用新型吸尘器的结构示意图。如图4所示,本实用新 型还提供一种吸尘器,主要包括主体1000和与其相连的地刷2000,所 述主体包括机身1001和与机身连接的尘杯1002,所述尘杯上设有吸尘 管1003,所述机身内设有产生吸力的真空源以及为所述真空源供电的 电池,所述机身一侧设有手柄1004,所述手持式吸尘器还包括如上所 述的杆式清洗组件,所述主机接头200与所述吸尘管相连,所述地刷 接头300与所述地刷相连,所述吸管110的内腔中设有多条分隔筋 1101,彼此纵横交错将所述内腔分隔成多个腔室风道,每个腔室风道 的横截面积基本相同。另外,所述电池的轴线与手柄1004的轴线相互 平行。
结合图1至图4所示,本实用新型的工作过程是这样的:
上述杆式清洗组件及吸尘器在工作时,溶液桶130内的清水或清 洗液由出水阀131通过出水管132进入地刷2000,由地刷进行地面清 洗。同时,污水由地刷通过地刷接头300进入具有多风道的吸管110。 由于吸管110中的多风道腔室的设置,各风道内均具有均匀的高流速 空气。污水通过吸管110侧壁以及分隔筋1101侧壁,在高流速空气的 推动下,迅速向上爬升。此时,由于多风道的设置,有污水的腔室与 没有污水的腔室之间,并没有因空气流速的差异而相互影响。随后, 污水及空气通过多风道吸管由出水口进入气水分离装置400,通过气水 分离400后,洁净的空气由主机接头200进入吸尘器主机;而污水因 受离心及重力的影响,由入口进入回收桶120,从而完成杆式清洗组件 及吸尘器的清洗作业过程。
综上所述,本实用新型提供一种杆式清洗组件及其吸尘器,充分 利用水贴壁行走的基础原理,通过分隔筋将吸管分隔成多风道,不但 增加了水行走的贴壁爬行面积,同时保证了风道中被分隔的多个腔室 中的各个腔室空气流速均匀,且腔室之间互不干涉;大大提升了清洗 组件及吸尘器的吸水效率,充分发挥了产品能效;同时,因有效提升 了污水的爬行高度,使得产品规划布局时不再受其影响,利于为消费 者提供更美观、简洁、高性能的清洗产品。

Claims (6)

1.一种杆式清洗组件,包括一杆体(100),所述杆体包括用于与地刷的吸入口相连的吸管(110),回收污水的回收桶(120)以及提供清洁液体的溶液桶(130),所述杆体上端设有主机接头(200),下端设有地刷接头(300),其特征在于,所述吸管的内腔中设有一条以上分隔筋(1101),将所述内腔分隔成两个以上腔室风道。
2.如权利要求1所述的杆式清洗组件,其特征在于,所述每个腔室风道的横截面积基本相同。
3.如权利要求2所述的杆式清洗组件,其特征在于,所述分隔筋(1101)为硬质材料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的杆式清洗组件,其特征在于,所述杆体(100)还包括设置在所述回收桶(120)上方并与其连通的分离室(140),所述分离室内设有气水分离装置(400);按照固液混合气的流向,所述分离室的上游与吸管(110)的出水口(111)连接,下游与所述主机接头(200)相连。
5.一种吸尘器,主要包括主体(1000)和与其相连的地刷(2000),所述主体包括机身(1001)和与机身连接的尘杯(1002),所述尘杯上设有吸尘管(1003),所述机身内设有产生吸力的真空源以及为所述真空源供电的电池,所述机身一侧设有手柄(1004),其特征在于,所述吸尘器还包括如权利要求1-4任一项所述的杆式清洗组件,所述主机接头(200)与所述吸尘管相连,所述地刷接头(300)与所述地刷相连。
6.如权利要求5所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电池的轴线与手柄(1004)的轴线相互平行。
