本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池,特别涉及于一种带有弹性筋的蓄电池。
背景技术
在铅酸蓄电池装配中,极群组的装配松紧度尤为重要。装配过紧则不仅难于装配而且大电流放电性能差;装配过松则电池使用寿命降低。传统的电池槽单格内没有弹性筋,极群放入单格后在极群的两侧各放一片塑料衬板来压紧极群,这样不仅工序繁多、复杂,而且材料成本较高,还会因衬板放置位置的差异而影响电池的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术各种缺陷和不足,提供一种带有弹性筋的蓄电池。
本实用新型的具体技术方案是:带有弹性筋的蓄电池,包括本体,本体设有电池槽,电池槽两侧设有弹性筋条,弹性筋条四个为一组,一个电池槽设有一组或一组以上,每组弹性筋条两两相对应,同一侧的两个弹性筋条呈八字状,其与电池槽侧壁形成的夹角为40度至50度之间,弹性筋条顶部从靠近电池槽侧壁一侧向另一侧斜下,弹性筋条的厚度为0.7毫米至0.9毫米之间。
工作原理:将极群组放入电池槽里,弹性筋条便会根据所受压力的大小改变自身与电池槽侧壁的角度,从而改变单格电池槽的宽度,以实现电池的紧装配。
本实用新型由于采用了以上的技术方案,具有下列优点:1.结构简单,操作方便。2.节约成本,能更好的保证产品质量。
