本实用新型公开了一种柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带的敷设装置,所述敷设装置包括:固定支架、压重滑轮、工作平台、直线导轨,本实用新型提供的柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带的敷设装置,通过压重滑轮对密封胶带提供固定的按压力,而压重滑轮的位置可人为提前设定好,从而使得密封胶带受到合适的按压力,且按压效果一致性较好;而且,工作平台可带动待加工光伏组件沿直线导轨运动,即使得待加工光伏组件带动密封胶带沿直线运动,从而保证密封胶带敷设不弯曲,以及保证待加工光伏组件的外观和性能;另外,本实用新型通过各部件配合,可大大提高生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及光伏电池加工领域,尤其涉及一种柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带的敷设装置。
背景技术
相比于传统的刚性光伏组件,柔性光伏组件轻薄,可弯折,运用范围更为广泛,但柔性光伏组件的生产厂家较少,相关敷设设备并未完善,如柔性组件的边缘密封胶带敷设的相关设备就不成熟,目前,主要采用人工手动作业,对柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带进行敷设。
而手工敷设边缘密封胶带有很多缺点,这些缺点将直接影响产品的良率,目前手工敷设边缘密封胶带的缺点主要有以下3点:1、因边缘密封胶带的敷设需要一定的按压力才能将其固定在柔性组件背板上,而手工敷设时其施加的按压力很难控制,压力过小密封胶带的附着力弱,会导致后续撕离型膜时将胶带带离背板,且容易导致胶带一定程度的拉长,拉长的胶带其宽度和厚度都不能达到要求,而按压力过大又会导致组件层压后出现气泡,一致性较差;2、手工敷设很难保证敷设的密封胶带在同一直线上,会影响组件的外观和性能;3、手工敷设生产效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带的敷设装置,用以对密封胶带提供固定的按压力,使得按压一致性较好,且在提高生产效率的同时,降低密封胶带敷设弯曲度。
本实用新型提供了一种柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带的敷设装置,所述敷设装置包括:
用于支撑待加工光伏组件的工作平台;
位于所述工作平台上方的固定支架,所述固定支架用于安装密封胶带的卷轴;
压重滑轮,所述压重滑轮位于所述工作平台上方,且所述待加工光伏组件能够相对所述压重滑轮沿直线运动,所述压重滑轮用于将密封胶带压覆在所述待加工光伏组件。
作为优选,所述待加工光伏组件固定在所述工作平台上,地面上设置有直线导轨,所述工作平台与所述直线导轨滑动连接。
作为优选,所述工作平台固定在地面上,待加工光伏组件与工作平台之间可相对滑动。
作为优选,所述待加工光伏组件固定在所述工作平台上,所述压重滑轮为可相对待加工光伏组件移动的移动滑轮。
作为优选,所述固定支架与所述压重滑轮均设置有两个,两个所述固定支架、两个所述压重滑轮分别设置在所述工作平台上方的相对两侧。
作为优选,所述工作平台底部设置有支腿,所述支腿底部设置有滚轮,所述滚轮设置在所述直线导轨中,且滚轮可在直线导轨中沿直线导轨往复运动。
作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括旋转平台,所述旋转平台设置在直线导轨与地面之间,旋转平台可带动直线导轨、工作平台一起转动。
作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括位置固定装置,所述位置固定装置设置在工作平台上,用于对铺设在工作平台上的待加工光伏组件进行定位。
作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括升降装置,所述压重滑轮安装于所述升降装置。
作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括限位装置,所述限位装置设置在所述升降装置上,用于限制所述升降装置的升降高度。

本实用新型提供的柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带的敷设装置,通过敷设密封胶带时,保持压重滑轮与工作平台之间的间隙,使得压重滑轮对密封胶带施加固定的按压力,而压重滑轮与工作平台之间的间隙可以根据实际需要在敷设前设定好,从而使得密封胶带受到合适的按压力,且按压效果一致性较好;而且,工作平台可带动待加工光伏组件沿直线导轨运动,即使得待加工光伏组件带动密封胶带沿直线运动,从而保证密封胶带敷设不弯曲,以及保证待加工光伏组件的外观和性能;另外,本实用新型通过各部件配合,可大大提高生产效率。

