本实用新型公开了一种自润滑万向导套，包括导套座(1)，在所述的导套座(1)内设有能自由转动的球状导向套(2)，在所述的球状导向套(2)上设有安装顶杆(3)的导向孔(4)，在所述的球状导向套(2)上圆周均布有储油孔(5)，在所述的储油孔(5)内设有吸满油脂的润滑块。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及导向装置，尤其是万向导套。
【背景技术】
传统的导向装置导向方向单一，直线导向或者在直线导向上增加单一平面上旋转导向，不能满足更多方向上的导向，于是出现了万向导向的装置，但是传统万向导套润滑困难，靠外部加润滑油实现。
【实用新型内容】
为了解决现有技术中的不足，提供一种结构简单，能够实现多个方向导向且润滑效果好的万向导套，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种自润滑万向导套，包括导套座，在所述的导套座内设有能自由转动的球状导向套，在所述的球状导向套上设有安装顶杆的导向孔，在所述的球状导向套上圆周均布有储油孔，在所述的储油孔内设有吸满油脂的润滑块。
所述的储油孔贯穿球状导向套与导向孔连通。
所述的润滑块材质为碳。
在所述的导套座上设置固定导套座的安装孔。
采用上面结构的万向导套由于球形导向套装在导套座内能够实现多个方向导向，且在球形导向套上设置有储油孔且在储油孔内设有吸满油脂的润滑块可以实现对导向套的润滑，提高了润滑效果。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示的万向导套包括导套座1，在导套座1内设置有球状导向套2，球状导向套2能在导套座1内自由旋转，在球状导向套2上设置有导向孔4，如图2所示导向孔4用来安装顶杆3，顶杆3能在导向孔4内滑动。为了起到更好的润滑效果实现自身润滑，在球状导向套2上设置有储油孔5，储油孔5圆周均布以达到全面润滑，在储油孔5内设置吸满油脂的润滑块，润滑块材质为碳，采用碳材质应为碳也具有良好的润滑效果。储油孔5贯穿球状导向套2与导向孔4连通，这样储油孔5既能对球状导向套2外壁起到润滑使球状导向套2在导套座1内转动顺畅，而且可以对导向孔4起到润滑作用使安装在导向孔4内的顶杆3滑动顺畅。在导套座1上设置安装孔6可以用来固定导套座1。

1.一种自润滑万向导套，包括导套座(1)，其特征在于：在所述的导套座(1)内设有能自由转动的球状导向套(2)，在所述的球状导向套(2)上设有安装顶杆(3)的导向孔(4)，在所述的球状导向套(2)上圆周均布有储油孔(5)，在所述的储油孔(5)内设有吸满油脂的润滑块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑万向导套，其特征在于：所述的储油孔(5)贯穿球状导向套(2)与导向孔(4)连通。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的一种自润滑万向导套，其特征在于：所述的润滑块材质为碳。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑万向导套，其特征在于：在所述的导套座(1)上设置固定导套座(1)的安装孔(6)。
