技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑工程领域,尤其涉及一种装配式墙板与柱的连接节点以及装配式框架结构。
背景技术
装配式框架结构能大幅提高建造能力和建造速度,节省大量劳动力的同时保障了建造质量。目前装配式框架结构体系中填充墙的材料可大体分为轻质砖、砌块和板材三类。轻质砖和砌块的现场施工量大,施工效率低,人工成本高。板材多为轻钢龙骨石膏板,需要现场安装龙骨和切割石膏板,施工效率比轻质砖和砌块高,但石膏板不能作为外墙使用,作为内墙使用时,石膏板的抗冲击性能和隔音性能不佳。上述的填充墙体围护体系(围护体系是指建筑及房间各面的围挡物,如门、窗、墙等,能够有效地抵御不利环境的影响)中,墙板与框架梁、柱的连接节点是控制墙板抗震性能的关键因素。现有技术中,砌体结构整体性较差,其与框架结构不能协同变形,框架梁柱和填充墙间没有相对位移和转角,因此,填充墙在地震中往往会直接被破坏,失去墙体本身的保护意义。
针对装配式框架结构的填充墙围护体系,为了尽量简化连接构造和施工工艺,提高墙板安装连接的施工效率,亟需开发一种成本节约、能有效提高框架结构的整体性能的装配式墙板框架结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本节约,可有效提高框架结构的整体性能的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点和装配式框架结构。
上述目的是通过如下技术方案实现:一种装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,至少包括框架柱和填充墙,所述填充墙填充在所述框架柱之间并与框架柱紧密拼接,所述填充墙由多块预制墙板拼接而成,所述预制墙板通过封装件构成整体,所述封装件与框架柱通过连接件连接。墙板的安装过程中,根据安装需要,可先通过封装架将预制墙板拼接成整体,然后将填充墙整体落位后与框架柱通过连接件固定连接;本实用新型的填充墙采用多块预制墙板拼装,预制墙板质量轻,尺寸宽度小,拼装为整体后运输和安装更方便,施工效率高,节能人工成本;安装过程中不需要大型的运输设备和安装设备;同时可以做到墙板生产过程中的模具通用化、批量化;本实用新型安装简便,填充墙的整体性能好,同时加强了填充墙与框架结构中其他预制件的整体性,抗震性提高。
进一步,所述封装件为C型钢构成的框结构,所述填充墙的周边嵌入所述C型钢中。C型钢可通过连接件或焊接成型框结构,C型框的两侧边与底边构型成U型的容置槽,填充墙嵌入所述的容置槽内。
进一步,所述预制墙板之间采用企口式拼接。预制墙板的制备过程中,位于预制墙板中部的预制墙板在其一侧设有凹槽,另一侧有凸榫,在预制墙板拼装时,将凸榫对准凹槽,二者采用企口拼接,如此二者结合紧密,有利于传递荷载,同时墙板拼装过程不需要使用斜支撑,提高装配速度。
进一步,所述封装件的底部通过螺栓与预制墙板底部的地面或楼板固定连接。如此,预制墙板与地面或楼板连接成一体,一方面可有效限制预制墙板的位移,另一方面可提高预制墙板在平面外的抗倾覆弯矩,提高其抗震性。所述螺栓优选为化学螺栓或膨胀螺栓。
进一步,所述预制墙板之间的拼接面设有砂浆层。如此,增加预制墙板之间的粘结性,加强预制墙板结构的整体性,同时还可起到密封预制墙板拼接面的作用。
进一步,所述填充墙为外墙体,所述预制墙板之间的拼接缝以及封装件与框架柱之间的拼接缝中填充有粘结层和防水密封层。优选粘结层为砂浆等,防水密封层为SBS防水卷材、密封胶等。
进一步,所述连接件为连接板,所述连接板通过锚固钉分别与封装件和框架柱相连。如此设置,加强了填充墙与框架结构中其他预制件的整体性。
进一步,所述连接件为折弯板,所述折弯板的一侧边与框架柱固定连接,另一侧边与封装件固定连接。
进一步,所述预制墙板为轻质加筋复合保温板,所述轻质加筋复合保温板为两面覆盖玻纤网格布和抗裂砂浆的蒸压轻质加气混凝土板。ALC板(Autoclaved LighweightConcrete)板材,即蒸压轻质加气混凝土板。在ALC板的面层设玻纤网格布和聚合物砂浆或者其他表面处理材料,如此形成的轻质加筋复合保温板,相比ALC板其防水性能大大提高,抗冲击性能显著提高,强度和抗弯曲能力也增强。且还具有ALC板本身具有的优良的保温、隔热和隔音性能。轻质加筋复合保温板质量轻巧,便于安装。
为达到上述技术目的,本实用新型还提供一种装配式框架结构,包括上述的任一的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,所述预制墙板顶部设有框架梁,所述框架梁的两端与框架柱相连,所述封装件与所述框架梁通过所述连接件固定连接。如此设置,加强了填充墙与框架结构中其他预制件的整体性。