如图1所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带2的敷设装置,所述敷设装置包括:用于支撑待加工光伏组件4的工作平台5;位于所述工作平台5上方的固定支架1,所述固定支架1用于安装密封胶带2的卷轴;压重滑轮3,所述压重滑轮3位于所述工作平台5上方,且所述待加工光伏组件4能够相对所述压重滑轮3沿直线运动,所述压重滑轮3用于将密封胶带2压覆在所述待加工光伏组件4。
其中,在实际操作中,一般将固定支架1与压重滑轮3固定在操作车间的顶部,密封胶带2一般盘成卷,通过转轴装在固定支架1上,使得密封胶带2可以相对固定支架1转动,工作时,将密封胶带2的一端从固定支架1处拉伸至待加工光伏组件4上,此时,所述压重滑轮3与待加工光伏组件4上的密封胶带2压紧,使得压重滑轮3将密封胶带2压紧在待加工光伏组件4上。
作为优选,本实施例中,将所述待加工光伏组件4固定在所述工作平台5上,地面上设置有直线导轨6,所述工作平台5与所述直线导轨6滑动连接,即工作平台5带动待加工光伏组件4一起沿直线导轨6运动,而压重滑轮3则不动,从而实现压重滑轮3将密封胶带2压紧在待加工光伏组件4上。
或者,作为优选,将所述工作平台5固定在地面上,待加工光伏组件4与工作平台5之间可相对滑动,工作时,压重滑轮3不动,待加工光伏组件4在工作平台5上滑动,从而实现压重滑轮3将密封胶带2压紧在待加工光伏组件4上;待加工光伏组件4与工作平台5之间可直接通过摩擦实现相对滑动,也可在二者之间添加润滑油实现相对滑动,也可在二者之间设置滚动轮等方式实现相对滑动。
或者,作为优选,所述待加工光伏组件4固定在所述工作平台5上,所述压重滑轮3为可相对待加工光伏组件4移动的移动滑轮,即压重滑轮3通过顶部轨道、机械臂或其他滑动装置,实现压重滑轮3的运动,而待加工光伏组件4与工作平台5均不动,从而实现压重滑轮3将密封胶带2压紧在待加工光伏组件4上。

如图2所示,作为优选,固定支架1与压重滑轮3均设置有两个,两个固定支架1、两压重滑轮3分别设置在工作平台5上方的相对两侧。固定支架1与压重滑轮3的数量和位置可根据实际需要灵活设置,一般各设置两个,位于工作平台5上方的相对两侧或两端,如图2所示,便于对待加工光伏组件4两端进行密封胶带2的压装。
如图1所示,作为优选,所述工作平台5底部设置有支腿51,所述支腿51底部设置有滚轮52,所述滚轮52设置在所述直线导轨6中,且滚轮52可在直线导轨6中沿直线导轨6往复运动。其中,在直线导轨6上或滚轮52上安装类似卡子等结构的定位结构,便于工作平台5在直线导轨6的不同位置随时停止。工作平台5可使用普通的移动桌即可。
如图3所示,作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括位置固定装置53,所述位置固定装置53设置在工作平台5上,用于对铺设在工作平台5上的待加工光伏组件4进行定位。位置固定装置53的实现方式有多种,如采用限位杆,或者限位框,只要能够对待加工光伏组件4进行定位即可。
如图3所示,作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括升降装置31,所述压重滑轮3安装于所述升降装置31,所述升降装置31与所述压重滑轮3连接,用于带动压重滑轮3进行位置升降变化。升降装置31的实现方式有多种,如采用液压缸、弹簧等结构,带动压重滑轮3进行位置升降变化。
如图3所示,作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括限位装置32,所述限位装置32设置在所述升降装置31上,用于限制升降装置31的升降高度。限位装置32的实现方式有多种,如采用电磁阀、穿设在升降装置31内的固定杆等,当升降装置31升降运动时,限位装置32可以使其随时停止。
作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括:用于检测所述压重滑轮3施加在密封胶带2上的压紧力的压力检测装置,所述压力检测装置设置于所述压重滑轮3。
作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括压力检测装置,所述压力检测装置与压重滑轮3的表面连接,用于检测压重滑轮3对密封胶带2施加的压紧力。压力检测装置的实现方式有多种,如采用压力检测探头、压力计等,其对压重滑轮3对密封胶带2施加的压紧力进行检测,便于操作人员对压紧力的灵活调整。
如图3所示,作为优选,所述敷设装置还包括旋转平台7,所述旋转平台7设置在直线导轨6与地面之间,旋转平台7可带动直线导轨6、工作平台5一起转动。
使用本实用新型提供的一种敷设装置进行敷设的工作步骤如下:
1、移动桌移动到初始位置,光伏背板(待加工光伏组件4)放置于移动桌上,将边缘密封胶带2起始端从固定支架1处拉出,并将其固定到光伏背板上规定的位置上,移动使得光伏背板到正确的位置(边缘密封胶带2应位于压重滑轮3正下方);
2、人工往直线导轨6的方向向前推动移动桌,使得压重滑轮3将密封胶带2压紧在待加工光伏组件4上,并停止在规定的位置;
3、在规定的位置手工剪断边缘密封胶带2,完成了边缘密封胶带2的敷设,因本装置的边缘密封胶带2固定支架1和压重滑轮3可左右并排设置两套,所以可同时完成两条边缘密封胶带2的敷设。

压重滑轮,所述压重滑轮位于所述工作平台上方,且所述待加工光伏组件能够相对所述压重滑轮沿直线运动,所述压重滑轮用于将密封胶带压覆在所述待加工光伏组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性光伏组件边缘密封胶带的敷设装置,其特征在于,所述待加工光伏组件固定在所述工作平台上,地面上设置有直线导轨,所述工作平台与所述直线导轨滑动连接。
