Description

绝热保护套及选择性催化还原后处理***的尿素溶液供应泵
技术领域
本申请涉及连接器绝热保护套,特别是与尿素溶液供应泵相连的连接器绝热保护套。
背景技术
出于法规与环保要求的原因,选择性催化还原后处理***目前已经在柴油发动机中广泛采用。这种选择性催化还原后处理***包括尿素溶液供应泵,经由连接管道与用于向废气处理混合装置中喷射尿素溶液的喷嘴相连。
通常,出于安装与后期维护方便的考虑,这种尿素溶液供应泵在安装就位后与外界空气直接接触。连接管道经由连接器与尿素溶液供应泵的出口可拆卸地相连。
连接管道本身可以是电加热管,以便在冬季气温特别低的情况下电加热防止管道内的供液冷冻。尿素溶液供应泵本身也设有自加热解冻装置。但是,连接器与出口相连的区域通常没有任何电加热保护措施,这样,在冬季气温特别低的情况下,当柴油发动机长期停机后,连接器和/或出口中的尿素溶液会结冰,若发动机再次启动,这种结冰很难被迅速融化,从而影响尿素溶液自供应泵的输送,进而影响选择性催化还原后处理***的废气处理效果。
此外,其它连接端口裸露在外的供液装置也存在类似的问题。
实用新型内容
本申请旨在提出一种连接器绝热保护套,用于包覆在供液装置、特别是尿素溶液供应泵的裸露在外的连接区域处,从而在连接管道和/ 或尿素溶液供应泵自加热解冻的过程中起到保温作用,实现此处的快速解冻。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种绝热保护套,所述绝热保护套包括筒形外壳以及位于所述筒形外壳内的绝热垫,并且所述外壳包括纵向分开的两个半部,所述两个半部能够拆卸地彼此相连,所述绝热垫在所述外壳内限定一中空开口,待绝热的物体能够在所述中空开口内以所述绝热垫径向受压的方式被接收。
可选地,所述外壳的每个半部在至少一个纵向端部处一体地形成有半环形的侧壁,所述侧壁的径向尺寸大于所述外壳的壁厚但小于所述绝热垫的厚度。
可选地,所述绝热垫粘接至所述外壳的内壁。
可选地,所述绝热垫包括纵向分开的两个半部。
可选地,所述外壳包括将所述两个半部彼此枢转相连的铰接部以及将所述两个半部能够释放地锁定在一起的扣合结构,其中,从所述外壳的横截面方向观察,所述扣合结构与所述铰接部直径相对设置。
可选地,所述铰接部为多个,彼此纵向隔开;和/或所述扣合结构为多个,彼此纵向隔开。
可选地,每个扣合结构包括在所述外壳的一个半部上设置的扣环部以及在另一个半部上设置的凸起,所述扣环部具有能够接合所述凸起的开口。
可选地,所述外壳由PA 66制成,和/或;所述绝热垫由PVC/NBR 的橡塑共混物制成,所述外壳的硬度高于所述绝热垫。
可选地,所述待绝热的物体为选择性催化还原后处理***的尿素溶液供应泵的排液端口和/或用于与所述排液端口相连的连接器。
根据本申请的另一个方面,还提供一种选择性催化还原后处理***的尿素溶液供应泵,包括排液端口,在所述排液端口与连接器相连,其中,所述排液端口和/或所述连接器由前述的绝热保护套包裹。
采用本申请的绝热保护套,尿素溶液供应泵的外露端口以及相关的连接器可以得到绝热保温保护,能够确保在自解冻的过程中快速解冻。此外,这种绝热保护套生产简单、易于安装和后期维护。

