本实用新型涉及一种保健品或药瓶包装设备领域,具体涉及一种缺料检测机构。
背景技术
例如口服液在包装时,需要将塑膜热压成托盒,然后将口服液放置在托盒中的卡槽内,随后放入吸管,并通过铝箔对托盒进行密封,再将密封好的托盒进行切分成待入包装盒状态,再然后缺料检测剔废,最后将其推入包装盒中完成包装。
在上述步骤中,缺料检测的过程依然采用人工的做法,使得生产效率比较满,难以满足生产需要以及成本较高,使得企业的市场竞争力下降。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种性能可靠以及检测精准的缺料检测机构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:一种缺料检测机构,包括处理识别器、检测架、升降气缸、升降板、上绝缘板以及下绝缘板,所述的升降板上安装有驱动杆,所述的升降气缸的活塞杆端部设有轴承,所述的轴承套接在所述的驱动杆上,在所述升降板的下方安装有所述的上绝缘板,所述的上绝缘板通过间隔板与所述的下绝缘板间隔连接呈一体,所述的上绝缘板上固定安装有接触杆,在所述的下绝缘板上设有与所述接触杆相对应的检测杆,所述的检测杆一端穿过所述的下绝缘板与所述的接触杆一端间隔设置,所述的检测杆和所述的接触杆相邻端部分别插接在一弹簧的两端,所述的检测杆与所述的处理识别器的输出端导电连接,所述的接触杆与所述处理识别器的输入端连接。
在所述的检测架下方设有导轨,所述检测架的两侧设有连接杆,在所述连接杆的端部设有滑块,所述的滑块可活动卡接在所述的导轨上并通过螺丝锁紧。
本实用新型的这种结构,药瓶或者口服液装入托盒中并输送至检测架下方时,检测架上的升降气缸驱动升降板下降,并同时驱动上绝缘板和下绝缘板向下活动,下绝缘板上的检测杆会触压在药瓶或者口服液的外周面上,并使检测杆受压回缩与接触杆相接触实现电流的导通,从而使得处理识别器识别该位置没有缺料,反之则确认该位置为缺料状态,并且发出识别信号,在下道工序中实现剔废或者补料,这样便实现了性能可靠以及检测精准的技术效果。

如图1—图4所示,本实用新型公开了一种缺料检测机构,包括处理识别器1、检测架2、升降气缸3、升降板4、上绝缘板5以及下绝缘板6,升降板4上安装有驱动杆41,升降气缸3的活塞杆端部设有轴承31,轴承31套接在驱动杆41上,在升降板4的下方安装有上绝缘板5,上绝缘板5通过间隔板7与下绝缘板6间隔连接呈一体,上绝缘板5上固定安装有接触杆8,在下绝缘板6上设有与接触杆8相对应的检测杆9,检测杆9一端穿过下绝缘板6与接触杆8一端间隔设置,检测杆9和接触杆8相邻端部分别插接在一弹簧10的两端,检测杆9与处理识别器1的输出端导电连接,接触杆8与处理识别器1的输入端连接。
在检测架2下方设有两个导轨11,检测架2的两侧分别设有连接杆21,在连接杆21的端部设有滑块22,滑块22可活动卡接在导轨11上并通过螺丝23锁紧。这样可使检测架2的位置可根据工作需要进行位置调整,方便检测,进一步提高性能的可靠性以及检测的精准性。
本实用新型的这种结构,药瓶或者口服液装入托盒中并输送至检测架2下方时,检测架2上的升降气缸3驱动升降板4下降,并同时驱动上绝缘板5和下绝缘板6向下活动,下绝缘板6上的检测杆9会触压在药瓶或者口服液的外周面上,并使检测杆9受压回缩与接触杆8相接触实现电流的导通,从而使得处理识别器1识别该位置没有缺料,反之则确认该位置为缺料状态,并且发出识别信号,在下道工序中实现剔废或者补料,这样便实现了性能可靠以及检测精准的技术效果。

1.一种缺料检测机构,其特征在于:包括处理识别器、检测架、升降气缸、升降板、上绝缘板以及下绝缘板,所述的升降板上安装有驱动杆,所述的升降气缸的活塞杆端部设有轴承,所述的轴承套接在所述的驱动杆上,在所述升降板的下方安装有所述的上绝缘板,所述的上绝缘板通过间隔板与所述的下绝缘板间隔连接呈一体,所述的上绝缘板上固定安装有接触杆,在所述的下绝缘板上设有与所述接触杆相对应的检测杆,所述的检测杆一端穿过所述的下绝缘板与所述的接触杆一端间隔设置,所述的检测杆和所述的接触杆相邻端部分别插接在一弹簧的两端,所述的检测杆与所述的处理识别器的输出端导电连接,所述的接触杆与所述处理识别器的输入端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缺料检测机构,其特征在于:在所述的检测架下方设有导轨,所述检测架的两侧设有连接杆,在所述连接杆的端部设有滑块,所述的滑块可活动卡接在所述的导轨上并通过螺丝锁紧。