具体实施方式

本实用新型实施例如下,参照图1~4,一种装配式墙板和与柱的连接节点,至少包括框架柱1和填充墙,所述填充墙填充在所述框架柱1之间并与框架柱1紧密拼接,所述填充墙由多块预制墙板2拼接而成,所述预制墙板2通过封装件3构成整体,所述封装件3与框架柱1通过连接件9连接。墙板的安装过程中,根据安装需要,可先通过封装架将预制墙板2拼接成整体,然后将填充墙整体落位后与框架柱1通过连接件9固定连接;本实用新型的填充墙采用多块预制墙板2拼装,预制墙板2质量轻,尺寸宽度小,方便运输和安装,安装过程中不需要大型的运输设备和安装设备;同时可以做到墙板生产过程中的模具通用化、批量化;本实用新型安装简便,填充墙的整体性能好,同时加强了填充墙与框架结构中其他预制件的整体性。
上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型另一实施例中,所述封装件3为C型钢构成的框结构,所述填充墙的周边嵌入所述C型钢中。C型钢可通过连接件9或焊接成型框结构,C型框的两侧边与底边构型成U型的容置槽,填充墙嵌入所述的容置槽内。优选,如图2和图4,预制墙板2与C型钢通过打结钉5连接。
上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型另一实施例中,如图5,所述预制墙板2之间采用企口式拼接。预制墙板2的制备过程中,位于预制墙板2中部的预制墙板2在其一侧设有凹槽6,另一侧有凸榫7,在预制墙板2拼装时,将凸榫7对准凹槽6,二者采用企口拼接,如此二者结合紧密,有利于传递荷载,同时墙板拼装过程不需要使用斜支撑,提高装配速度。
上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型另一实施例中,如图1和图2,所述封装件3的底部通过螺栓10与预制墙板2底部的地面4或楼板固定连接。如此,预制墙板2与地面4或楼板连接成一体,一方面可有效限制预制墙板2的位移,另一方面可提高预制墙板2在平面外的抗倾覆弯矩,提高其抗震性。所述螺栓10优选为化学螺栓或膨胀螺栓。
上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型另一实施例中,所述预制墙板2之间的拼接面设有砂浆层。如此,增加预制墙板2之间的粘结性,加强预制墙板2结构的整体性,同时还可起到密封预制墙板2拼接面的作用。
上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型另一实施例中,所述填充墙为外墙体,所述预制墙板2之间的拼接缝以及封装件3与框架柱1之间的拼接缝中填充有粘结层和防水密封层。优选粘结层为砂浆等,防水密封层为SBS防水卷材、密封胶等。
上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型另一实施例中,如图2和图4,所述连接件9为连接板,所述连接板通过锚固钉8分别与封装件3和框架柱1相连。如此设置,加强了填充墙与框架结构中其他预制件的整体性。
上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型另一实施例中,如图1和图3,所述连接件9为折弯板,所述折弯板的一侧边与框架柱1固定连接,另一侧边与封装件3固定连接。
上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型另一实施例中,所述预制墙板2为轻质加筋复合保温板。轻质加筋复合保温板为两面覆盖玻纤网格布和抗裂砂浆的蒸压轻质加气混凝土板。ALC板(Autoclaved Lighweight Concrete)板材,即蒸压轻质加气混凝土板。在ALC板的面层设玻纤网格布和聚合物砂浆或者其他表面处理材料,如此形成的轻质加筋复合保温板,相比ALC板其防水性能大大提高,抗冲击性能显著提高,强度和抗弯曲能力也增强。且还具有ALC板本身具有的优良的保温、隔热和隔音性能。轻质加筋复合保温板质量轻巧,便于安装。
本实用新型还提供一种装配式框架结构,实施例如下:所述的装配式框架结构包括上述的任一的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,所述预制墙板2顶部设有框架梁,所述框架梁的两端与框架柱1相连,所述封装件3与所述框架梁通过所述连接件9固定连接。如此设置,加强了填充墙与框架结构中其他预制件的整体性。

1.一种装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,至少包括框架柱和填充墙,所述填充墙填充在所述框架柱之间并与框架柱紧密拼接,其特征在于,所述填充墙由多块预制墙板拼接而成,所述预制墙板通过封装件构成整体,所述封装件与框架柱通过连接件连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,其特征在于,所述封装件为C型钢构成的框结构,所述填充墙的周边嵌入所述C型钢中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,其特征在于,所述预制墙板之间采用企口式拼接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,其特征在于,所述封装件的底部通过螺栓与预制墙板底部的地面或楼板固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,其特征在于,所述预制墙板之间的拼接面设有砂浆层。
6.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,所述填充墙为外墙体,所述预制墙板之间的拼接缝以及封装件与框架柱之间的拼接缝中填充有粘结层和防水密封层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,其特征在于,所述连接件为连接板,所述连接板通过锚固钉分别与所述封装件和框架柱相连。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,其特征在于,所述连接件为折弯板,所述折弯板的一侧边与框架柱固定连接,另一侧边与封装件固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,其特征在于,所述预制墙板为轻质加筋复合保温板。
10.一种装配式框架结构,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任意一项所述的装配式墙板与柱的连接节点,所述预制墙板顶部设有框架梁,所述框架梁的两端与框架柱相连,所述封装件与所述框架梁通过所述连接件固定连接。