具体实施方式
在本申请的各附图中,结构相同或功能相似的特征由相同的附图标记表示。
图1以选择性催化还原后处理***的尿素溶液供应泵为例介绍根据本申请的绝热保护套所要应用的情况。但是,本领域技术人员应当清楚,类似的其它供液装置也可以采用根据本说明书以下介绍的绝热保护套。
如图1所示,尿素溶液供应泵1在其外壳上设有连接端口1a,例如三个连接端口。每个连接端口1a与一个连接器3相配。每个连接器 3与电加热管2相连,用于向(未示出的)选择性催化还原后处理***的下游混合装置供液。
例如,电加热管2设有内部电热层,在气温寒冷时可以通电加热,确保液体在管内不会冻住。但是,如图1中的虚线框所示,连接器3 与端口1a之间的区域裸露在外,无法设置类似的电热层。因此,在冬季气温寒冷的情况下,所示的区域会结冻,进而影响发动机再次启动时尿素溶液供应泵与电加热管之间的液体供应。
图2示意性示出了根据本申请一个实施例的适用于连接器3和/或端口1a的绝热保护套10。所述绝热保护套10能够在连接器3与端口 1a之间包围它们,确保与外界隔热。
进一步参照图4,该绝热保护套10大体上呈柱形,具有外壳11 以及内绝热垫12。外壳11为薄壳结构,硬度高于内绝热垫12,用于支承固定内绝热垫12。内绝热垫12由绝热材料制成,具有一定厚度并且受压后易于变形,从而在包围连接器和尿素溶液供应泵1的端口1a之后在外壳11的挤压下紧密地包裹它们,提供较佳的绝热效果。例如,为了可以变形并实现隔热,内绝热垫12能够以发泡结构的方式被制造。
外壳11可以由诸如PA 66的硬质塑料制成。内绝热垫12可以由诸如PVC/NBR的橡塑共混物制成。如图4所示,外壳11以沿着纵向一分为二的方式被制成,在两个半部之间通过铰接部11a相连,在图中为三个铰接部11a。每个铰接部11a可以是与外壳11一体成型的铰接部分,也可以是在制备好的半部上安装的独立铰链。
例如,内绝热垫12可以与外壳11类似地被纵向一分为二,且每个内绝热垫12的半部粘接固定在外壳11的内壁上。这样,在外壳11 的两个半部如图2所示扣合在一起后,绕绝热保护套10的纵向中心轴线限定有一中空圆柱形开口13。该中空开口13的内径略小于连接器3 和端口1a处的最大外径,确保在外壳11闭合时内绝热垫12能够更加紧密地贴附在它们的外表面上。
进一步,如图4所示,在外壳11的每个半部的纵向一端一体地形成有半环形的侧壁14a,这样在如图2所示两个半部合并在一起后,形成一个环形的侧壁14。例如,该环形的侧壁14在径向上部分地遮挡内绝热垫12,并且径向尺寸设置成不会与待保温的连接器3和/或端口 1a接触,这样在确保内绝热垫12不会轴向移位的同时还提供了更加的保温效果。这种环形的侧壁14可以在外壳11的纵向一端或两端处设置。
在外壳11上还设有扣合结构。从所述外壳11的与中心轴线垂直的横截面方向观察,所述扣合结构与铰接部直径相对地设置。例如,如图3至5所示,扣合结构包括在外壳11的一个半部上设置的扣环部 15a以及另一个半部上设置的凸起15b。扣环部15a和凸起15b与壳体 11的制造材料相同,例如可以是与壳体11一体成型的,也可以是后期粘接到壳体11上的独立部件。在每个扣环部15a中形成有一开口,当壳体11的两个半部闭合在一起时,凸起15b恰好可以进入到扣环部15a 的开口内,确保这两个半部不会再意外分离。然后,仅需要稍微按压扣环部15a使得凸起15b脱离,就可以再次拆开壳体11。
在外壳11上可以纵向间隔设置多对上述扣环部15a和凸起15b,例如图4所示为三对。此外,本领域技术人员应当清楚,扣合结构也不限于图中所示的情况。例如,扣合结构还能够以粘扣、按扣等任何其它可释放的锁定结构方式设置。
在一替代实施例中,内绝热垫12也可以为一完整的绝热垫,从而在安装时,首先将该完整的绝热垫包在连接器2和/或端口1a上,然后再将壳体11的两个半部包围着绝热垫扣合在一起。在另一替代实施例中,甚至可以省略上述扣合结构,直接以一捆扎带或粘扣带包裹在外壳11的外周来进行固定。在另一替代实施例中,外壳11上的铰接部也可以由扣合结构来代替。
本申请的绝热保护套制造简单、安装方便,并且易于拆卸、后期替换。最重要的是可以高效地将连接器与端口区域同外界绝热隔离,这样在位于绝热保护套两端的加热装置例如电加热管2以及尿素溶液供应泵1的自加热解冻装置进行解冻操作的过程中,连接器2和/或端口1a中的冷冻的溶液可以更加快速地被解冻。
尽管这里详细描述了本申请的特定实施方式,但它们仅仅是为了解释的目的而给出的,而不应认为它们对本申请的范围构成限制。在不脱离本申请精神和范围的前提下,各种替换、变更和改造可被构想出来。

Claims (10)

1.一种绝热保护套(10),其特征在于,所述绝热保护套包括筒形外壳(11)以及位于所述筒形外壳内的绝热垫(12),所述外壳的硬度高于所述绝热垫,并且所述外壳包括纵向分开的两个半部,所述两个半部能够拆卸地彼此相连,所述绝热垫在所述外壳内限定一中空开口(13),待绝热的物体能够在所述中空开口(13)内以所述绝热垫(12)径向受压的方式被接收。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝热保护套,其特征在于,所述外壳的每个半部在至少一个纵向端部处一体地形成有半环形的侧壁,所述侧壁的径向尺寸大于所述外壳的壁厚但小于所述绝热垫的厚度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的绝热保护套,其特征在于,所述绝热垫(12)粘接至所述外壳(11)的内壁。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的绝热保护套,其特征在于,所述绝热垫(12)包括纵向分开的两个半部。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的绝热保护套,其特征在于,所述外壳(11)包括将所述两个半部彼此枢转相连的铰接部(11a)以及将所述两个半部能够释放地锁定在一起的扣合结构,其中,从所述外壳(11)的横截面方向观察,所述扣合结构与所述铰接部直径相对设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的绝热保护套,其特征在于,所述铰接部(11a)为多个,彼此纵向隔开;和/或所述扣合结构为多个,彼此纵向隔开。
7.根据权利要求6所述的绝热保护套,其特征在于,每个扣合结构包括在所述外壳的一个半部上设置的扣环部(15a)以及在另一个半部上设置的凸起(15b),所述扣环部具有能够接合所述凸起的开口。
8.根据权利要求7所述的绝热保护套,其特征在于,所述外壳(11)由PA 66制成,和/或;所述绝热垫(12)由PVC/NBR的橡塑共混物制成,所述外壳的硬度高于所述绝热垫。
9.根据权利要求8所述的绝热保护套,其特征在于,所述待绝热的物体为选择性催化还原后处理***的尿素溶液供应泵的排液端口和/或用于与所述排液端口相连的连接器。
10.一种选择性催化还原后处理***的尿素溶液供应泵,包括排液端口,在所述排液端口与连接器相连,其特征在于,所述排液端口和/或所述连接器由根据权利要求1至9任一所述的绝热保护套(10)包裹。
